Welcome to our lovely townhouse in the center of Marstal, where we have done a lot to set the stage for a cozy and relaxing base when you are going to visit our lovely Ärø island sea. The house has a super distribution with 2-3 rooms on the 1st floor and large bedroom on the ground floor, where there is also a living room in open connection to the kitchen. There is also a spacious bathroom with a shower. The whole house is 124 sqm. There is a patio, as well as a garden that provides space to also enjoy the outdoors secluded.

The home contains on the ground floor an entrance hall, cozy living room, dining room as well as kitchen and bathroom with shower. On the first floor you will find two rooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a toilet. Washing machine and dishwasher are available at the property. You have to bring bed linen and towels yourself.

Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 m to the beach and right by the hiking and biking trails.
