He is a very attentive person, he even recommended places to eat, he waited for us to arrive to greet us and he was also attentive to our departure. I would definitely return to your accommodation, both my group and I were very satisfied with the excellent experience.

It is a quiet place, with a great view and very private even if it is a shared land. The staff was always very attentive, respectful and kind; the amenities and the place in general is the same as the photos posted, however, access to the beach was not possible due to the conditions of nature.

The stay was very pleasant for me and my family, it will certainly be a place we will return to. The subdivision is very quiet and very safe

We loved the stay and the accommodation, but our dogs loved it. We swim in the lagoon with them every day. We went to the beach, which is literally across the street. Excellent stay! Everything from the beginning was perfect. The communication and attention of Rodrigo and Mrs. Sara was always kind and attentive and they were always aware of what we needed. Rodrigo was always very open to our requests and was very accessible above all. The place is very nice and quiet, we were able to have fun and enjoy it. Everything is just as it is in the photos. It's well worth it. As an extra point, Sara's excellent food preparation service, delicious cooking.

Communication was great before, during and after your stay. The place fully met my expectations and there were some details I didn't expect, like the board games. Great touch. Highly recommended.

The place was very clean, exactly as shown in the photos, received us staff who live in the building and were very friendly from the arrival. the plus is the private pool since we enjoyed at night and in the day, the sheets are of fabric somewhat hot and it is impossible to sleep because of the heat it is and the noise but it is understandable. I agree that they should put an air conditioning, improve the screen since it is 32 and it does not have streaming functions or Google but you are on vacation you are not going to watch TV, everything is very clean and in order we had a detail when we turned on the oven since the pill was overloaded but they solved it in less than 10 minutes. in general it is very good place widely recommended with all the comforts of a house and the privacy of the place the floor 2 and 3 can see the pool and that remains if you go as a couple but everything else is very much good. there are many ants should fumigate it is super comfortable I will return at another time first God

Raquel's apartment is beautiful, really as seen in the publications, clean, comfortable, spacious for a group of visitors, it has everything you need for a stay to feel at home, with a spectacular view of the city of Acapulco. The apartment is located approximately 5 minutes by car to the beach, or 6 blocks walking to the beach, since the apartment is located in a residential area of the sector, but very nice and quiet, it has its private car parking.

It has access to a public beach, across the street there is a Walmart and there are many places nearby to eat. The place is nice Actually, we liked everything from the apartment to the common areas of the condominium. The only point to note is that in the secondary bedroom there is no air conditioning, otherwise everything is excellent. Carlos is a very good host.
