Chie is very friendly and her place is in a great location—ideal for two. A more local neighborhood, not filled with tourists, so perfect if that’s what you’re looking for.

Mochas place was excellent for out stay. It is very clean and has all the amenities you need. The apartment was very cozy and it was very close to the train station. Mocha was very responsive and helpful when I had inquiries. Highly recommend.

Excellent location, although it was my first time in Tokyo I didn’t have problems going around thanks to the train station very close by. Comfortable place if you’re going to be out a lot. Very quick responding host appreciated the help when communicating would stay again if available.

i came here for our 3rd anniversary trip with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved this place!! we highly recommend it for its awesome location right next to a 7/11 for late night munchies and lots of other good bakeries and restaurants. it’s also a super short walk to the train station and it’s a quick trip to central tokyo via the express train. the place was spotless and beautiful. one of my favorite spots is in that little nook above the entrance that i’ll miss so much along with the massive windows. the hosts are super sweet and kind and made our stay till the very end extremely easy and enjoyable. my most memorable stay so far!

The room is well-equipped. It includes all the things you’ll need and the amenities are clean and well-preserved. The location is very convenient, one-minute walk to the station and there is a supermarket nearby which sells food cheaper than the markets in the city center. The owner provides clear instructions and pictures, easy to check in. But note that there is no elevator. Overall the place is clean and comfortable. The price for stay was also reasonable! It was a very satisfying Tokyo accommodation. I was staying with a family of 4, and it was nice to have a separate room and bathroom, and it was nice to come by Skyliner. It was very clean, and I was worried about the towels for 3 nights, but they provided plenty of towels. I want to stay if I come again!!

My wife and I have been trying to get a chance to visit Japan for the last ten years, and when we finally got the ability to, Asama helped us start off the trip wonderfully. Her house was comfortable and easy to find, and was very homey stay in. She offered home cooked meals for breakfast, which were absolutely fantastic. We got to sit and chat with her many times and shared stories about where we were from and our travels. She recommended many places for us to go locally, which was very helpful. Overall, Asama was a wonderful hostess and was absolutely one of the best parts of our trip so far. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone visiting the area to stay. 10/10.

The place is in strategic location, around 7 minutes walk from Oji Stations (both JR and subway). Near supermarket dan a nice park! The place was clean, the amenities were complete, and the host gave the detail instructions. so we didnt have any problem to find the place and check in. Although it was in the 4th floor but you can use the locker room. Thank you!

The area and the place is amazing, during our trip this was our most special apartment, we really felt how it would be like to live in Tokyo.

Fantastic stay in Asakusa! Comfortable apartment in a wonderful neighborhood with many options for sampling local cuisine and easily walkable to transportation. The hosts are very responsive and provide many area recommendations and informative travel guides for Greater Tokyo and beyond. The taxi was also a plus! great place to stay, especially if you want to be away from the hustle of the city - yet want to be able to get to it easily - as there is train 35mins from shibuya and other areas Host was very helpful, I panicked because I was not able to navigate the lock but they helped me get very quickly Place was neat and I love the tatami and futon is so comfortable- while food choices of restaurants may be limited - convenience stores are walking distance I would have loved to stay here for longer, especially to unwind and explore areas this area and further away from the crowded cities

I had the perfect stay in One Point Five. Everything was super clean and the room was really spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and balcony. The location was also perfect the subway station being very close, I was easily be able to travel all around Tokyo without any trouble. The host is really kind and helpful, he helped me carry my luggage’s to my room, responded to me quickly every time I had a question and ensure my stay is comfortable which made the stay even better. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Tokyo. I would absolutely stay here again.

What a great place to stay in to really feel the vibe of Koenji! Just minutes of the train station, it was easy to hop around and explore. The vintage clothing and shopping at the Pal Shopping street was also just steps from the front door. We gave the location a 3 star because there was a bar located just at the bottom of the stairs leading to the apartment that was open all hours (and there were patrons there at all hours enjoying themselves!!) Otherwise, it was a very good stay for us!

Great place to stay! Stylish, clean, comfortable and well located. Everything in the apartment was so well organized, with detailed usage instructions! Beds were comfortable, and we loved the rooftop patio. Location was perfect for getting around the city on the subway. Host was responsive, provided clear check-in instructions, and everything went perfectly smoothly! Would stay again.

Our stay at Mimiko’s was short but it was a great find. We came as a family of three with a 1.5 year old and it worked great for us even though it’s not advertised for children. The queen sized was perfect; all 3 of us fit comfortably and the toiletries in the shower smell amazing. I asked in advance about coffee and Mimiko went out of her way and provided drip coffee packs as well as coffee filters and a drip. I felt that was going above and beyond. Most places just provide what they provide but Mimiko went an extra step even for something so small. I also forgot my child’s sleep bag and she’s sending it to my home. Lifesaver!

Perfect fit for our family of 6 including 3 kids. Very compact but well equipped and cozy, close to Yamanote line. They even provide with a coin dryer just outside the door next to elevator. The hosts are responsive, friendly and nice. Helen even welcomed us in person on our check in day, thank you very much! We had a great stay and it is definitely highly recommended by us.

Our host was very nice and responsive to our questions.The instructions and house rules sent were easy to understand. The apartment was clean but smaller than we expected, it is just nice for 2/3 people. The neighbourhood is quiet but it has a lot of stores such as supermarket, drug store, convenience stores and laundromat (there’s a small laundromat near the supermarket ) within a short walking distance. The nearest train station (Keisei-Koiwa station) is a short walk away and you can walk about 20 minutes to Koiwa station on the Chuo-Sobu line. From Keisei-Koiwa station, you can take to Narita Airport directly without transfers).

Very spacious, very close to the subway station, very convenient.The house is fully equipped, the toiletries are also very complete, the host is very nice, can store luggage.

Really enjoyed staying here for a week! It was comfortable, had everything I needed, and would definitely stay again when I’m in Japan!
