Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. We had a wonderful stay at this charming lake house! The place was clean and comfortable and it truly felt like a home away from home. Our host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making the check-in process seamless. The bunk beds were a huge hit with the kids – they absolutely loved having their own little space! We had so much fun kayaking on the lake and even managed to do a bit of fishing. The peaceful surroundings made our stay special. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet spot!

The intricate attention paid to the detail in creating a space that is cozy and a home away from home. This place became a special part of our next chapter and it was everything we hoped it would be. Scott and Kristin exceeded our expectations in providing such a peaceful little getaway. We cannot wait to come back and share more memories. Knowing them on a personal level made us all the more appreciative of the space they have created.

There were kayaks available to enjoy a soothing ride on the lake and enjoy the views. Our four legged friend enjoyed jumping onto the small beach area and running around the yard getting his exercise.

One of the best places we’ve stayed. This air bnb had so many little thoughtful touches. The kitchen was exceedingly well stocked with every appliance you could need. The coffee and tea selection was great!! The entire experience felt like staying at a well-curated, aesthetically pleasing boutique hotel. We will be coming back here if it’s (hopefully) available next Memorial Day weekend!!
