Katie's place was absolutely perfect for our two person stay. The space was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with anything we needed. Katie's response time to questions during our stay was immediate. We would not hesitate to stay again the next time we're in Denver. Definitely 5-star.

We really enjoyed our time here. The location was perfect. Quiet, walkable, and close to so many fun things to do. Great size for the two of us and enjoyed sitting around the kitchen island in the morning as we planned our day. Would definitely book here again.

Our stay was clean, comfortable and just what we needed for an extended weekend in Denver. Moon is responsive and was accommodating to some changes throughout the timing of our travels. Would absolutely stay here again when we are in Denver!

We stayed at Anne’s Airbnb while visiting our son who had moved to a nearby neighborhood. Prior to arrival our communication was perfect. Easy to find and easy to access. The apartment was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. Anne provided creamers and some coffee pods. The living area was cozy and it was nice to have a TV with Netflix and Prime. The two bedrooms were well organized and appreciated having a great closet with nice hangers and storage baskets. The beds were so comfortable and linens were pristine. We especially enjoyed the shower with its rainfall shower head. The neighborhood is walkable. We were able to head down to 32nd where we loved breakfast at The Wooden Spoon. Senor Bear was in a different direction and enjoyed their happy hour. Lots of fun things to do and many wonderful places to eat. Hoping to return again soon.

Charming carriage house, perfect for 2 people! Had all the necessities, very clean. Neighborhood is quiet and quaint, with restaurants nearby and a reasonable walk to Coors Field and downtown. Jim gave clear instructions, provided local info, and was responsive.

As advertised. Walking to Sloan Park and 32nd Ave restaurants, coffee shops , etc. Quiet neighborhood and an awesome garden surrounds you.

1st class lodging from a 1st class host. Beautiful neighborhood, easy parking, private, & a pretty backyard. Tons of exquisite touches and amenities. Carrie has thought of everything. This Airbnb is fully stocked with everything you could need. I've stayed at dozens of Airbnb's in my travels, and I haven't come across a better one. If you don't book this place, you are making a huge mistake. The location was very convenient to the airport & downtown Denver. It exceeded our expectations in every possible way!

A short notice trip but Stephen and his wife made this a smooth and comfrtable stay! Very attentative host and flexible with anything I brought up. The place covered all the bases and was super clean, as well very walkable or a quick drive away from major spots.

My partner and i absolutely loved the space! fits the “rugged” aspect you would expect from Colorado, but adds modern amenities and flare. Interesting to look at (i will float to friends about it) and centrally located to get to most places that are interesting within a good 1 1/2 hour window. If you want the best of both worlds look no further!

We loved the location of Cory's place, within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. It was pretty hot while we were there but the two AC units kept the living and sleeping areas very comfortable.

We were in Denver to catch the Lord Huron concert at Red Rocks and our stay here absolutely made our final stop of our trip!! We’ve been traveling around the mountains west and made our way down from Wyoming so having such a clean, elevated space that had a private garage, great location, and easy access to Red Rocks was perfect. Shawn was so accommodating with leaving lights on when we got in super late, he even loaned us rain ponchos for the concert that we couldn’t have survived without! Not to mention the delicious homemade brownies he left for us. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the Denver area!

Rob & Gerald were fantastic hosts! Their flat was cozy, clean, warm & welcoming. We had a great stay, and really appreciated all of the helpful instructions and local recommendations provided. The instructions for parking and check in/out were clear and easy to follow. We found parking easily on the street easily each day we visited. Everything was super clean, and the decor of the space really brightened our stay! We will definitely be staying here again during our next Denver visit!

Bret is an excellent host. Outgoing and friendly, he is always responsive. During Covid he constructed a brand new building behind his home just south of Sloan’s lake. The space is perfect for two and manageable for 3-4.

Mary and Seth are terrific hosts. Super helpful in EVERY respect. Felt like home. The Casita is situated in an oasis of a setting, with lounge chairs and tables surrounded by flowers under the shade of a big pine tree. The kitchen was outfitted with every thing you need to cook light meals, the lounge area is so cozy and I slept though the night for two of our four nights we were there, which tells you about the bed (I haven’t slept through the night for five years!). We can’t not recommend Mary and Seth’s place high enough. Hint- rent some of those little battery powered scooters, they will take you anywhere you would like to go in central Denver.

Jason was a very good host, we felt right at home. Guest book was full of helpful info. The neighborhood is lovely, as is the landscaping of the host’s property. Beautiful lavender and irises. And Zeke’s a sweet boy! Loved the radiant heated tile floor in the bathroom, and the on demand water heater. All in all a great home away from home! Highly recommend !

Another Great stay at Mike's guesthouse! The guesthouse is clean, comfortable, and well stocked (spices, linens, blankets, etc.). Mike's guesthouse offers a Great location, strong Wifi connection, and quiet workspace if needed. I enjoyed my stay!

The carriage house was convenient and as pictured, no issues finding parking on the street and appreciated that it was well stocked with coffee and tea!

We loved our stay in Denver. The house was beautiful and clean. Everyone slept well. The kitchen was well equipped and well stocked. Easy parking. Nice quiet neighborhood. A very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Would stay again!

Chris’ place was exactly as described. It looked just like the pictures, it was clean, and was close to everything we had planned. Chris was also very responsive and helpful when needed. This place was perfect for my husband and I for our week long stay! Would highly recommend!
