House holiday rentals in Adeje

Wir haben den zweiten Teil unserer Flitterwochen hier verbracht. Als Kontrast zum Hotel, war die Unterkunft ein Traum. Sehr ruhig und wir waren für uns. Trotzdem ist man in ein paar Minuten bei verschiedenen Bars oder man Strand. Es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Dankeschön für alles

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Alles war sauber, und besonders die Terrasse mit dem Pool und dem Grill hat uns begeistert. Es war angenehm ruhig, und der Supermarkt sowie andere kleine Geschäfte waren schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Benjamin war super, er war sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel – wir durften sogar etwas später auschecken. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Die Unterkunft ist ein schönes Juwel. Zum Glück hatten wir sehr zeitig gebucht, sonst wäre es weg gewesen. Wir können es nur jedem weiter empfehlen. Auch hat Lupe uns mit vielen Tips aus der Umgebung versorgt und uns auch immer ein Gefühlt, des willkommen-seins gegeben.

Stayed 10 nights in Casa Nueva. The villas are centrally located in a peaceful quiet area, but close to all amenities of costa adeje. Its an excellent location for exploring the island we visited most areas of the South of tenerife, tiede and santa de cruz. The villas are huge we loved the feel of the casa nueva with its traditional decor but modern appliances. There are loads of seating areas to eat and relax. The villas are well equipped with everything that you would need. The villas are spotless and the housemaids were friendly and attentive. Check-in was very easy and Ruth provided us with all the necessary information and answered any questions. The outside space was lovely with beautiful plants and palm trees. The pool was never crowded and is heated and was cleaned regularly. Overall, we had a great experience in casa nueva, peaceful and central location, cleanliness, space available in and outdoor and the staff made this a perfect holiday. Hopefully return soon.

We had a lovely time at Buddha House near Alcala, we flew to the south airport and hired a small car Fernando met us at the petrol station in the nearby town to show us the way up the hill to Buddha house. the plane was delayed but Fernando was not fussed he is very Calm and laid back. the location is fabulous there are great views from the house across the banana plantations to the sea and to the west there are the spectacular cliffs and mountains of los gigantes . the beaches and natural pools at Alcala are among some of the best we had seen on the island and not at all crowded like the resorts near to the airport. your well placed to drive up over the mountains to the north side of the island if you want to go exploring and to visit the volcano, or go for a hike in the eastern hills around Masca. the house is excellent its so peaceful and quiet and we had the pool all to ourselves . air con/ wifi /hot water /washing machine etc , would give 10 stars if it was possible.!!

We had a really lovely stay at this villa. We are a family of 5 with 2 teenagers & a 6 yr old and we didn’t feel on-top of each other at all, it’s such a great space with the added bonus of a pool! Location is great. 1km walk to Del duque beach & 3km to Caleta and just around the corner from a shopping centre and restaurants. Zivile was a great host, we had drinks and snacks on our arrival and she was very quick to respond to any queries we had. We’ve all had such a lovely holiday, Thank you, would love to come back!

Ce logement est un petit paradis sur Terre!! Lorsque l'on arrive nous sommes totalement dépaysé dans un petit cocon de verdure. La piscine est un régale autant pour les adultes que les enfants. Le logement était très propre et très bien entretenu comme toutes les installations et infrastructures. Ana est une hôte très réactivité et à l'écoute toujours prête à répondre pour nous aider au moindre problème. Le personnel a toujours été a la fois très polit, serviable et discret. Nous reviendrons avec très grand plaisir et sans hésiter dans ce petit paradis.

Diese Unterkunft ist der perfekte Ort für alle, die einen ruhigen Rückzugsort inmitten der Natur suchen. Schon bei unserer Ankunft haben wir uns von Jörg und Magdalena herzlich willkommen geheißen gefühlt. Mit ihrer warmen Art und ihrer Liebe zu dieser Insel bleiben keine Fragen und Wünsche offen. Dank der zentralen Lage ist die Insel mit dem Auto wunderbar zu erkunden. Und wenn das Wetter auf der eigenen Terrasse einmal nicht ganz mitspielt, ist der sonnige Süden nicht weit entfernt. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und freuen uns schon jetzt darauf, wiederkommen zu dürfen!

Our stay at Belen's place in Tenerife was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, Belen was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host. She very kindly allowed us to check in early, which was a huge relief after a long journey and especially appreciated as my girlfriend wasn't feeling well. The home itself was immaculate – spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. We found everything we could possibly need readily available, making our stay so comfortable and convenient. The thoughtful touches, like the welcome bottle of wine and chocolates, were such a lovely gesture. We also really appreciated the comprehensive booklet Belen provided. It was full of useful information about the local area and everything we needed to know about the property. The location was perfect for us as we had a rental car. It provided easy access to all parts of the island, making it an ideal base for exploring Tenerife. We would highly recommend this place to anybody and will be staying again!

