Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Afantou

Beautifully decorated apartment with lots of homely touches. A great selection of food and beverages was provided. Dyonosis was there to meet us and was very responsive throughout our stay, giving us great tips on restaurants and sights. The housekeeper Mimosa was a delight and took our washing off the line and left it neatly folded. Highly recommended.

Excellent host very accommodating and friendly. Gave us great recommendations and was only a 5 minute walk from some amazing beaches. Accommodation was beautiful and spotless with great facilities would highly recommend staying here !

We were very lucky to be able to spend a few wonderful days in this beautiful house. The outdoor area is simply a dream – with an inviting pool and cozy seating. Everything is super well maintained and designed with great attention to detail. There is nothing missing inside either. The kitchen is excellently equipped – it really has everything you could wish for. We would like to particularly highlight the communication: the contact was friendly, warm and absolutely reliable from the beginning. Questions were answered within a few minutes and we received a detailed list of tips for restaurants and activities right at the beginning. We felt completely comfortable and can only recommend this house. We will definitely be back!

We had a very nice stay. The hostess was very flexible and fulfilled all our wishes. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and everything was ready for the first meals. We liked the garden best - a green oasis. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, the turquoise blue water is clear. Overall, our expectations were exceeded.

Well, where should I begin. Nikolas is the best Airbnb host I have ever met. He stays very close to the airbnb and hence is able to help in every possible way. He recommended us restaurants to try. He also left us some drinks to enjoy during our stay. But most importantly he let us check out later because we had our flight in the evening, and also helped us get a taxi to the airport. He is an amazing host and an even more amazing person. I will definitely stay at this place again when I come back to Rhodes.

Exactly what we wanted. A small place without tourism. 2-3 good food options, small supermarket, bakery, café just around the corner…and perfect as a starting point to explore the island by car. Contact was also very nice and always available. Only those who have a cat allergy or aversion would have to think about it😅 The living space is very nice and large!

I can’t say enough great things about Angleos! He was super responsive and so so helpful. He also was very understanding. When our toilet paper ran out, he came and filled it right away as well as helping me to find a place to order food from late at night. For transportation, he gave me a great recommendation for a taxi service that brought us to and from the airport as well as all around the island. Thank you again so much Angleos. As for the house, it was PERFECT! The outside is beautiful with an amazing pool and plenty of seating everywhere. We had 7 people and slept very comfortably inside with more than enough space for everyone. 10/10 would recommend this home and coming to Rhodes!

Terpsis Pool Villa is absolutely beautiful! We came as a group of 4 and had plenty of space in the villa and in the outside garden by the pool and hot tub for all of us to relax for 10 nights. The villa itself is gorgeous, very clean, luxurious and so many things have been thought of. There are plenty outdoor spots to sunbathe, as well as shaded areas. We played lots of table tennis whilst having a BBQ! The hot tub had been added after we booked which was a fantastic addition also! The pool is great fun, and a lovely way to cool off in the heat. They have some toys/floats for the pool too. The local area is lovely and quiet, with a variety of supermarkets in walking distance. The villa is about 10 minutes to old town in a taxi too, and the hosts were very helpful in helping us get one if we were stuck! We hired a car and did a whole island road trip for one day, to see some sights on the island. The hosts were incredible, helpful, super friendly, and always there to check in!

The room was nice, clean, new and everything was as described. The City Center and Beach is close by with the car and the neighbourhood is quiet

This apartment is a great place to stay in Rhodes! Close to the old town with lots to do and many restaurants around. Manolis was a great host and helped me with all of my questions, the place was very clean and nice to stay in. Thanks for everything I hope to return again one day!

. We had a great stay in this clean, modern and ideally located accommodation in a quiet neighborhood. The bedding is very comfortable, which guarantees good nights of rest. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing! The welcome was particularly nice: drinks, wine, beer and pastries were waiting for us on arrival — a real plus that allows you to fully enjoy the first evening without worrying about shopping. The patio is a real asset, very pleasant for eating outside, even when it is hot. Finally, Georges is an exceptional host: warm, available and always ready to help. He speaks perfect French, which makes communication even easier. He responds very quickly to messages, which is really appreciated. We highly recommend this place and will be back with pleasure!

