Villa holiday rentals in Afantou

We had such a wonderful time staying in Lachania and at Casa Carma III. It was exactly what we were looking for—privacy, an authentic village atmosphere, and all the comforts of home. The villa was amazing, and we especially loved spending time by the pool. The welcome book was incredibly helpful, we took suggestion to try Yara Yachting, which was fantastic. A big thank to Despina as well for all her help. We would absolutely love to come back again.

Manos & Christos were fantastic, could not have been more helpful. Villa Emerald was simply perfect, beautifully maintained, well equipped, spotlessly clean with the most amazing views. The beds are super comfortable with fresh linen change half way through our stay. If I owned a villa abroad, this is the team I would want to run it. Perfect in every way, highly recommended. Thank you Manos for the fabulous stay.

Beautiful villa with amazing outdoor space. We spent our days round the pool and enjoyed eating in the outside area the nights we stayed in. We were a family of 6- with kids aged 10, 14, 16 and 19…. all ages enjoyed it. We enjoyed a day trip to Symi and a private sunset boat trip as well exploring Rhodes old town. We ate in several of the recommended restaurants and had a good meal in all of them. Thanks for an amazing holiday

Super nette Hosts! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Praktisch ist vor allem der Supermarkt 2min ums Eck. Auch der Strand mit netten Lokalen ist sofort erreichbar. Danke für alles!

Everything was wonderful! The house is decorated and cozy like a hotel, Alex was available for us all the time, the sea and tavernas are within walking distance and the view is amazing. The house is equipped down to the smallest detail - from the food and drinks that were waiting for us to a hairdryer, shampoo and more. Disadvantage - There are a lot of mosquitoes in Rhodes and we suffered even in the villa. It is recommended to stock up on everything you can. Highly recommend!

Very good host, Aleka was extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions. House was immaculate and lots of toys for the kids. She very kindly left us a basket of essentials for when we arrived.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Rhodos Paradise Villa hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Villa ist sehr schön gelegen und man hat Blick auf das Meer und die Altstadt. Bis Rhodos Stadt sind es nicht mal 15 Minuten. Sollte man Lust zu feiern haben, ist Faliraki in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Insgesamt sieht die Villa aus wie auf den Bildern - persönliches Highlight für mich: der Pool. Dieser befindet sich im wunderschönen und gepflegten Garten. Da kann man direkt abschalten. Außerdem gibt es dort genügend Liegen für alle, sodass niemand darauf verzichten muss. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand und war bei der Ankunft blitzsauber. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls direkt auf dem Grundstück. Michail als Gastgeber war immer Hilfsbereit und sehr gut erreichbar. Er gab uns gute Restaurantempfehlungen und Tipps, was man sonst unternehmen sollte, wenn man in Rodos ist. Auch hier Highlight: Michael hat uns Grillgut besorgt damit wir gemeinsam grillen können. On behalf of all of us, our stay at Villa Greenheart for the wedding was beyond amazing! I had many concerns as we were a party of 10, but Greenheart is fully equipped, and the property is huge, giving everyone plenty of room to unwind and soak in the beautiful surroundings. After the wedding ceremony, a few more friends and family joined us at the property. It started with a sunset cocktail by the pool, where we enjoyed the DJ’s eclectic music while the sky put on a breathtaking show. Then, we moved into the beautiful garden for a magical dinner! The night ended with an epic party, filled with dancing and celebrating under the stars—just perfect! Nicolas, our host, was fantastic and made sure everything was just right. He also shared some amazing local spots in Rhodes that unfortunately we didn’t have time to explore, but we’ll definitely be back to discover them. If you’re looking for the perfect venue for a special occasion, Villa Greenheart is it!

Stayed for 5 nights, lovely view and house in general. The host was very responsive and organised transport to and from the airport. 5 stars all round.

From the pictures, this place looks amazing. But it is nothing compared to how beautiful this place is in real life! Martin and Zuzana are fantastic hosts and could not have been more friendly or useful - nothing was too much trouble. The villa (mansion!) is fully equipped with everything we needed and the amenities were perfect for our large family group. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!!

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal bei Leontios zu Gast. Es ist ein herrliches Haus in einzigartiger Lage direkt am Meer. Einfach grossartig. Der Empfang von Leontios Vater war wieder sehr herzlich und er hat uns kurz alles gezeigt - wir kannten es ja bereits. Die Familie hat während des Winters einiges neu gemacht (neuer Grillplatz) usw. Jetzt ist es noch perfekter als vorher. Der Grill ist direkt bei der Terrasse und wir haben ihn ausgiebig genutzt. Alles ist makellos sauber und hochwertig. Während des Aufenthalts wurde uns sogar die Zwischenreinigung angeboten! Einfach sensationell. Die Lage wenige Meter vom Zentrum des Dörfchens entfernt ist ebenfalls perfekt. Man kann zu Fuss kurz bummeln, einkaufen und im Restaurant einkehren. Wenige Meter entfernt hat es unterschiedliche Restaurants. Alles war einfach perfekt - wir können es uns nicht besser vorstellen! Die Lage war für uns absolut genial wir haben jeweils ein Auto gemietet und erkunden die Insel. Danke an Leontios und Familie!

D&R Villas was amazing… as was Dimitrios! This villa had everything we could have wanted and needed, and is by far the nicest house in the village of Gennadi. Our local family friends came by and kindly reminded us it is not the authentic village vibe (as they look around in awe) but I think they were just jealous! Dimitrios was the best and quite literally responded within seconds to any matter I needed help with. The villas are also in the most fabulous location with equal walking distance to the beach as you are the village. A pool almost also feels necessary given how hot Gennadi is. There’s no where else I would have wanted to stay in Gennadi and we will be returning to the villas when we come back to Rhodes next year. Don’t hesitate, book the villas. Thank you Dimitrios!

