House holiday rentals in Acacia Bay

Beautiful location. Great house for our two family home holiday. Stayed in April and the heating was lovely. The heated pool was a nice surprise. Plenty of private areas if you needed space. Having access to the walking track by the lake was fantastic. House is starting to need some love but still a very lovely stay.

We’ve found Bayley’s house a great place to stay for family. The plunge pool is so big and we enjoyed it very much. Everything is same as described and Bayley’s instruction is clear. So everything went smoothly, we recommend this place!

Really enjoyed our stay, loads of space for our 3yr old to roar about. Pool and spa were lovely. The house is huge and well appointed.

What a piece of paradise alright, just what we needed. The photos were spot on, very comfy bed, very homely, would certainly recommend for a getaway holiday. A very smoochy cat too by the way.

Despite an initial hiccup, we had a fantastic time at Tracy and Damien’s home. Tracy was very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay and will hopefully return to stay here again!

I’m not quite sure where to start, as there were so many great things about this holiday home. Firstly, thanks to our host for providing such a wonderful space for my family to stay and create happy memories together. We absolutely loved our time here! The property is very well maintained, both inside and out. (I think it’s even better than in the photos). It’s spacious yet cosy, with plenty of room to spread out, as well as great areas to hang out as a family. The kitchen is an excellent size and very well equipped. Of course the plunge pool is an added bonus that we really enjoyed, especially after a busy day of activities around Taupo. We appreciated the location as it’s away from the business of central town but close enough to easily get there in a couple of minutes by car. The neighbourhood is lovely and we really enjoyed walking around it and down to the lakeside. We would definitely highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Taupo.

Absolutely beautiful place with a gorgeous view of the river. The house is one of those places that makes you feel instantly at home. Sally is an epic host, super responsive and kind.

The house and property was extremely clean and well presented. All amenities that were listed were available and the house was very warm. The communication from the hosts was fantastic - very efficient to reply to any questions or communications that I sent, as well as clear instructions for arrival and leaving. It was a great place to stay for a long weekend!

We really enjoyed our family stay at Karen’s place, super clean and tidy, the house itself was excellent, new/modern with great tech, well designed. Location was awesome, quiet street, easy lake access. House had everything you needed and more, loved the espresso machine. Great communication and checkin/house instructions were detailed and easy. We would love to stay again and would highly recommend.

I booked this place for a day and requested a late checkout, and the owner was fantastic. I left my valuables there, and she even assisted in shipping them back to me without any extra charge.

Beautiful home on a lovely, well cared for property with everything you need for a relaxing time away. Great layout caters easily for extended family. Would 100% stay again. Lisa was a wonderful host, attentive, responsive and kept us up to date with details as our trip came up and gave clear instructions on everything we needed. Plenty of off street parking which was incredibly helpful for us, immaculate property and grounds, spotlessly clean, stunning location and plenty of space for our family of 8 to spread out.

A lovely place to stay. Kerry was a fantastic host, super responsive to questions and even picked up wood for the fire pit and brought it over to us. Nice easy check out instructions.

Lovely home and great hosts - it was just what we were looking for during our time in Kinloch. Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had and super thoughtful with how the house was set-up before we arrived and with what they made available. Would definitely recommend the hosts and the property.

Probably my favourite AirBnb so far! Stunning home, gorgeous views, friendly welcome and had everything needed and more! They have thought of everything! Also had the best sleep ever, I didn’t want to leave. I will be back as soon as I can!

What an amazing house you have. We couldn’t believe our luck. Waited to see what was wrong with the property and couldn’t fault the property. Close enough to town and a shopping centre. The property was new and had everything you needed.

Perfect place to stay for what we were wanting to do "Fishing". Had everything we needed. Location great, Taupo town centre has become so busy so it was great we didn't have to go into the township at all! Everything we needed was just up the road, entertainment, supermarket, restaurant.

Fabulous home for a peaceful stay. We had a great break based at the house. Fantastic communication. Alll round brilliant.

Really enjoyed our weekend here, and would definitely want to stay here again next time we're in Taupo. Had everything we needed, warm, great lake front location, and really close to the sailing club for pizza etc
