Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Afantou

Fantastic stay - I think easily the favorite of our trip. The host was amazingly responsive, to the point that I wonder if she ever has any personal time? She helped us arrange for transport to and from airport; highly recommended, as finding the apartment on your own in the maze of streets could be challenging, and the driving service carried our bags and took us to the door. Host was also quick to respond to requests for restaurants and lined us up with a very convenient car rental service for exploring the island. The apartment is charming and, though a little small, quite comfortable; we did not find ourselves needing more space. Air conditioning and wifi worked great. Would highly recommend this property and the host.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr flexibel und hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet und für die ersten Mahlzeiten lag schon alles bereit. Am besten hat uns der Garten gefallen - eine grüne Oase. Der Strand liegt nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss entfernt, das türkis blaue Wasser ist klar. Unsere Erwartungen wurden insgesamt übererfüllt.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft! Wir bekamen viele hilfreiche Tips. Ebenso wurde uns bei der Wahl der Restaurants geholfen und uns wurde sogar geholfen bei der Reservierung. Unser Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und stets freundlich. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es gab genügend Handtücher. Die Lage ist perfekt. Ruhig und dennoch zentral. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Bei einem erneuten Besuch auf Rhodos würden wir exakt diese Unterkunft erneut buchen.

Genau das, was wir wollten. Ein kleiner Ort ohne Tourismus. 2-3 gute Essensmöglichkeiten, kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker, Café direkt um die Ecke…und als Ausgangspunkt um mit dem Auto die Insel zu erkunden, perfekt. Kontakt war auch sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Nur wer eine Katzenallergie- oder Abneigung hat, müsste es sich überlegen😅 Der Wohnraum ist sehr schön und groß!

Terpsis Pool Villa is absolutely beautiful! We came as a group of 4 and had plenty of space in the villa and in the outside garden by the pool and hot tub for all of us to relax for 10 nights. The villa itself is gorgeous, very clean, luxurious and so many things have been thought of. There are plenty outdoor spots to sunbathe, as well as shaded areas. We played lots of table tennis whilst having a BBQ! The hot tub had been added after we booked which was a fantastic addition also! The pool is great fun, and a lovely way to cool off in the heat. They have some toys/floats for the pool too. The local area is lovely and quiet, with a variety of supermarkets in walking distance. The villa is about 10 minutes to old town in a taxi too, and the hosts were very helpful in helping us get one if we were stuck! We hired a car and did a whole island road trip for one day, to see some sights on the island. The hosts were incredible, helpful, super friendly, and always there to check in!

Oncelikle ev sahibi Poyraz Bey’e tesekkurlerimi sunmak istiyorum, geldigimiz andan itibaren bizlerle cok cok iyi ilgilendi, ne istesek yardimci oldu:) Ev hem manzarasi, hem havuzu, hem de manzaraya karsi yapilmis lounge ile beraber mukemmeldi. Hersey tertemizdi, evin ic tarafi da evin avlusu kadar guzeldi. Sogutte konaklanacak en guzel yerlerden birisi , herkese tavsiye ediyorum:)

Unser Aufenthalt auf Rhodos war einfach traumhaft! Die Wohnung war perfekt – alles war neu, sehr sauber und die riesige Terrasse mit der atemberaubenden Aussicht war ein absolutes Highlight. Der Whirlpool war makellos gepflegt und ein echtes Plus. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich hilfsbereit, hat uns tolle Insider-Tipps für die Region gegeben und war immer sofort erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Auch der flexible Check-in und Check-out, besonders am Abreisetag, hat unseren Aufenthalt entspannt abgerundet. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Can not say enough how great this place was, lovely house, fully renovated all spotless, with everything you need. We arrived late and the host was waiting for us with nice explanations and more than enough in the fridge for breakfast and much more, is like arriving home. The terrace has an amazing view with a super nice jacuzzi, you can spend the entire evening just laying on the outdoors terrace bed enjoying the view and the fresh air. The location is great, easy walk to supermarket and cafes , and a short drive to a great beach with lots of restaurants. Just a perfect place to stay, absolutely beautiful, fully recommended.

Rocco and Marta were great hosts, and responsive with help. Really amazing location to enjoy Old Town, the historic sights, restaurants and shopping. To note - it was fine for me, but some may find the bathroom a bit tight. You also have to be careful in using the shower as to not spray water beyond the glass pane. Patio setup has changed but is still nice. Otherwise, apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures.

This apartment is a great place to stay in Rhodes! Close to the old town with lots to do and many restaurants around. Manolis was a great host and helped me with all of my questions, the place was very clean and nice to stay in. Thanks for everything I hope to return again one day!

Prachtig tuin met veel zitplekjes. En wij hadden bij ons appartementje een fantastisch dakterras. Een oase van rust in de oude stad.

