The apartment is very cosy and has an excellent location - nearby there are supermarkets, Oxxo cafe and the beach is just a minute walk away. The pool is clean and nice. Everything is designed to enjoy and rest. I am very satisfied with my stay!

Sophie and Antonio are among the best hosts, they are attentive at all times, Vicky is in charge of cleaning and is extremely kind. The apartment is in super good condition. The AC works perfectly, the WIFI does not fail, it has everything for an incredible vacation. You can use everything in the apartment. 10/10. If I return, I would definitely stay in this apartment. Everything was excellent.

We rented this apartment so we could be with our daughter and her family for a vacation at the beach. The apartment was a great fit for the 7 of us and it was well equipped to meet our needs. It was a lovely place to be and the pool by the beach provided not only a beautiful place to swim, but the ability to see and hear the ocean. There was beach access also. Beto was extremely attentive and responsive to the needs that came up..an excellent host. We would definitely return.

Excellent service, very good host. Super clean facilities and safe area. He gave us recommendations of places to go and responds to any unforeseen events. The pool is large and clean.

Mrs. Ivonne was always extremely polite, and communicated with us before, during and after our stay. He always asked if we were okay or if we needed anything. And during our stay, he always wished us well. The only thing is that although he gave us all the directions, map, photos, etc. to get to the development, since the Beach Club is across the street, it is a bit confusing to know which is the access to the Club, and which is to the apartments, depending on the direction in which you arrive on the road. Other than that, everything is excellent!

It's a very good accommodation, totally recommended, only if you're going to the beach that's nearby, I recommend that you only go from afar, the waves are very rough. I recommend that you look for other beaches, the one near the club, not because the waves are very high and not easy to control, my mom and my grandmother lost their cell phone in it and they weren't even near the sea, but as far as the accommodation is concerned, it was very good, it's a private one so I felt safe at all times and the guards are very friendly

This is the second time I've stayed at Paloma's place, the facilities are very well maintained and up to date. You can see the effort to offer a good service and maintain the furniture, spaces and equipment in the best conditions, with care and renovation. The apartment has everything you need. The complex is very nice, the common areas are very well maintained and the pool is very nice. The location is very good. Would I come back a third time? Of course!

The truth is that the apartment is very nice and well equipped, the location, access to the beach, the pool and the shops nearby are a plus that the apartment has. I would definitely wash it again.

Our stay was extremely pleasant for my family and I loved it, the water in the heated pool was very nice, we had the Jacuzzi in front of our room and we could watch our son play, clean towels both for showering and for going to the beach club, the things that the restaurant of that subdivision offers are affordable prices and very good food, it was a great mini vacation to celebrate May 10th of my mom, mother-in-law and sister as well as for me I recommend it 100% a quiet place to enjoy without getting bored, thanks to the hosts Marissa and Mari Carmen always friendly and attentive

Amazing accommodation, of the best airbnb that I have gone to, rdo miy linoio, the house has everything to have a great time, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the darkness is great for sleeping, the pool is very good, very comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped, the area and the colony very well, even the nearby beaches are very good, Walmart and Soriana 5 minutes away and an oxxo 24 hours right at the entrance of the colony, everything super well.

The place is nice Actually, we liked everything from the apartment to the common areas of the condominium. The only point to note is that in the secondary bedroom there is no air conditioning, otherwise everything is excellent. Carlos is a very good host.
