Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Aegean Sea

The place was absolutely charming, clean and the host was incredibly helpful!

We loved our stay. Semi was extremely helpful and responsive. She provided us with great recommendations and was helpful with transfers and taxi services. Our luggage was delayed at the airport and she was responsive when the airline needed to contact her to arrange delivery. Peaceful village with beautiful views.

There were three of us in the accommodation to visit friends in Karystos. It was all fine. A beautiful beach at the foot of the mountain, about seven minutes by car to Karystos, which is necessary for Euboea. The beds were very comfortable, the location very quiet with a beautiful view of the bay. We would like to book it again soon. :-)

We were before the start of the summer season. There were not many other tourists. The weather was ideal. For our family of five, the villa and its three bedrooms were just the right size. It was a nice surprise that the villa also had a bricked outdoor grill and pizza oven. The tiny little road was a surprise when we arrived in the dark and almost stopped faith. It would have been nice to have a tavern or/shop within walking distance. We only had one driver. The week went by quickly and was fun. We recommend it to other family groups.

The house is literally right at the water. The final drive down to the house is extremely steep, and with a larger vehicle it was a challenge to turn the car around. We became pros at this about halfway through our 15-night stay!! With only three of us in the house, we had plenty of room. We thoroughly enjoyed the two living rooms (first and second levels). We also enjoyed the multiple decks to sit out and enjoy the water sounds. We used the outside table by the pool a few times and appreciated the extra shade provided by the electric awning. The pool was a bit cold for us, but we did use it. The lichen had everything we needed, which we appreciated. The house far exceeded our expectations!! Rania was very helpful, as she provided great suggestions for restaurants, activities, etc.

Had a great stay at the apartment! Our stay was short and we definitely wished we stayed longer as the place was very beautiful and comfortable and felt like home! The host was very responsive and welcoming and helped us with anything extra we needed. Also one of the cleanest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in! Will definitely be back!

Probably the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in so far. Out of all the boathouses jn Klima, this one is the best since it has a nice rooftop patio so you can avoid all the tourists walking down and talking pictures. In general it’s a pretty quiet area which is what we wanted, and all of the neighbors are so nice. They provided us with water and snacks, and the shower water can get pretty hot if you want it to (an essential for me 😂). Life changing experience.

This is the third time we have stayed here. Harris is very responsive. The place is exactly how it is described. Very clean, the views are stunning. His mum is so welcoming and lovely. It’s about 20 mins from the airport.

This airb&b was AMAZING! Views were incredible. Host was great and responded quickly and we rented a car from the son which was 40€ per day. Host arranged someone to meet us at the port and showed us to our room. Truly, the only downfall was that the bed was incredibly firm (one of the worst beds I’ve slept in) but the views totally made it worth it! We felt very safe and would definitely stay again!

We had the BEST time ever staying here! Stamatis went above and beyond—he picked us up from the airport, gave us amazing recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house itself was amaaaazing with so many thoughtful amenities, plus fresh fruits, snacks, and drinks waiting for us when we arrived. It honestly felt like staying in a 5-star hotel. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from the port, restaurants, and shops. We felt so well taken care of and would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Milos. Manolis was very friendly and welcoming—he welcomed us in person, gave us a bottle of wine and water as a welcome. His place is beautiful looking out toward the east of the island with a gorgeous view and lovely jacuzzi. It was a beautiful and modern location to stay. The location is in Pyrgos Kallistis, a quieter village high up on Thira (Santorini) island with panoramic views of the island. About a ten minute walk into town where there are many delicious cafes and restaurants as well as the bus stop to get into more touristy parts of the island. I would recommend renting a vehicle if staying here as the bus is relatively infrequent and unreliable. All in all a wonderful stay thanks to a beautiful location and hospitable host!

We had a great time at Christos & Antouella’s place! It was very walkable to downtown Naousa! ~only about a 6-7 min walk! It had a beautiful view & everything we needed for our stay! Christos was extremely responsive to our questions & had a lot of helpful local recommendations! Definitely would recommend!!!

Such a beautiful apartment and the view from the balcony is just incredible! The apartment itself was clean, tidy and stocked with all the basic things like coffee, toiletries, towels and water in the fridge. Everything was walking distance - with bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep. 15 min walk to Molyvos castle. Vicky and Sotiris were very helpful, they sent check in instructions on how to find the apartment with lots of photos as it is tucked away in a little side street. They were very quick to respond when I had any questions. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting Molyvos and looking for somewhere nice to stay!

This place is perfect location and the room is amazing and clean. The view from patio is breathtaking! I highly recommend this anyone! Anything past this location closer to the Blue Domes will be in heavy traffic when trying to get back to your room and fighting the crowd which made this location perfect!

What a fantastic apartment with photos that barely do it justice. Immaculately kept and with the bonus of the roof terrace to watch the sun go down on the Acropolis. The location is great being no more than a 20 minute walk from the majority of key sites. A great bar around the corner and plenty of breakfast options before heading off to walk the city. It was a very nice and spacious apartment, everything you needed was there. However, at some times everything was parked but you could also park a little further down about 5-10min walking distance so not so bad. All in all, a clear recommendation and aggileki is also really very friendly and accommodating😊

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Athens! From the moment we arrived, our host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She struck the perfect balance of being available whenever we needed help, yet always respecting our privacy, something we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning, tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which we had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our stay. It felt like our own little oasis in the city. Another thoughtful touch was the welcome basket, such attention to detail! It was clear that a lot of care and consideration went into making our stay special. And a special thank you to our host for being so patient and kind when we (more than once!) forgot our keys. She never made us feel like a burden and always helped with a smile. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend it highly enough ❤️

Would recommend, just a little stop gap for us but was perfect. The apartment was exactly as advertised, check in was perfect, the whole place was spotless with really friendly cleaners working tirelessly all day. The pool and bar was so amazing. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Finest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Actually, it's hard to compare with other Airbnbs because this was such a cut above. Views of the Acropolis from almost every part of the two story unit. 10 mins from the best dining and the Acropolis museum. Very private and safe even when entirely open to Athens as both floors open to the outside with extensive outdoor areas on both floors. Very, very clean, high end Euro design and top notch technology and everything easy to use. My family and I were blown away. Lastly we chose the daily breakfast delivery. Made the day start just right.

I can't imagine a better place to stay than this apartment in Athens! We will definitely stay again when we are in Athens. It beautifully designed, has all the amenities you need and then some and has the most beautiful balcony with a view of the Acropolis. Plus the host is so kind, helpful and responsive!! We are a family of 4 and it was perfect.

This was the best Airbnb rental we have experienced. The host thought of everything and made our stay feel even better than a hotel! The location is unparalleled, the little details of snacks and water and wine in the fridge. What an extremely hospitable host and property! Easy to check in, check out was also a breeze.