Wir waren letztes Jahr schon in dieser Unterkunft und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen . La Caleta ist sehr schön und wir fühlen uns dort wie zu Hause . Carmen ist eine sehr gute Vermieterin und hat uns sogar vor den Unwetterwarnungen gewarnt .

We really enjoyed our stay here! Three relaxing nights at the end of our trip. We didn't have amazing weather to make the most of the terrace, but loved sitting in the living room window looking out to sea. The outdoor shower was amazing, loved it! The inside was more spacious than we were expecting, the layout was great and the restoration of this home really impressive. We weren't expecting the main road in front of property to be so busy, however the sound of the sea mostly masked the noise of the traffic.

La casa era muy bonita✨, tal cual se ve en las fotos, además olía muy bien, estaba todo muy limpio y teníamos muchas toallas, mantas y detalles como comida bebidas etc que son muy útiles y se agradecen mucho! La anfitriona era muy agradable y muy atenta siempre a tu disposición , hemos estado muy agusto y volvería a repetir 😊👍🏼

La estancia en el alojamiento de Manu fue de 10, súper atento a todas nuestras necesidades. Recomiendo encarecidamente este alojamiento si quieres desconectar y dispones de vehículo para poder moverte por la isla, está en un barrio muy tranquilo y me encantó despertarme por la mañana y escuchar los pajaritos cantando alrededor. La limpieza era impecable y está todo el mobiliario nuevo. Volveremos sin duda, gracias Manu por todo.

We had such an amazing stay at this villa! It was spotless throughout, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made everything super convenient. The outdoor area was a real highlight with plenty to do and space to relax—perfect for both chilling and entertaining. The host was absolutely fantastic: friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a clean, well-equipped villa in a great location with an exceptional host!

Wir haben mit Freunden 7 Nächte in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Tania hat uns beim Check-In sehr freundlich begrüßt und hat uns Vorschläge für die Insel und die Umgebung mitgegeben. Das Haus sieht exakt wie auf den Bildern aus. Der Pool und die Terrasse sind wundschön. In der Küche gibt es alles, was man benötigt und auch die Waschmaschine haben wir in Anspruch genommen. Der Ort ist ruhig gelegen mit einem kleinen Supermarkt und 3 Restaurants in der Nähe. Zum Strand nach Los Cristianos fährt man ca. 8 Minuten. Danke Tania, für diesen schönen Aufenthalt!

Un lugar muy tranquilo y lleno de encanto. La casita es preciosa y tiene de todo. Oleida estuvo siempre atenta, el trato ha sido espectacular!! todo ha sido maravilloso y ya para rematar nuestras mascotas estuvieron súper cómodas. Lo recomendamos 100% y prometemos volver :) mil gracias por todo🤗🤗🤗

Josh and José are super nice hosts, always responsive and helpful to answer any questions. The house is just as nice and clean as it is in the pictures, can’t love it more. The spot is convenient for going anywhere with a car. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to visit Tenerife!

We booked this villa at short notice after being let down by another host. Elena was very quick to respond and help us with check in information The villa was beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. Whilst the layout over 3 floors allowed privacy for our group, the lift wasn’t working which may be an issue for others Thank you Elena

Amazing villa Place was very very clean it has everything you need. Swimming pool was lovely and warm. Great for pictures if you post on social media etc. love the kitchen area as a chef. I love the privacy the bbq grill outside and toilet outside so you don’t have to keep going back inside the home Amazing host I bothered him so much just asking so much questions and but he replied instantly Location Taxi Is like 60€ to Siam park 75€ to the city where all the action is. 15€ to the local beach which is quite private but really really hot and nice restaurant soon as you walk in. But the local petrol station & supermarket the people are lovelyyyy. An I meet a local woman taxi who was our personal driver for few days and she was lovely. Just two things don’t really get sun for to long at this location and need more heaters as it gets bit chilly Thank you xxx

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Apartment, es hat eine sehr große Terrasse von der man eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Klippen von Los Gigantes und den Sonnenuntergang hat. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünschen kann und alles war sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

La casa è grande e accogliente, molto pulita, aria condizionata in entrambe le stanze da letto, con un grande terrazzo e una piscina (condivisa) enorme. La zona è super tranquilla e sicura, si possono fare lunghe e bellissime passeggiate sul lungomare, che è letteralmente a due passi da casa, e si può fare il bagno nella Caletta naturale sotto casa. Il prezzo è adeguato a quello che offre e se dovessi ritornare a Tenerife prenoterei subito di nuovo da Sve
