On hill near lake with great lake views across to town, between North & South Acacia Bays. Open plan kitchenette/dining/ lounge. Microwave, airfryer, electric pan, rice cooker. Heat pump/ Air conditioner. Bedroom (king & single bed)with compact bathroom leads onto private deck (lovely view across lake) with table, 2 chairs and weber bbq Ideal for couple. Not suitable for child.

Sunny, cosy and comfortable cottage on owner's property. Located Acacia Bay, 8 min from Taupo township. Kitchenette with toaster, kettle, fridge, toastie maker and microwave. Salt, pepper, serviettes, hand towels provided. Separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside seating area to enjoy the semi-rural setting. Off street parking with designated parking area. Large enough for car and trailer. Lock up for bicycles on request. Extra towels for lake or local hot pools swimming are available.

Fantastic views, unique ambience, peaceful setting

Wifi available. Enjoy our newly renovated one bedroom apartment overlooking the lake, town & Mount Tauhara. Whether its a romantic weekend for two or a base for your adrenalin packed holiday around the central plateau, you will find our cosy cottage an ideal base. Please note,great views also mean a bit of a climb. We have 33 steps up to our door. If you have mobility needs please check the photos before booking. This apartment block was built in 1976, so does look old and tired on the outside.

Semi detached sunny compact studio joined to main dwelling by deck located on our lifestyle section. Studio has a deck divided from the main dwelling by a screen for privacy. Private entrance/lock box. Kitchenette, continental breakfast provisions on first morning supplied - microwave available (no stove top or oven) . There is a TV with chrome cast only. There is no free to air TV, Netflix etc). Off street park. You will need a car as there is no public transport.

THE MINSION, a cosy studio located in our garden , in beautiful Acacia Bay. Awake to the sound of Tui's and bird song. It is a short walk to Lake, cafe/ restaurant, local store and walking tracks . Our studio is often used and loved by family and friends so has a number of board games, DVDs and family memories. We like our property to be smoke/vape free please. Beautiful home with a fantastic view. We met Michelle briefly and are thrilled with the hospitality. Thanks for cereals, bacon, eggs, chocolate etc! We really enjoyed the view of the lake and were extremely satisfied! Fresh flowers were everywhere, really very lovingly prepared. The terrace was a dream ! Love, Rebekka and Berni

What a beautiful home! It was immaculate and well set out. The jack and Jill bathroom was excellent as we had our toddler with us so it gave us fast and easy access to him in the night. The beds were very comfy. We would love to stay here again!

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect base while visiting friends in the area. The neighbourhood was quiet but still had plenty for the kids to do. Check in was super easy and we arrived to a nice warm home with the lights on for us! We loved our stay at Karen’s!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and the house was very comfortable with all we needed. Very tastefully decorated with lots of lovely thoughtful touches...thank you Lu. Lovely view of the lake and yhe Acacia Bay location was serene. Would definitely recommend staying here.
