Holiday rentals with a patio in Acropolis

Our stay at Spyros place was great. Such a cosy and pretty home, with a really nice and private yard. We loved the area, and used it for exploring local restaurants and nice vintage shops, it was also easy access to the metro, as well as walking distance to the center (approximately 30 min) , and just next by Acropolis and Socrates prison. I would for sure recommend this place for anyone who appreciate tranquility for their stay, and easy access to more lively areas. Spyros was very responsive and helpful, and provided very flexible check-in/check-out possibilities. We would not hesitate to book it another time :)

The apartment is located in a very peaceful, quiet, and safe area. Being a rooftop apartment, I was able to enjoy sitting outside (on both sides, for the sunrise and the sunset), reading, and drinking coffee in the morning and evening. Since you are halfway up Mount Likavettos, you have a view of the entire southeast part of Athens, while on the north side of your apartment you can watch the sun hit the church on top of Likavettos and feel the breeze come through the forest across the street (lots of nice paths to walk, and you can powerwalk around the mountain or walk up to the top for the greatest cardio workout). I really appreciated the little things like paper towels, soaps and shampoo, much toilet paper, and other items that few hosts provide, but Christos provided. (I even had a bag of ice in the freezer!) The shower is the largest I have experienced in Athens (and I used to live in Athens and visit the city 2 or 3 times a year), and the elevator and washer especially welcome.

Very nice and clean apartment in the very best location. Unfortunately, the street outside is a bit noisy but with earplugs at night you don't hear anything. We'd come back!

I had such a wonderful stay at Evgenia’s place in Athens. From the very beginning, she was warm, communicative, and incredibly helpful—her check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made arrival stress-free. She was also flexible and kind, which I deeply appreciated after a long day of travel. The apartment itself is just as beautiful as the photos, if not more so, and the view of the Acropolis truly took my breath away. Waking up to that skyline was unforgettable. The whole experience felt peaceful, comfortable, and thoughtfully hosted. I would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending it to friends and fellow travelers without hesitation. I spent a week here and had a great time. Right in the centre of Athens but I felt I had a little sanctuary to relax in every night. And best of all it was quiet! Even in the busy centre. I would stay here shin for sure!

Clean accommodation and inside the apartment and outside the surrounding area. Very beautiful garden, very well maintained. Friendly and direct host, he was there for whatever we needed with a good mood. All those who offered services at the accommodation were helpful. Excellent location, very convenient for any activity, easy access everywhere, in the center of Athens, to museums, cultural sites, entertainment venues, restaurants. I highly recommend Marios' accommodation. I will choose it again.

This was a great stay for the price! A nice walk into the city center, (15 min) but the restaurants around the corner are way better than in the city center and better prices for the quality! Very local restaurants! I only wish the WiFi had been better, was very spotty

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Clara was sweet and welcoming. He waited patiently for us, even though we were a little late. She had prepared a little welcome drink for us. The house had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but very communicative with buses, trams and metro. It was easy and quick to get to the center, main attractions and beaches. There were shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so we didn't miss anything.

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. It was much larger than expected and I wish we could have stayed longer. The private courtyard and outdoor dining area provided a great sanctuary from the busy city at the end of a long day. The furnishings and decor were very nice, new and well designed, we were extremely comfortable. The location was great with everything the old city in walking distance but also just outside the super busy tourist area, felt more like a local neighborhood with lots of younger residents and businesses. Our favorite part was the restaurant run by the owners a few blocks away. It was FANTASTIC and possibly our best meal in Greece, already trying to recreate the baby potatoes.

Our stay was very short, so it suited us well. The shower had hot water, the bed was comfortable. It was easy to check in.

I can highly recommend to stay here. The bed was super comfy and it was quiet at night. By foot you could reach the tram and also walk to the center of Athens within 10-15 min. Everything was perfect. Thanks!

Zhana was one of the best hosts we’ve had the pleasure of using through this platform. She was extremely helpful and always responsive to any questions we had. Regarding the apartment, it looks better in person than in the pictures. The neighbourhood is quiet but close to many restaurants and the metro which gets you anywhere you need to go in Athens. The patio was a favourite of ours, having such a large, private outdoor space in the middle of the city was amazing. Bed was comfy, all appliances and finishes looked nearly new, we had zero issues with this place during our 5 night stay

I had a great stay in this apartment in Athens! The location is perfect: in the city center, close to the Metaxourghio metro, while being very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is bright, very well decorated, impeccably clean and perfectly equipped. Everything is designed for comfort, including the very comfortable bed and electric shutters for a restful sleep. Special mention to Kostis, who was exceptionally kind: responsive, attentive and really concerned about our well-being. You can feel that the accommodation is maintained with care and love. I recommend it without hesitation, and I will be happy to come back on my next visit to Athens!
