We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. Highly recommend a stay at Familia Bremner villa. Thanks Ute & family

Had a short two night stay at Alexsandras apartment. She was really friendly and informative, and her lovely parents met us on arrival. The view of Lake Iseo is stunning, and as we arrived late, she recommended a really good pizza restaurant 5 minutes walk away. The space is spotless and has a great kitchen. As is usual in Italy, there's no microwave. Italians like their food fresh! You definitely need a small car to get there, but that's why they invited a Fiat 500! Getting there is along very tight streets, and very steep roads, so a small car is essential, but that adds to the charm. Really good spot!

We had a nice time and felt completely comfortable. Very nicely furnished house, with attention to detail. Everything you need is there. The location amidst olive trees is perfect for a relaxing and peaceful stay. And yet, Salo is quick to reach. Aideen is a very friendly and attentive hostess. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful spacious, clean and brand new apartment. Fully equipped and beautifully located with a covered view of the lake. Very generous balcony, spacious bathroom. Host responds quickly to questions and requests during the stay. Private parking space on enclosed grounds available at the apartment. There are 8 apartments spread over 2 floors. The apartments are located in a hairpin bend, so passing motorcycles can be heard on the weekend, but you will not be bothered by that inside. Despite the fact that we only stayed here for 3 nights due to a stopover, we had a good time.

Massimiliano has created a real gem with this lovingly renovated farm. The furnishings are well thought out and of high quality, nothing is missing. The location in the small town offers a lot of peace, but at the same time is ideally connected - highway, supermarkets, gas station and McDonald's can be reached in a few minutes. We particularly appreciated the included tennis and fishing offer. A real highlight was the warm hospitality, also towards our German shepherd Lego. It is not self-evident that large dogs are not only allowed here, but really welcome. The completely fenced property was ideal for him - and the fact that Massimiliano watched with a smile as Lego jumped into the pool from time to time says everything about his relaxed nature as a host. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back.

We enjoyed this beautiful house a lot. It has all you need , everything was clean and comfortable and Renata who welcomed us was always so helpful and quick to respond! Our little dog felt like home from the first moment on! We would always like to come back again ! Thanks for having us!

Matteo's house is excellent! A wonderful swimming pool, large bathroom with whirlpool and a bathroom with walk-in shower downstairs. Kitchen is fully equipped! You can sit outside. When we were there, we had two storms. The first storm caused the floor cooling to stop working. Immediately, it was arranged that we would get mobile air conditioners! What a great service. This was beyond Matteo's control, but he immediately arranged for his brother and mother to come and check everything! Matteo's mother was also waiting for us when we arrived. What a lovely woman! We enjoyed the house and the pool! Bergamo is around the corner and easy to reach by public transport or taxi. The bus stops almost at your doorstep. Our dog could walk around freely without us having to keep an eye on him. But with 30+ degrees, he preferred to lie in the cool house☺️. Thank you Matteo for your service and for letting us enjoy your beautiful house!

We were guests at Adamo's chalet for just a few days but it was an unforgettable experience. The house is well maintained both inside and out, with all the comforts and well equipped. Even Fara, our furry baby, immediately settled in and especially enjoyed the outdoor area that surrounds the entire house. Marco was always available and also provided us with valid directions regarding the various routes to take in the area. We also had the pleasure of meeting Adam, who liked our salads. We'll be happy to come back.

We spent a very relaxing week in Federico's well-kept house and surroundings. We liked the quiet location of the accommodation and the view of the mountains very much. It was particularly nice to enjoy the morning coffee in the first rays of sunshine at the house in the beautiful garden or to spend some reading time on the deck chairs in the sun under the palm trees in the late afternoon. The bright and cozy winter garden is also great for all meals. Federico is a warm host and always available for questions or arrangements. We felt completely comfortable.

The apartment is absolutely fantastic, right on the promenade, very central, but still pleasantly quiet. It is very spacious (we were two), clean and corresponds to the photos. The absolute highlight is the roof terrace, from which you have a wonderful view of the lake. The contact with Gianmario was straightforward, he immediately responded to questions after check-in and helped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a pleasant stay, in a very well-equipped house with a breathtaking view of the city of Brescia. Massimo is a very welcoming, available and discreet host. The environment is fantastic for recharging and enjoying nature. The little extras: mosquito nets on the doors/windows, and a cat that came to say hello to us every day :)

Absolutely beautiful location. The cats and the dog were so so cute and friendly. A great space with all the amenities you would need. The town is extremely quaint and charming as well. The best part of our stay however was the host’s father, enrico - who went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay: he offered us fresh berries and herbs from his garden and even showed us a beautiful creek to swim in. I highly highly recommend.

We had the best time at the lake house! Everything was great and we loved swimming in the lake right after waking up or just whenever we felt like it! Maria is super nice and quickly responded to our messages.

We stayed at Agata and Alfredo's place and had a great time. Contacts with Agata were quick and easy. Alfredo gave us great tips for the restaurants in the area that, proven, were very positive. The house is comfortable and nice, organized with an attractive kitchen and the living room on the ground floor, complete with a bathroom with shower, essential for four people. The bedrooms and the second full bathroom are on the upper floors, which can be reached by a staircase. The location is perfect, overlooking the main road that leads to the main points of interest on the lakefront and the Franciacorta. Walking distance to the lake and the pretty village of Clusane. Thank you for your hospitality!

a very nice place a little out of time and urbanization. we recommend in addition in June with jasmine in bloom, it's a little paradise!

Simona is very kind and the house is very clean. It's very useful because there is a file that organizes how to get to Milan and its attractions. I would confidently recommend it because it's a place I want to stay again.

Our stay could not have been better!!! Cinzia and her family are wonderful people and have prepared an apartment with great care and refinement. It is exactly as in the photos, very comfortable, cozy, beautiful, well decorated. We had a great weekend with the family! I highly recommend it!

Lucia is a wonderful friendly host. When we arrived we were welcomed with a tasty home-made tourt 😋 The house was very clean and the area is quite with beautiful views. There was a lot of different coffee capsules and things to eat for breakfast. Most importantly, Lucia is very responsive and proactive to our requests. Overall, we truly have enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Lucia's accommodation.

We stayed for 4 nights with our 5 year old son and we had a great time. The area is very beautiful, peaceful, green, we loved it. Easy to go for walks straight from the house. There are restaurants/shops down in the villages nearby. The place was also spotless clean and communication with Emanuala was super smooth. She had very good recommendations for food and activities.