I cannot recommend this property or Emmanouil as a host enough. The villa was beautiful, spacious and clean with plenty of space around a generous sized pool to lounge. It was also incredibly close to the centre of Kolymbia and it was easy to arrange travel to other parts of the island. Emmanouil was the most amazing host you could ask for, he went above and beyond to make our trip perfect. All of us who went are so genuinely thankful to him for making our trip just that little bit more magic. He was so kind and adaptable to us and met our needs before we could even voice them. A perfect host for a perfect property.

Villa war sehr schön, es war alles vorhanden was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Sogar Frühstück für den ersten Tag, Getränke , Gewürze, Spülsachen,Waschmittel, Kaffee, Tee……….usw.Georgios war super nett und flexibel auch was den Check in anging. Ein Auto ist sehr hilfreich da die Gegend nicht sehr bewohnt ist und Supermarkt etc etwas weiter weg ist.Dafür ist es sehr schön ruhig. Nah zum Kieselstrand. Umgebung etwas baufällig aber dafür kann Georgios ja nichts. Alles in allem ein toller und sehr empfehlenswerter Urlaub.

I stayed here for a week with my two children and this home exceeded all of our expectations. It is exactly as the photos if not better. Really very well equipped everything including plenty of towels, mats for the beach, board games bathroom amenities. Our flight arrived at 10pm and Evi and her family went out of their way to meet at the house and had prepared a welcome pack including bread, coffee wine, juice and more! They also kindly arranged for a hire car at a better price than I could find online. The location has good traditional restaurants within a short walk as well as bakeries and a mini mart and it’s located equally between Lindos and Rodos old town with two great beaches within 10 min drive Tsambika (my preferred - nice restaurant) and Faliraki (good for family watersports etc). The house is fully stocked with everything you need, strong AC in each room and even a poolside barbecue. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. You really get a feel of living local.

Starting with the host - great friendly gentleman. Clear set of instructions on arrival. This guided us to local restaurants, taxi services, places to visit. The Villa is very well equipped. The outside grounds are really well looked after. The swimming pool for ideal for our family (young teenager and 8 year old children). The view from the terrace was beautiful. On some mornings we were able to see dolphins swimming close to shore. Inside was very modern. The tilt and turn style windows with the shutters were ideal. The villa is close to several restaurants. Stefanos sea food is great if you like fish. There is a really nice Pizza place with a beautiful back garden. Recommend hiring a car if you’re going. We didn’t, lots nearby but there’s more to see. We took taxis to local towns which was reasonable in cost. I found the area that the villa was to quiet (my wife loved that however). If you do go, there are lots of busier towns. Recommend Lindos. The beech is unreal.

If I could give my stay more than 5* I could - the host was very accommodating and clearly put a lot of effort in making the property nice for us. The property itself was stunning, with a pool overlooking the oceans, and a few different areas to relax in. Located in a slightly more rural part of Rhodes, staying here is an excellent way to access nature and a less touristy experience of the island.

10 of us stayed at Leonidas’s place for 3 nights and had a fantastic time. The villa is located in a beautiful, private spot right on the seafront around 30 minute drive in Rhodes old town. The property is wonderful with large bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and a spacious living area. The roof terrace is stunning for sunsets and the bbq area perfect for meals in the evening. Everything was spotlessly clean and Leonidas was able to recommend a brilliant taxi company which transported us around the island. An ideal stay for groups or families.

We had a brilliant week-long stay at this gorgeous villa. The villa is stunning and spacious, perfect for our two families. With a separate annex area if you’re wanting some private space. Our host Panos was incredibly helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed, especially with two infants. The outside area and pool is fantastic and a great area to relax with the pool cleaned daily. Panos went above and beyond by organizing a rental car and recommending numerous places to visit, including some hidden gems in Rhodes. The location is ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and it's centrally situated between Lindos and Rhodes Town, both of which are must-visit destinations. Our host made sure we settled in well, familiariser with the facilities and was available for any issues. Would recommend to all.

This villa is AMAZING! Host is wonderful. We felt home from the moment we walked in and had all the comfort we needed for a relaxing holiday. She left water, biscuits, fruit and food for a breakfast. House is brand new, super clean, beds stylish&comfortable, whole house is decorated with love. Bathroom is big with two showers in one which made it fun to take showers with kids. There is a Toaster, coffee machine with capsules, filter coffee. a nice bakery 5 mins walk for morning cappuccinos everyday. Pool is in front, has great view over the mountains and in full privacy, garden at the back with a seating area, table and a brand new barbecue. Location is quiet, good to explore the island, some of the beautiful beaches in 10’ drive, supermarket, tavernas, nice pizzeria in the town. All easy! But above all, Georgia and her family are super sweet and made us feel home, responsive and helpful but very discreet. She is the most generous and kind host we’ve ever met. THANK YOU Georgia XX

War eine super Unterkunft. Man hatte alles zum kochen. Die Terrasse war wunderschön und die Unterkunft an sich war auch super. Den Gastgeber konnte man immer gut erreichen und es gab keine Probleme beim Check in und bei der Abreise. Wir würden immer wiederkommen. Das einzige was nicht zu 100% war das ein paar spinennweben an den Decken waren. Aber auch das war völlig in Ordnung und nicht übertrieben. Danke für die schöne Unterkunft.
