This place was wonderful!! Amazing location right next to the park and the house is very cute. We had a great time walking around and seeing the other homes. Super cute spot. We traveled with dogs and little kids and I’d say it worked out great for us. Would recommend to anyone!

This was a clean, well-maintained and spacious property! I booked it for 11 people for my bachelorette party and it fit us all comfortably (could fit up to 13 I think). It had three bedrooms upstairs (one of which had an en suite bathroom), then another full bathroom, and in the renovated basement was a second living room with three bedrooms (one of which had two double bunk beds) and one full bathroom, plus a laundry room. The wifi worked well. When we arrived it was perfectly clean! There was a large backyard with patio & firepit, a small front patio, enough space in the driveway to park two large SUVs. There were a lot of pros and I would highly recommend the house! My 3 nitpicks: No extra blankets/throw blankets & we could not find any cleaning spray or wipes in the home - perhaps they were in the two code secured closets? I could've messaged the hosts for both but instead just picked up a two pack of sponges & Clorox wet wipes. I do wish check-out was 11am but 10 am was fine! :)

Highly recommended. Such a cute old home, very tastefully updated and decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully modernized. The bedrooms are a small by our modern standards, but this was expected. The home has a great location. Easily walkable to several dining and shopping districts, and good driving access to downtown Denver. It was even an easy commute to CU Boulder for Graduation Ceremonies. Despite being near a main street, the home was very, very quiet. And our two dogs loved the home and felt quite comfortable.

This house is precious. We absolutely loved the inside. Amanda was an amazing host. She was super responsive & kind. The neighborhood is in a great location. There were several places for good food. That being said, it is also alittle intimidating but all in all we felt pretty safe most of the time. Great host, great house.

The stay was perfect. Very nice backyard with a beautiful garden in progress. It felt very private and the house was cute. We would love to comeback when we’re in town. Great pick!

The house was big enough and close to everything. It had everything that it said it would. The teenagers loved the pool table and the Nerf guns was a good touch. The hot tub was ready for use, and there was propane ready for the grill. There is a lake nearby that you could go walking. The house wasn’t far from Denver. It was close to everything. We will stay here again.

Great place to stay in Denver. Very centrally located. Lots to do. Great facility - pool, exercise area, really nice spot!!!

Kyle's place was great on a few levels. Location was prime near Union Station. The building is new and has nice amenities. The apartment itself was well furnished, decorated, and comfortable to stay in. Kyle was very responsive and clear with check-in instructions. Would book again if I can.

Had a great stay. Building is incredible with great amenities and helpful concierge on the ground floor. Everything was comfortable and convenient. Tips: best coffee (better than what the building provides) just inside Union Station at Pigtail Coffee, and parking requires some coordination with the front desk people but is actually pretty seamless. Whole Foods downstairs super convenient. Had a great time and looking forward to returning!

We had such an amazing time, were going through some family stuff and illness and this get away was the perfect place and thing to do we had so much fun what am amazing house. We loved it!

Great communication! Unfortunately the main reason I chose the home was the location and hot tub and the hot tub was not working. Adam communicated and tried his very best to fix the hot tub before I arrived, we were unsuccessful but i do believe he did everything he could to try. I also had trouble working some of the electronics in the home and adam was available to help with that as well.

Great neighborhood and fine house not far from Denver airport. Would stay there again!

Everything was amazing and plenty of space for everyone, it was great for the dog to be able to be outside and the patio was perfect for relaxing in the sun.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Ryan’s place and it is one of our favorites. He does an amazing job at making his guest feel right at home. The home is very spacious , with a nice kitchen that’s well stocked with spices and cooking supplies and pretty much every kitchen appliance you could ever need on vacation. The living area nice and there is a huge fenced in back yard with grass. My pups had a blast. The host is very responsive and a huge help. Hope we are able to stay with him again in the future

We really enjoyed our stay at Stephanie’s place in Denver. Rooms were decorated nicely. The location was good for our travels in and around the Denver area; and the neighborhood was fairly quiet and safe. This was one of the cleanest airbnbs we’ve stayed in. Great value for the price. Overall we would recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay and felt right at home in Jordon's home. They house was perfect for our family. The beds were super comfortable, the place was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. I reached out to Jordan a couple of times during our stay and he would respond back very quick which was super nice. I recommend Jordan's place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Westminster. His house is also close to downtown. It only took is about 20 min to get over there. Thank you Jordan for everything, you were a great host. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay with Jackie! The suite has an amazing amount of sunlight and blinds to filter out the light if needed. Very easy to get in and out. Internet was very fast. Quiet and comfy. Wonderful location with quick access to sloan's lake, edgewater public market, and delicious food trucks. The private balcony deck area was very nice. Jackie and her two cats are so sweet and i enjoyed our conversations :) Highly recommend staying with Jackie!

We had a great stay! The home is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood and was quite spacious—plenty of room to relax. Check-out was incredibly easy, which we really appreciated. Unlike many places that give you a long list of chores, all we had to do was lock the door. It’s nice to feel like the cleaning fee is actually going toward cleaning, not just extra tasks for guests!

Everything was great, no complaints. Check in was easy, hosts were responsive and accomodating. The beds were super comfy and all the rooms have blackout curtains for those who like to sleep in. The bathroom and shower are nice; hot water and good water pressure. The place has everything you would need to feel at home for an extended to stay; full kitchen, dishwasher, laundry, towels, outdoor sitting and dining area, firepit, living room and TV. The hosts were even nice enough to have a dozen fresh eggs from their chickens awaiting us upon check in. I was also pleasantly surprised to arrive and find that there was even a dry sauna in the Airbnb, a detail which I must have overlooked when initially doing the booking. Thank you Savannah!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House. The queen size bed was extremely comfortable, and the house was sparkling clean. It was equipped with top notch amenities from a keurig coffee machine to plush towels and a full size fridge. We also appreciated the washer/dryer and air conditioning (when needed) and a delightful cross-breeze from the windows when not needed. The neighborhood was lovely with lots of leafy trees and and green spaces and paths to walk the dogs. Probably one of our favourite AirBnBs. Highly recommend!