I don't even know where to start. On the first day our transfer had problems and Constantinos phoned them and drove us a bit. The accommodation was very clean and new, there really is everything you need. The location gives you a good insight into how people live there and you're not in the middle of normal tourist life. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk away and lots of restaurants. The beaches are also 5-10 minutes away by car. In addition, you can easily reach many sights due to the location. He even helped us when we had a breakdown with our moped and picked us up even though he had to work. He responds very quickly and is very nice and helpful. His mother even made us Greek food on the penultimate day and brought it over. To sum up, the accommodation and its location, as well as the host, are great. For me, in the 3-4 years I have been using Airbnb, it was the nicest host and one of the best experiences and accommodations. A clear recommendation from me.

I can’t recommend this place enough!! The most stunning apartment with everything you need and more. It really felt like home from home. The apartment itself is picture perfect and Constantinos was the absolute perfect host. I had an issue and lost my phone during my stay during a hen boat party but managed to reach out to Constantinos and he went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything to not hesitate to reach out. I couldn’t have asked for more from him. The apartment was so clean and in the perfect location just off the main road that’s filled with plenty of bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Such good value for money. Very very responsive host, made sure I had everything I needed as I arrived later on in the evening and even did his best to offer me checkout as late as he could. Thank you again Constantinos for being so helpful and understanding. I look forward to hopefully returning very soon:)

This place was amazing. We stayed for 3 weeks and it was more than we ever dreamed of. Absolutely beautiful with everything we needed.

Hadde et fint opphold og trivdes veldig godt i denne leiligheten. Utrolig fin og moderne med alt tilgjengelig i den. Ligger litt unna strand og sentrum, men det var også fint for fikk da utforsket stedet bedre med å ta bena fatt. Var enkelt å bestille taxi for vi fikk telefonnummer så det ble enkelt å komme seg frem/tilbake.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ όμορφο και άνετο! Με μοντέρνα διακόσμηση και παρείχε ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος κατά τη διαμονή του! Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός και προσεγμένος. Ο Γιώργος ήταν πολύ φιλικός κ καθοδηγητικός σε όλα! Θα το ξανά προτιμούσα σίγουρα, σε επόμενη επίσκεψη μου στη Ρόδο!

A great place to stay if you're planning to visit Rhodes. Walking distance to pretty much everywhere in the city. If you want to party, visit the old town or go to the beach, everything is easily accessible from the apartment. The apartment was great and we have no complaints. Would reccomend it 100%.

We stayed at Pantelis's place for a week. The flat is well located, with the main beach, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The city centre is just 10 mins away on foot. We had an amazing stay and Pantelis has been a great host. Definitely recommended!

Ein Ort wie aus einem Märchen – mit einer Gastgeberin, die man sich nur wünschen kann! Wenn ihr ein ursprüngliches, zauberhaftes griechisches Dorf erleben möchtet – mit weißen Häusern, Steinböden, farbenfrohen Türen und Blumen überall – dann seid ihr hier genau richtig. Die Unterkunft bei Maria Stella war für uns ein echter Glücksgriff. Wir haben ganz spontan gebucht, und obwohl es schon spät war, ist Maria Stella extra noch einmal zurückgekommen, um uns persönlich am Dorfplatz zu empfangen. Sie hat uns liebevoll empfangen, uns die besten Tavernen gezeigt, wertvolle Tipps gegeben und uns zu unserem kleinen, aber feinen Apartment begleitet. Alles war bestens vorbereitet – im Kühlschrank warteten gekühlte Getränke, es gab Öl, Salz, Kaffee und alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Ein absolutes Highlight war die gemeinsame Dachterrasse mit Hängematte und Grill! Sie antwortet unglaublich schnell und ist mit Herz und Seele Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns als Paar sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder

Wir haben zu zweit eine Woche auf Rhodos verbracht. Die Wohnung von Nikos und Katerina hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt sehr privat, etwas außerhalb der Kleinstadt Kremasti. Im Erdgeschoss leben Nikos und seine Familie, von denen wir aber nichts gehört haben. In der ersten Etage befinden sich zwei Airbnb Wohnungen, welche sich auch nicht gegenseitig stören. Auf der Vorderseite befindet sich eine mit der anderen Wohnung geteilte Terrasse mit Tisch und Palettensofa, an der eigenen Wohnung ein größerer Balkon mit Tisch, Sofa, Stühlen, Sonnenschirm und Whirlpool. Der Strand ist ca. 500m entfernt, auch das Dorf 500m in die andere Richtung. Aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen (5min mit dem Auto) sind natürlich alle Flugzeuge zu hören, was uns aber nicht gestört hat und wir auch vorher wussten. Der Flughafen Rhodos hat auch nachts noch Betrieb, vereinzelt starten & landen also auch gegen 3 Uhr nochmal ein Flugzeug. Bei Bedarf liegen aber Ohropax im Schlafzimmer bereit.

Unterkunft ist sehr schön, gut gelegen in einem kleineren Örtchen. Strand direkt über die Straße. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat schnell bei Problemen geholfen.

Anna è semplicemente una persona meravigliosa, super ospitale, gentilissima e sempre sorridente ♥️ L’appartamento era esattamente come in foto, pulito e in una zona tranquilla a 1,2 km da Old town. È stato tutto fantastico! Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un alloggio confortevole, ben posizionato e con un servizio eccellente
