Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Adachi City

Spend wonderful week of staying in this place, small apartment but great neighborhood.

This was my second time staying at StayFab’s apartment in Shimokita and just like the first time we loved it. We appreciate the apartments proximity to the train station, shopping and restaurants. The apartment is an ideal size for a family traveling with kids. David is a great host and a great communicator.

This was my second time staying with Maika, and I would stay here again a third and fourth time. The apartment is within walking distance to several metro lines, as well as various neighborhoods with great food/drink scenes. Even though it’s in the heart of Tokyo, the apartment is tucked away and secluded from the loud streets. Cannot recommend enough!

Great location, Akasaka and Akasaka-mitsuke are the 2 main stations nearby. A lot of bars and restaurants, convenient and drug stores around. The only negative thing is a bit of noisy in the evenings. Apart from this the apartment is excellent highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed my stay here exactly what I was looking for everything around it and the place was just perfect. We loved Japan so much we will be returning. I will definitely be staying here again.

The airbnb is very near to the station. The host even waited for us in the train station to help with the luggages. She was very friendly and recommended a lot of restaurants nearby that we can try. The neighborhood is very peaceful and it felt relaxing after a long day of touring around the city. The room is very spacious and enough for 4 people to freely move around. It is very clean, air condition is cold and there are towels provided. The towels could also be washed and changed upon request. On top of that, the host responds quickly and also sends us daily updates of weather forecasts. Since rain was forecasted during our stay, there were also a lot of umbrellas ready on the first floor. Overall, this is one of the nicest airbnbs we have stayed at. I recommend this place a lot and will definitely book this room again whenever we come back to Tokyo in the future!

Great stay! Highly recommend the ramen place shared by Hideyuki. Close to the Asakusa line and a few temples are walking distance. Overall 5/5. Worth mentioning: the stairs were a bit narrow so please be cautious if members of your party have disabilities.

Reall enjoyed our stay with Satoshi! He was always quick to react to any messages and very helpful. If I come back to Tokyo, I definitely would love to book this apartment again!

Loved Tomio as a host and love his beautifully clean home. We loved everything about our stay! And the bikes Tomio provided was a bonus! My son and I got to enjoy the sights and sounds of the city from a local perspective and it simply added to the many great memories we made. The neighborhood is quiet and close to a lot of good food and only about an 8-10 minute walk from the train station. This is a must stay!

If I have a big group, I prefer staying here than ANYWHERE else. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is. Many Airbnb’s have an art for making the spaces look bigger than it is. This place is awesome! It is so convenient and has many options for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. Jerry is an excellent and attentive host and you can ask him anything and he will try and help you 😊, having an elevator in the bldg is a game changer, no lugging heavy bags up and down 2-3 flights of stairs. A toilet on every floor is so helpful and 2 baths is a luxury. The beds are comfortable and the house is clean. So easy to access. I almost am afraid to leave such a good review because I’ve had a hard time booking this place since the last time. I will always choose this place over any other as long as it’s available 👍🏻❤️

this place is spacious for Japan. it was clean and had everything you wanted in an airbnb place. the two half baths (upstairs & downstairs) was convenient for a family of 5. the house is located in a very private area and very quiet. it's less than 5min walk to nearby train stations, restaurants, and convenience stores. it's also 3-4 stops away from the Shinjuku train station, which is very convenient. the air conditioning works great during the summer time in Tokyo. the hosts (Naomi and Watanabe) are great and responsive to our inquiries. they provided us to lists of recommended restaurants, if needed. a big 75" TV (i think) in the living room was great. the kitchen had all the amenities needed to cook a meal if needed. we didn't use them much but they're available. we highly recommended anyone visiting Tokyo to stay at this place. we definitely would stay here again on our next visit here. Great space, easy walk from Ichinoe Station. Kazu was immediately available if needed and very proactive. Highly recommend. Would stay again next time we are in town!

This was one of the best AirBnB stays we’ve had. The place was beautiful, so clean, new and very comfortable. They thought of every small detail to make sure guests have everything they need and more to feel at home. The property definitely felt high-end and luxurious. Even the toiletries they provided were high quality! The host was extremely responsive and eager to ensure we were happy and comfortable. The location was excellent. A very enjoyable and fun 8 minute walk to the station which was very convenient and central. The way to the station was filled with lots of charming shops and restaurants and a very beautiful park. The area where the home is located is quiet but just a few blocks away theres a good amount of activity so it’s a perfect blend. We stayed there for over a month and every minute of our stay was a pleasure. We felt sad to leave this gorgeous gem. We hope to be back again!

今回家族４人で一週間近くお世話になりました。駅チカで必要なものは全然駅周辺で買えました。スーパーマーケットもあってとても便利でした。お部屋はすごく広くて必要な物が全然あるました。ホストの方も大変親切で安心して快適に過ごせる事が出来ました。

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Kayo’s Airbnb! The apartment is stunning—bright, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The thoughtful touches and cozy atmosphere really made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything. Walking distance to Shinjuku. It was easy to explore the area with so many great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, and public transportation just a short walk away. Most of all, I want to sincerely thank Kayo and co hosts for their warm hospitality. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. From quick communication to thoughtful recommendations, they went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and easy to get around. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

너무 좋았습니다! 입지도 좋았고, 방도 깨끗했으며 예상 외로 이매니티가 너무 잘 구비돼 있는 등 여럿이 놀러가기에 이만한 장소를 다시 구할 수 있을 지 모르겠네요! 굳이굳이 단점을 꼽자면 계단이 조금 많다는 것 정도? 다리가 불편하신 분은 조금 이용이 힘들 수도 있겠습니다. 하지만, 장점이 훨씬 뛰어나다고 생각해요! 재방문 의사가 강합니다!!

Hitomi is a caring and responsive host. It's clear she's working hard for her guests and tries her best. Based on our guest information, she saw we had an infant and asked the baby's weight in order to have a pack of properly sized diapers waiting for us in the property while when we arrived. All the baby equipment was clean, worked, and matched what is described in the listing. I recommend Hitomi with my highest praise if anyone is trying to travel with a child to any of her properties.
