Holiday rentals with a patio in Aegean Sea

Haroula was an amazing host, met us at the port and walked us up to the apartment. Extremely friendly and taught us some local phrases. The apartment was just like the photos, very clean and the views were amazing. 10/10 would stay again!

it was surprisingly very comfortable stay, everything was very clear and automated in a very comfortable way. all instructions were very helpful and clear and the coffee and tea machines were huge plus. the vew also was very refreshing and the location is close to where we wanted to be , but there is a steep hill to climb so keep that in mind. all in all .. a great experience, and i think it is going to be our go to option whenever we come to izmir. i can't recommend this place enough.

We loved Renata’s place! She provided everything we could have needed. The apartment was clean. Easy to get to all the sites, tons of restaurants around. Renata is super responsive and proactive in her communications. She even helped us get a transfer from the airport to her place. It was seamless on our end, though I know she had to do the extra work to make everything come together. We would definitely come back if we are in Athens again. Thank you!!

We loved this location - it was exactly what we wanted, and perfect for the two of us. Monastiraki is a great location - a base for exploring the history of Athens, the busy flea market, plenty of restaurants. Things to bear in mind: this is on the seventh floor at the top of a building, and the lift goes to the sixth floor, but the view is worth the extra stairs; it’s a busy neighbourhood, with lots of night life, so expect to hear some music from the adjacent attic bar, although this really didn’t bother us (shut the windows!). The host was very responsive and exceptionally helpful - we appreciated the guides to neighbourhoods, eating places, etc. All in all we loved the location, the lay-out of the premises, the character of the apartment. We would definitely try to stay here again if available.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

We loved the views and the home, gorgeous!!! Be aware that you need to walk luggage up 2 flights of stairs, worth the effort! Small items like shampoo and cream rinse would be a welcome addition. Also, this sleeps max 4 people, if 2 people share a bed. The bathroom and shower are beautiful. The deck is a once in a lifetime view. The restaurants in the neighborhood are gorgeous, but it’s good to know that the nightclubs go until 3am.

We could not have had a more responsive host! Not only did he solve our elevator problems, he made outstanding recommendations and connections for airport pickup and boat trip. His recs were top notch! The apartment is exactly as pictured and the views are spectacular. I highly recommend booking this apartment and don’t miss the bakery around the corner and great local restaurants. As a host, he went above and beyond to make this stay one of the best Airbnb stays i’ve had. Thank you again for meeting and exceeding our expectation.

I can recommend Gigi's apartment 100%! The communication was great, clear and pleasant from the start. The furnishings corresponded to the pictures and were supplemented by loving, local products (including honey, jam). There was a daily cleaning service and the location was perfect for exploring the island. ☺️ Great value for money and always worth a trip!

Ms. Pınar's house is on the street overlooking the beach and across the minibus stop. The location is very nice. We liked the house very much. The beds are comfortable, one is a double bed and the other is for one person. It has a terrace upstairs with a great view. The house was as it appeared. It was very easy to find. Transportation to the market, parking lot, and beach restaurants is very easy. We were pleased. Ms. Pınar helped us with everything and got back to us. Thank you.

Our stay at Eleni’s beautiful Greek house was nothing short of magical. One of the highlights was her generosity in supplying fresh vegetables, eggs & olive oil all from her property. We were treated to several delicious authentic local dishes which reflected the region’s rich culinary traditions, and you could taste the freshness in every bite. The house itself was a stunning example of authentic Greek architecture, with charming details that gave it a unique character. The view was breathtaking—panoramic scenes of the sparkling sea and distant islands. Whether enjoying a meal on the terrace or relaxing with a glass of wine, the landscape made every moment special. We stayed as a 3 adult infant on September 7-10. It was our first Airbnb experience, so we were a little nervous. Mr. Mehmet, his father, Mr. Murat, welcomed us. We were very welcomed. After we rested a little, Mr. Mehmet took us for a 20-25 minute ride to introduce us around. It was a very useful walk, he told us about everything around, where we can eat, etc. We really liked what we ate and drank from the places she recommended. The location of the house is very nice. The surroundings were calm, of course it was the time to open the schools, normally it was a more lively place. The house is very close to the sea, you can leave the house and walk to the beach for 3-5 minutes. There is a beach 2 km long, there is both a public beach and beaches, the sea is sand, it does not pass for a long time. Just down the house is a pool with aqua park. The house is as it appears in the photos, clean and tidy. Everything you need. We did not experience any lack of supplies. We loved Mr. Mehmet and his wife Elif. They're not like an operator, they're like hosts. We'll visit often from now on

We had an amazing stay in Athens! We had a little trouble getting into the apartment and they came immediately to help us get in! Very responsive anytime we had a question or minor issue! They made this stay so incredible! The place was stunning and we truly wish we had more time here in Athens! They helped with local recommendations and were truly exceptional hosts! Will recommend again and again!

I can’t say enough about this spectacular apartment, its view, and location! Absolutely breathtaking! It’s right in the heart of everything you’d want to see about Ancient Greece in Athens! Short walking distance to the Acropolis and so much more. I would easily stay here again and highly recommend to others!

The absolute best location and view in Athens!

Our stay was wonderful. The view from the patio of the Acropolis is magnificent, especially at night. The apartment is clean and nice. The neighborhood was quiet with an easy walk to the sights. The host provided us with many recommendations and was quick to respond to any questions. We accidentally broke the glass shower door and he was so gracious and understanding while concerned that no one was hurt. The massage chair was a welcome reprieve after walking around town. Great apartment and amazing host!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect- feels safe, is walkable to the major sights, and also has tons of bars, restaurants, and shopping right outside the door. The unit was very clean (including the hot tub) and there was an AC unit in every room and was very strong, which was great! I would definitely recommend this property.

The place was a great. It was nice to be on a neighborhood a little away from the crowds. It was peaceful on the terrace. There were two really good restaurants within a block and half. Along with some bakeries, coffee shops and mini markets. Made it very convenient! Place was very clean and comfortable.

Zhana is absolutely the best! She made sure we were well taken of well before we even arrived in Athens. Her attention to detail wasuch appreciated. Extremely accomodating even after we were delayed over 7 hours. The AirBNB was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay. The view from the rooftop was phemomemal! Would love to come back and stay here again.

This place was perfect! It was our first time in Athens. We were unsure where to stay, and this was perfect! A quiet neighborhood within walking distance to all the interactions. We walked everywhere we needed to be. The views were amazing of the acropolis! The place looked exactly as expected from the photos. Far enough away for peace and quiet with so many restaurants and markets right at our feet. Alexandra, our host, was extremely responsive. She helped with many recommendations and also arranged for our transportation from the airport and back to the port when we left. We would definitely stay here again! Loved it ♥️
