Stunning view of Sapri from the garden. The villa is beautiful and peaceful - perfect for a relaxing stay. We had a fun evening enjoying a barbecue in the garden. Everything was very clean, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommended, 100%!

The accommodation is in a great location, equipped with all the necessary amenities and has a beautiful garden perfect for those with children. Paola was very kind and helpful.

Very nice and well-kept accommodation, with a beautiful sea view terrace, in the shadow of a very large olive tree. Well-maintained and clean interior spaces, with a very large window always with sea views. Very relaxing and especially out of the chaos

The walk to the beach is lovely and shady.

We stayed for 2 weeks at Villa Lorema in 8, 4 adults and 4 children. We had a great time because the house offers so much space both outside (very well maintained garden where we had all our breakfasts and dinners) and inside. From the terraces there is a wonderful view of the sea and Agropoli. There is tranquility around and, unlike the city, you can enjoy very pleasant cool temperatures that allow you to rest very well. Lorenzo was always ready to respond to us when we needed it. I definitely recommend a stay here to those who have no problem moving during the day to reach the places of interest and those with children: they will love it!

Beautiful house, in a beautiful panoramic position. We stayed in four couples of friends: very comfortable accommodation, spacious rooms, kitchen equipped with everything you need, priceless garden and veranda. Maria Grazia and her grandchildren were precise and facilitators in welcoming them, both for the arrival time and for the useful directions to find the house. Cilento and Maria Grazia's house were a pleasant discovery, and they gave us an unforgettable week of vacation...despite being the hottest week of the year!

We will always remember these days of rest! This is one of those places you don't want to go… It's better than home! It feels like childhood, aromas of flowers, birdsong, comfortable furniture in the garden! Large and well-maintained garden! 20 minutes and you are on the sea, nice beaches! In general, I really didn't want to go! It was very sad to go! Thank you so much to the owners for your kindness and care! We are very impressed with your hospitality! Thank you very much! If you want to be alone, in the silence of the mountains and the garden of paradise, come, you definitely do not regret it! The house is very authentic, a house with history! Spacious and cozy house, with everything you need to spend a comfortable and quiet vacation just minutes from the sea of Ascea. Pablo is an attentive and helpful host, during the stay he "pampered" us with delicacies of Cilento and was always attentive to our needs, giving us many tips.

We are three families with children from Lithuania, stayed in the wonderful Villa Tina (Belmonte) this July. Villa Belmonte is just amazing and cherished. Excellent swimming pool, groomed plants, comfortable five-bedroom house with large terraces and all the necessary equipment. The Villa is in a great location. Wonderful mountain views, sea beach is 20 minutes walk away. The unique old town of Santa Maria di Castellabate (Cilento region) is within walking distance. Pedestrian street, promenade along the sea, boutiques, restaurants. Communication with property manager Federica was easy and expeditious. She helped us with the transfer from Naples airport, meet us in the villa, recommended a local guide, and bought basic products for the start. The hostess, Mrs. Tina took care of all the little things to make our vacation great. Special hospitality and sincerity. Fresh lemons, eggs and even a car to drive to the supermarket for products. We are immensely grateful for the wonderful relaxing holidays in this small paradise of Southern Italy.

A total of 10 of us stayed here, first off special thank you to Alberto. Our flight was delayed and arrived after 12 he stayed and waited for us. Once we checked in he even ordered us some pizzas from a local pizza delivery which was well received after the long travel. He provided alot of information of local places to visit, shops and restaurants to dine at. You do need a car to stay here and the pictures do not do it justice. It's a beautiful place between farms. If you want to stay somewhere away but close enough to all the hussle of bigger cities this is perfect. We stayed in Sorrento for a night for a wedding but prices at local shops and restaurants was a fraction of those at Sorrento and Amalfi. Do try the fresh buffalo mozzarella! Definitely recommend, just a tip bring mosquito repellent spray especially during hotter months. The pool was brilliant and very large with a diving board attached. Again thank you Alberto you helped make this a memorable holiday.

