Holiday rentals with lake access in Ada Bojana Island

The apartment is definitely worth a visit. We've never had such a great welcome in Ulqin. The hostess was very very nice and so warm. The beach is not far away, you have shopping opportunities within walking distance. We will definitely be booking here with my friend at every stop in Ulqin, it's worth it.

Evgenija s place is a great airbnb, house is very big and has everything you need. The view is spectacular. ☺️The house is better and bigger than it appears in photos, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Evgenija was communicative and easy going. I would recommend this airbnb to anyone.

Dona was the sweetest host—friendly, responsive, and always nearby if we needed anything. The apartment is spotless, fully renovated, and feels just like home. Amazing location, steps from the market and minutes from the beach. The pool was a great bonus. I highly recommend staying here! We had an amazing experience staying at Mirsad’s place! The communication was excellent throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless, well-decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect. I highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area and look forward to coming back again!

Irena’ s place was great! I told her I would be bringing my husband and two small children so she offered for us to stay at her other Airbnb so that we would have a lot more space for the kids. She was a phenomenal host and was very very responsive. When she couldn’t be there for us she had her neighbor help us out asap. She even took time out of her day to have lunch with all of us at one of her recommended spots then took our kids out for ice cream afterwards.

That was amazing! Mirjana her husband and her son were the best hosts I ever had. Sweet, welcoming and very warm hearted. Our communication was good even though we didn't speak the language. The food they offered to us, was honestly the best we had on our trip and freshly made. They loved to have a chat with us but also absolutely respected our private sphere. The location of the flat is in the middle of beautiful nature surrounded by mountains. The wonderful Shkodra Lake is also not far away. 10/10 experience with wonderful people. Such a beautiful place! Saved our holiday. So peaceful, great place to relax and take in the sun and have a swim in the river or paddle down to the beach.

The accommodation was comfortable: very tasteful, stylish, discreetly furnished. Warm light. Cozy indoors or outdoors. Kaltrina's mother on site was a warm host.

The directions were good and the self check-in went smoothly. The house was very clean and well equipped. The view from the deck is beautiful. There are turtles in the garden and the neighbor's chickens came by. We had issues with a construction site in the neighborhood (end of April 2025) but Ana was eager to solve the problem and it was certainly only for a short time. Many restaurants can be reached on foot downhill. We liked the pizzeria opposite the place where the kids play.

Probably one of the best sojenicas (river houses) out there! You have a lot of privacy in the garden which a lot of them lack, and the walk to the river is magical. And so close to the beach! We really enjoyed it. :)

A beautiful accommodation and a super easy, pleasant check-in. Super accessible by car and beautifully located. Always happy to come back!
