Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Agaete

A wonderful little place to stay. Nothing but bird song to wake up to in the morning. The villa is rustic and super lovely. All the basic amenities and good WiFi if needed. The place was super clean, so much better than many airbnbs I’ve stayed. The nearest supermarket is only 15 minutes away. There are plenty of small villages to visit within 15-30 minutes. The local waterfall is very beautiful, and a very pleasant 20 minutes away walk away through the valley that makes you feel like you’re walking through Jurassic times. The local geology is breathtaking with so much evidence of ancient lava flows overlapping one another. The locals were friendly too. A very special little place. Thanks so much for having us.

Nice house and super nice location. Felt private and spaceous, a huge stylish garden with bbq. Lovely bed and brand new bathrooms. The windows in the master bedroom were a bit old and thin, no sound barrier. The sounds of the ocean is lovely, but the nearby hens and roosters were a bit tireding at 4am 😅 But authentic as well! The big roof terrace was super nice but could have had some more furnitures to fully use the potential. We really enjoyed our week here with hikes on great trails nearby, and of course swimming in the natural pools.

Great place and great host

Well what a find, it was everything we wanted. Quiet, peaceful, remote. Nowhere near tourists. The house had everything you wanted. We could have stayed longer than our 10 days, and the two very friendly cats kept us entertained. We will be back.

We had the most unforgettable stay at this stunning cave home! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in our own private slice of paradise. The ambiance is incredibly romantic – soft lighting, cozy nooks, and a beautiful blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The cave stays naturally cool and quiet, making it the perfect escape from the outside world. We loved sipping wine on the terrace under the stars and waking up to the soft morning light filtering in through the stone. Every detail was thoughtfully curated. Our host was gracious and responsive, offering excellent local recommendations and ensuring everything was perfect throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a unique, intimate, and truly magical getaway, this cave home is it. We’re already dreaming about coming back!

We had a very nice time in Carmen's vacation home. The location in the mountains was fantastic, incredible views and very quiet. Carmen lives right next door, but since she was not present, we could enjoy our privacy completely undisturbed. She gave us good tips. The house is small but nice. We didn't miss anything. From there, we could reach almost every corner of the island within an hour. We can definitely recommend Carmen's house.

Everything was great, Maria and Elvira were very kind and communicative at all times. The accommodation is luxurious and very peaceful, clean and with good food. Everything is a 10.

Very nice apartment with great terraces and beautiful views. Everything was as in the pictures, very clean and tastefully furnished. Everything we needed was there, especially the grill, which we liked very much. Antonio was always available, gave us many tips for activities and the check-in was very easy. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but very quiet. We felt very comfortable.

Silvana was a fantastic host and has a very nice apartment. She is as very responsive and proactive when I had an issue with the electricity. The location is nice as it is in the old village…while the more modern port & swimming area is a 10min walk. There is a lovely “old charm” about Agaete, and the views of the mountains in the day time and the stars at night time from the roof terrace were amazing!

Very equipped, comfortable and very clean house. A very quiet and nice area. Very attentive and very friendly host. We will repeat!

The accommodation is very nice and well located directly by the sea. However, if you have problems sleeping with ocean sounds, you may not be in the best hands here. And I liked it. Unfortunately, at the beginning of our stay, slope stabilization measures were carried out on the rock face 100m away, which were extremely loud. But no one can do anything about it... If you are aiming for a beach holiday with good weather from the morning, you should settle in the south of the island, as it is rather cloudy in the north until noon. From Galdar to Maspalomas or Mogan, it is still 1h45 on the road. We'd still come back. Thanks for the good time.

Very well located, clean and comfortable apartment. Close to the pretty center and beaches of Puerto de las Nieves. I recommend it.

A lovely house in a quiet location on the edge of town. Easy to walk to the Spar or to the port. The house was clean and very comfortable, everything worked well. Host very good, gave us recommendations of places to go. Small patio outside, very sunny. Good outdoor furniture. It is nicer than the photos show. I recommend this place.

The photos do not do the view justice, so peaceful listening to the sea throughout the day. Incredible scenery surrounding the place, with many places to go swimming or snorkelling. What an incredible island, would suggest hiring a car to explore the island to its fullest. Toño was helpful recommending things to do as well as being flexible and an all round amazing host. Would 100% recommend

The accommodation is super equipped: for cooking as well as for the beach trip or for the pool stay in the complex. Greeted by an orange basket for fresh juice, we feel at home. A washing machine is available which is very beneficial. And the absolute highlight is the view from the balcony. It's an absolute WoW effect every morning ❤️ I was here for the second time and highly recommend.

Rayco and Sofia are amazing hosts: very friendly, responsive and helpful, they went up and beyond to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The house was really good equipped, we had everything we needed, everything was clean and easy to find. There was also food in the fridge for us and fruit from the farm. The location ist apsolutely amazing with beautiful views of Agaete valley and the mountins od Tamadaba natural park. Another big plus for us was that the hiking path starts right next to the house. Rayco gave us a really interesting and informative tour of his farm. All in all we really had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated Rayco & Sofia's hospitality. Thank you and we hope to come back again 🥰

Beautiful apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay, beautiful view from the balcony to the beach, ocean and surroundings. The beach is just a couple of meters away. There are a lot of shops and cafes around, a bus stop is very close, it was very easy to get from the airport to the apartment. The host was always in touch, communication was easy and comfortable. I would definitely come back here again!

We stayed at the property for 3 nights. In the morning we worked remotely. The internet was very stable and the view while working was a dream. The residential area is a little secluded, so it is very quiet. There is a small bathing area between the rocks. Ralf was super easy to reach and was always able to help, a great host!

Everything has been spotless. Communication with Alicia, the stay. Everything has been as expected. The modern apartment, with everything you need to be comfortable. The area is very quiet, and you can easily find a place to park your car nearby. The community's facilities are impeccable, with direct access to the beach. Nothing to complain about. We'll be back for sure!

Great location not far from the airport or playa de ingles so it was nice to have a good nightlife not far from us but also be able to come home and it be quiet. Would definitely recommend. The terrace was a great add on you had the sun until the sun set

The apartment and the entire complex are very nice and well maintained. We felt completely comfortable right after arrival. The location was quiet and yet you can reach the bus stop or taxi in a few minutes. There is a large pool and direct beach access. Upon our arrival, chilled drinks and snacks were ready for us. The communication in advance and also during the stay was uncomplicated and Monica responded quickly to my messages. We can only recommend the place and would come back anytime.

Jesus' apartment is located in a wonderful neighborhood. The proximity to the beach, great places to relax within walking distance, make it ideal for traveling. The house had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, from kitchen equipment, dishes to beach towels. I recommend this apartment and will be happy if there is an opportunity to use it again.

If you want convenience, then this is the one for you. Close to everything, reasonable price and great access to transport for everything. If you want to rent a moto or car, this is possible only steps away from the apartment. All the local food places are lovely, the beach is great and people are friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone wanting a lovely sunny beach holiday