Emma’s house was a little slice of heaven. A perfect blend of of personal space and holiday villa. Pristine clean, thoughtfully set up, fresh and inviting. A short but steep walk to the water was a welcome bit of exercise in an otherwise sleepy and peaceful week. Thank you Emma, we had a wonderful week!

The manager of the house, Andrea, is extremely helpful, he gave us useful directions to visit the area, as well as for restaurants and the like. Very quick communication via mobile, we had a need late at night due to the storm that blew up the power and was always available. The villa is fantastic, we stayed in 12 but we would have been comfortable even in 18. The washing machine and dishwasher are convenient. The terrace for eating out surrounded by greenery is also beautiful. The only downside is that you pay attention to the cars when you walk through the gate, there is a fairly high ditch.

It was a great stay for us and we will come back in an other year. Yes, the weather was nit the best, but we like changes. And we discover a lot of nice locations - the abandoned village San Giovanni, olive oil products with the best oil we have ever tasted and in the villa also of us find nice places für reading, listening music or writing letters. And Tina was so friendly to us. One thing is unforgettable. her marmalade produced with chilli.

The house is spacious and beautifully furnished. We had 5 children , aged 3-8 and were a little concerned about some of the ornaments and art work. We moved these to the library area to avoid any possibility of damage. The outside areas are well planned. A big outside table for eating, an area to sit and relax and a covered area which was handy when it rained. The pool is great and there is a big lawn . A short drive to the Buffalo mozzarella farm, and Paestum , both places we recommend . As per Rosanna’s rules there is a charge to use the BBQ. This is clearly stated and we were aware of it. We chose not to use it,feel the bbq should be included in the rental of the place. Also as per rules there is an up front cost of euro150 and the meters are read together at beginning and end of rental.. We did not use the air con, but we did use the washing machine most days. We had to pay an extra 15 euros at the end. There was a spectacular fireworks display in a nearby town that we enjoyed watching on our last night Thank you

An extremely beautiful setting with an outstanding view of the surrounding countryside (including Agropoli in the distance). Very spacious with lovely swimming pool and garden. Very responsive and helpful host. We had a wonderful holiday there.

It was really spectacular. The house is just beautiful, there are no others like it in the area. It’s very private and secure. You need only take a 5-10 minute walk, there is a small store one way, or a selection of restaurants the other way. The beach is literally a 3 minute walk and is gorgeous. I can’t say enough good things about the hosts. Just a wonderful family, so kind and generous. I am so grateful we found Villa Virginia and we hope to return again. ❤️🤍💚

Beautiful house, very clean and well equipped. Gorgeous surroundings, perfect spot to disconnect from stressful city life. Pity we couldn't enjoy the restaurant in the site.

The house exceeded our expectations, was even more beautiful in reality than on pictures, has its own history documented on many pictures inside. Each bedroom had a nice bathroom and the swimming pool was amazing. The host was super helpful and always happy to answear our questions about the region or local restaurants. The neighberhood is very quiet but distant from the towns and restaurants - a car is necessary. In short - beautiful place to stay with excelllent hospitality for someone looking for real Italian experience, far away from touristic chaos and crowded locations. Thank you!!

Thus is a great house to stay in and base yourself for a trip to Italy. Scario is a lovely town with all you need for a memorable holiday. Visits to Bosco and Dan Giovanni were nice. Wary drive from Naples. We visited Pompeii on way. We are a family of 7 and was lots of room. Pool (with diving) was great for the children (and adults 😀). We did need fans for first two nights but did not take away from a lovely stay. We would love to return and further explore all that the area offers knowing that we were staying in a fabulous house, chilled out, great views and comfortable.

Our family had a great time at Sacha's house. it had everything we needed. Sacha was a great communicator, providing instructions and local recommendations. He answered questions quickly. We particularly enjoyed the pool and beach. Great place.

We had a very pleasant stay at Giada’s place. Giada and her parents were very welcoming with wine and home made pizza on the first night! Beautiful place with outdoor space and swimming pool, perfectly located away from the crowds but close enough to explore the seaside and all surrounding areas.
