The apartment is very well equipped, well maintained and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ralf and his family are always approachable and extremely helpful. The place is particularly suitable for concentrated learning or working, as the environment is quiet and pleasant. The neighborhood also invites you to take walks or jogging laps. There is a bus stop nearby, but the journey to the city center - with a change - takes about 30 to 40 minutes. Shops (Netto and Edeka) are about a kilometer away and are easily accessible by bus. An all-around recommended stay!

We spent a week at the place. We arrived on Sunday and were immediately warmly welcomed and shown around. It is really a very nice apartment with lots of space. We really enjoyed the amenities. There were really a lot of blankets and pillows available and very cozy beds. Plenty of storage space, closets and dressers. The kitchen is super equipped... from Fit, spices, paper towels to 2 coffee machines. Everything you need during the day...and the rest you can quickly get in town due to the good location. Baker, kebab shop, Rossmann, Netto, etc. quickly accessible (also on foot). The highlight for our son was the Molli... it runs right in front of the house. The apartment has direct access to the garden...large area with lawn, swing and even loungers to relax. We could wash laundry directly in the apartment and hang it outside. The hosts are very helpful and always available. We'll be back :)

We were in Rostock for a weekend trip and therefore only had one night in the apartment. Nevertheless, we immediately felt at home. The apartment was neat, tidy and super clean. Everything was as described in the listing. Angela was very friendly, the communication worked great. We have nothing to complain about and can fully recommend the apartment.

We spent a very nice short vacation in this apartment. The location is excellent. The opposite spa park with its many green areas felt very idyllic and quiet. Nevertheless, you can walk to the bustle of Warnemünde or the beach within 5 minutes. Kira gives tips and suggestions on parking in advance, because it is not easy to park your car inexpensively in Warnemünde. The apartment is conveniently equipped. The kitchen has plenty of utensils and appliances, so you can take care of yourself very well, even during a longer stay. We can definitely recommend the apartment. We were very comfortable. I would have a wonderful stay at Sebastian's house. I highly recommend staying here if you visit Rostock in the future. :)

I stayed for one month. It was a very clean and well-furnished home with everything you might need, and quite modern. I didn’t experience any problems during my stay. The host, Laura, is also a really nice person. I would recommend it to everyone. :)

We got in the door and were all positively surprised to have such a spacious and immediately cozy house. The zoo is easily accessible by road train, just like Warnemünde is easy to reach by train and tram. Amenities excellent, cafe machine with whole beans. Very lovingly furnished and equipped with important things. Good for a longer stay. I'd love to come back.

I was in Rostock and Ellen as part of my teaching activity and her accommodation that she provides to guests are especially in every respect. I had an outstanding home here for four days and nights in a distant place. Here I was able to relax, recharge again and feel highly comfortable through these special rooms. For this, I can only thank you and recommend you and your apartment Ellen in every way.

Like last year, it was another great stay at Conny's. Communication went smoothly. Everything is clean & the amenities are perfectly sufficient for 2 people. From the accommodation, you have about a 5-minute walk to the ferry, which then takes you all day / night to Warnemünde & back. This is, of course, the absolute hit. You can leave the car & simply drive to Warnemünde at any time. You also have a great view of the cruise ships & that fascinates us again and again. We will definitely come back next year, because with the accommodation we have found our favorite accommodation. 100% recommended.

Frank's apartment is located in the middle of Rostock City and offers a perfect starting point due to the free parking. You can go shopping in a relaxed way or quickly take the tram and S-Bahn to Warnemünde to the beach. Our son was thrilled because the apartment not only impresses with its generous size, but also because there is a swing and a piano in the living room. We would book this apartment again at any time and can only recommend it!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The check-in was straightforward and the accommodation very clean and wonderfully furnished. The accommodation is in a quiet and at the same time central area of Rostock. The main train station can be reached within a few minutes on foot, as well as all other sights. There are two supermarkets in the area. At Café Paula, which is also a good 6 minutes' walk away, you can get a good breakfast for a reasonable price. Overall, we are very, very, and would book again.

We were here for the second time - and again absolutely thrilled! The apartment is a real dream: stylish, clean and perfectly equipped. The location is particularly noteworthy – it couldn't be quieter and yet it's in the middle of the center. You can't do any better. Anytime again!

The place looks the same as in the photos. It is very clean, plenty of storage space is available and all kinds of utensils that you need. The view is very nice and the proximity to the beach is really a dream. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. More than enough space for 6 people. Even with two bathrooms, there was no morning "scramble"! Everything super clean, wonderfully quiet. Shopping just across the street. Everything is great! We will be back.

It was our second stay at Quartierfreund, and we were completely satisfied again. The apartment was nicely decorated and well equipped. Especially the sauna and the bathtub were real highlights. Everything was clean, and the sea view from the balcony was simply fantastic. We had nothing to complain about and can only recommend the accommodation!

An absolutely recommended place to stay, very well located and stylishly furnished. The room layout and the bathroom with the jacuzzi are amazing! We slept excellently and drove back to Hamburg super relaxed - actually we didn't want to leave! There was nothing missing from the apartment and we would "move in" again at any time and can recommend the apartment a thousand percent!

We thank René for the beautiful weekend in the apartment. We did nothing in the village itself, but it was only a 12-18 minute drive to Rerik or Kühlungsborn. The apartment was very neat and clean. We especially liked the well-equipped kitchen and the quiet balcony. A highlight, especially since the weather was not so good, was the "spa area" in the basement, which can be used by several apartments in the house. Very clean and private. Great atmosphere for a relaxing bath or sauna. Thanks for the tip, René. We will definitely recommend the apartment and maybe come back again.
