I really enjoyed my stay at Joseph's apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the house is just as calm. The apartment was very clean, and everything looked exactly like the pictures. I truly loved the experience!

The place gave a home like feeling. Host was responsive to what was missing. Through airbnb we could safely pay with AMEX, not via booking. We got extra bedding per week. Not for the sofa bed. Advice is from the beginning extra bedding and towels, so that the guests can change after three days by washing in the washing machine and dryer. Bring your own detergent. TV Netflix stopped working fine until a few days before departure. Upon inquiry, we were provided with extra linens and towels. I was happy with my Blender and cutting board. I cleaned myself during my stay and privacy was respected. I got keys for two adults, that was nice. The floor is only accessible by map. Detty December was 200% more expensive in stay . The price of 2 weeks of December was the price for 1 month in low season at Capemay website. It's everywhere in the world in December. I recommend it. The host is great. Security top. Give what is left to the children who sleep outside please.

I had a fantastic stay at Joyce’s apartment! As it was my first solo trip in Ghana, she thoughtfully arranged an airport pickup, which made my arrival smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself is spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, with generously sized bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything I needed. Joyce went above and beyond by welcoming us with a lovely basket of fruits and snacks, which was a really nice touch. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the TV had all the channels, including Netflix, which kept my niece and nephew entertained. She also arranged a delicious traditional breakfast for us the next morning, which we really enjoyed. The apartment is very family-friendly—my 4-year-old nephew and 9-year-old niece loved the outdoor play area. The location is also ideal; our driver took us to Sky Bar, which was less than 20 minutes away, and then to Osu, making it easy to explore the city. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend staying here.

Probably (if not) the best place I have stayed in Ghana. The pictures do not do the apartment justice. Highly recommend and will stay here again the next time I visit Ghana. I am very fussy but this apartment ticked all the boxes.

The location was peaceful and safe. The apartment was clean and very restful. I booked this apartment mainly due to the picture provided and I an so pleased that I was not disappointed. Prince was very responsive and his team on ground were very helpful, professional and hospitable. I wholeheartedly recommend this please and will stay here again.

Very nice place and comfortable to stay there Security service was very great Very neat apartment The workers around were very friendly and helpful, and very responsive security personnel at the gate too My stay was serene and very secluded from outside noises even though my room had the receptionist just outside of it The only issue for me was that, there was no napkin for the kitchen, the plates to eat in were a bit too small and the fridge was on but not working Aside from the above, I highly recommend this place Loved the kitchen area together with the dining set and balcony, the warm light too Everything was lovely and nice

Good communication and a pleasant experience altogether. The apartment is wonderful and has great quality. It’s a bit away from the city centre, but there’s no issue getting an uber or a taxi.
