Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Adachi City

My family and I are glad that we have received the opportunity to stay in this Airbnb. The place was extremely clean, and it is near a lot of amazing spots, such as the train station and a lot of food and shops. Just keep in mind that you can clearly hear the train everytime it passes by, but you get used to it. I would definitely stay here again when traveling in this area of Japan.

We had a great stay at Akira’s place. We were a group of 8 people with 5 adults and 3 kids (10 and under). The house comfortably fit all of us and felt like home — Akira had everything we needed. Loved the residential neighbourhood- gave you a sense of how most people lived - and a restful reprieve after visiting the hustle and bustle of the major city areas. I would mention that if you have a large taxi/transport, it may be difficult to get right to the house as the roadways are very narrow (typical for residential areas). Two laundry places and vending machines right by the house (so convenient)! Walkable to train stations. Look forward to coming back!

横浜でのライブのために滞在しました。 新横浜駅、友人と会う横浜駅、どちらもアクセスが良く、駅も近くて助かりました。 そして一番嬉しかったのはペットOKだった点です！しかも大型犬とインコどちらも！おかげで普段と同じ触れ合いが出来、彼らも頑張ってお留守番していてくれました。 徒歩1分の公園があり、日中だけでなく夜も雰囲気、治安も良かったためライブから帰った深夜でもワンコを散歩出来てありがたかったです。 大型犬のケージが室内に入れられるか心配でしたが、問題なく搬入出来る玄関の幅で､、、！これは、もう運命ですね(笑) また機会があればぜひペットたちと滞在したいです。 チェックイン時間の柔軟なご対応も助かりました。 お世話になり、ありがとうございました。

This is my second stay in Katsushika near Yotsugi station. This is a super convenient neighborhood, close to Tokyo and essentially equidistant to both Haneda and Narita airports, and the train lines. Yurie and her co-hosts are super easy and pleasant to work with! The house is very accommodating for guests and basically dedicates space on the 2nd and 3rd floor for sleeping and 1st floor as a communal area for dining. The 1st floor also has a single combined washer/dryer (heat pump) unit, so you can do both cycles in one load without having to remove clothes - super convenient. My family and I had a great time at the "Oneness House" and it was comfy. The air conditioning worked well, just be sure to close doors to the stairwell! Oh, and of course, Family Mart / Yotsugi Station is a 1 minute walk; the Family Mart ringtone will remain stuck in your head :)

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Japanese home! Located in a quiet neighborhood, the area is peaceful yet incredibly convenient - surrounded by a supermarket, convenience stores, great local restaurants, and even a beautiful temple just a short walk away. The house itself is a charming, typical Japanese style home and was fully equipped with all the kitchen and bathroom amenities we needed. One of our favorite features was the Aladdin smart light projector-perfect for cozy movie nights after a day of exploring. It's only a 4 minute walk to Shibamata Station, which made getting around super easy. The instructions provided were very clear, so we found the place without any trouble. It's also just 2 train rides away from Narita Airport, and other major areas in Tokyo are easily accessible by train. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, authentic, and convenient stay in Tokyo.

整体来说很舒服，很有日式风格，我们是三人居住的。床铺够用，但再多可能就有些拥挤（仅对于个人感受）室内非常干净，厨房厕所屋内都很整洁也没有异味。整体感觉很好，如果有机会的话还会选择这里。

It was a very cozy home for a large group. We were 7 men and we all felt very comfortable. We also enjoyed the restaurant/bar downstairs which is owned by the host. Would recommend any large groups looking for a nice home near Shibuya to book here

広い人工芝の庭で様々なスポーツを楽しむことができて、非常に良い滞在をすることができました。

BBQセットやプールの使い方が分かりやすくマニュアルに書かれていて快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました😌

設備はもちろん、ご夫婦のお人柄、おもてなしの気持ちが嬉しかったです。お陰様で、大切な人達とリラックスした、とても楽しい時間を過ごす事が出来ました。ありがとうございます。 次はサウナの使える時期にお邪魔したいと思っています。

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. It was a phenomenal place for a big group. The pool, sauna, jacuzzis, multiple bathrooms and showers. It has the karaoke, the Nintendo switch. Definitely book this place. We were sad we only stayed for one night here. We went during "off season" it seems so be prepared for a few restaurants in the area to close early if you go when it's not beach weather. I don't know how walkable it is as we had rented a car to come here. They have plenty of parking and it is such a nice private area to recharge. We had a great stay! Would gladly visit this Airbnb whenever again.

東京からのアクセスが良く、周りの民家とも距離がある閑静な場所です。

非常满意的一次体验！东向岛站出来步行大概10分钟就能到，沿途有两家便利店。比起东京的一些蜗居酒店，这个房间足够两个大行李箱摊开。屋内设施也很齐全，微波炉冰箱洗衣机电磁炉都有，厕所也是干湿分离的 很好！有任何问题房东都会及时回应。唯一的缺点就是靠近马路，工作日早上的话来往车辆多会有点吵，不过我们旅行一般都是起大早所以也不太影响。总体来说性价比非常高！

対応の良さもお部屋の清潔さもとてもよく、友人と今まで泊まったエアビーの中でもすごくくつろげるよねとお話ししてました！ 4人で泊まり、空間もちょうど良かったです！ありがとうございました。

The place is at a walkable distance from Sensoji(3-4 mins walk). The accommodation space is well managed with very tastefully done interiors. Walkable from Asakusa station. The stairs are narrow and there's no lift. It's difficult to carry the luggages.

Great place to stay for our family. It is a little further away from all major attractions but that didn’t stop us. The stairs are pretty narrow to go up. If you have bigger luggage, it will be hard to get everything upstairs. We kept everything on the bottom floor and brought it up as we needed things. There is one bedroom and bathroom on the bottom floor. The second floor has the tatami room and kitchen/living room. The last 2 rooms are on the top floor. If you’re driving to the house, some of the roads to get there are narrow but this didn’t bother us. It’s definitely a great place to stay for the cost. We will come back here.

We had a wonderful one week stay at Tsubasa’s lovely home. The neighborhood had all the conveniences, the apartment had everything we needed and the apartment is cute and clean. It’s in a quiet residential area with lots of grocery stores and food options nearby, and we liked having the kitchen and two spacious bedrooms upstairs. It was fun to not be in a touristy area but to see how locals live. The home is comfortable and the shower is great. It was a little chilly at first in the main living area but when we mentioned it (thought we might be doing the heat wrong) Tsubasa ordered us a space heater and it arrived that day. Temperature was perfect after that. This was a wonderful home base to explore around Tokyo. Thank you Tsubasa!

The place was confortable and clean. The bed was soft and cozy. We loved the place! It was quite and peaceful. Thank you we will comeback. :)

Great place, a little out of the way but very good value, lots of space, and a short train ride from Shinjuku. The place was well suited for our purposes (family of 3 adults/2 children). Lots of good restaurants near Hatagaya Station. One warning, the address was difficult for Google Maps and Uber to find, but I found a nearby business and used that instead, much easier to tell drivers where to go. Often Google Maps would try to send us to a similar address in Honcho rather than Honmachi.