This little place was exactly what we were looking for! It was clean and well presented. It was perfect for a holiday, and the locals were the nicest people. Highly recommend

I don't even know where to start. On the first day our transfer had problems and Constantinos phoned them and drove us a bit. The accommodation was very clean and new, there really is everything you need. The location gives you a good insight into how people live there and you're not in the middle of normal tourist life. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk away and lots of restaurants. The beaches are also 5-10 minutes away by car. In addition, you can easily reach many sights due to the location. He even helped us when we had a breakdown with our moped and picked us up even though he had to work. He responds very quickly and is very nice and helpful. His mother even made us Greek food on the penultimate day and brought it over. To sum up, the accommodation and its location, as well as the host, are great. For me, in the 3-4 years I have been using Airbnb, it was the nicest host and one of the best experiences and accommodations. A clear recommendation from me.

I can’t recommend this place enough!! The most stunning apartment with everything you need and more. It really felt like home from home. The apartment itself is picture perfect and Constantinos was the absolute perfect host. I had an issue and lost my phone during my stay during a hen boat party but managed to reach out to Constantinos and he went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything to not hesitate to reach out. I couldn’t have asked for more from him. The apartment was so clean and in the perfect location just off the main road that’s filled with plenty of bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Such good value for money. Very very responsive host, made sure I had everything I needed as I arrived later on in the evening and even did his best to offer me checkout as late as he could. Thank you again Constantinos for being so helpful and understanding. I look forward to hopefully returning very soon:)

Everything was perfect. This property is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is stunning. Every corner of the house was as clean as possible, and the kitchen is well-equipped. We stayed there with our 2-year-old child, and the environment was very kid-friendly. Beautiful beaches are within walking distance, and both the airport and city center are very close. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always responding quickly. Totally recommended!

Highly recommended ! Great apartment but on 4th floor so its steps up to the apartment which wasnt a problem for us at all but maybe for other people. Great views over the beach and sea. Great location with a five star review on trip advisor with friendly owners bar restaurant directly under the apartment. Beach bars just over the road outside. Lively bars just behind the apartment open til 4am ish. Didnt bother us at all but can hear music. Edge of the old town is say 15 mins walk, centre 25 mins. Easy stroll up there. Taxi and buses not far from the apartment so airport is very accessable 30 mins ish away. Taxi about €30. Evi is a great host and is always available on messages. We met her in our apartment on our way home. Very helpful with check in / check out times. Thank you Evi we had a great 6 days.

Very quietly and peaceful location for those who prefer authentic vibe of Greece. It's very peaceful place to stay so do not expect any bars or clubs. Host was very friendly and she told us many places to visit.

Beautiful apartment with two terraces, everything as specified. Optimal location of the apartment, quiet area. Only a crowing rooster and barking dog of the neighbors can sometimes be heard at night. In a few minutes by car to the supermarket and to many great bathing beaches.

The two of us spent a week in Rhodes. We enjoyed Nikos and Katerina's apartment very much. The house is very private, just outside the small town of Kremasti. Nikos and his family live on the first floor, but we didn't hear anything from them. On the second floor there are two Airbnb apartments, which also do not disturb each other. On the front side, there is a terrace shared with the other apartment with a table and pallet sofa, on the own apartment a larger balcony with a table, sofa, chairs, umbrella and hot tub. The beach is about 500 m away, also the village 500 m in the other direction. Due to the proximity to the airport (5 min. by car), of course, all planes can be heard, which did not bother us and we also knew beforehand. Rhodes Airport is also still in operation at night, so occasionally a plane takes off & lands again around 3 AM. If necessary, earplugs are available in the bedroom.

Great apartment! Quiet location and yet in the middle of the action. A few meters to the beach, restaurants and bars! The apartment was super clean, very well maintained and exactly as in the pictures and description. Communication channels are flawless. Parking spaces are right outside the door.

We stayed for a week and the place was great. Just as described and communication was excellent. I would recommend this place without any hesitation.

stayed at Eleni’s flat for three nights and here’s some honest feedback: enjoyed this greatly organised place found a few welcome treats when we first entered found everything we needed in the flat enjoyed the balcony comfortable bathroom Lots of wardrobe/storing cabinets to use Books available to read well equipped kitchen we felt our money was well spent nice communication- Eleni would reply to our messages within minutes definitely an example of authentic Greek hospitality we never met the host in-person but we’d like to say thank you for this experience side note: there’s no lift to use to get into second floor, but we were fine with the stairs
