Stunning Stay at JW Marriott Residences, Dubai Marina – Highly Recommended! We had an amazing stay at the JW Marriott Residences in Dubai Marina. Our apartment was on the 25th floor, offering breathtaking views of the Marina right from the balcony—and even from the bathroom! Watching the yachts gently docked below was a daily treat. The location is unbeatable. It’s directly connected to Dubai Marina Mall, so shopping and dining are just steps away. The Marina Walk is also within easy walking distance, perfect for evening strolls or grabbing a bite at one of the many nearby restaurants. One of the standout features was the easy access to private yachts—you can simply walk to the back side and hop onto one for a cruise. The convenience and accessibility made our experience even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay.

Simply perfect stay! The B&B turned out to be exactly as in the photos, if not better. From the very first moment, I was struck by the impeccable cleanliness: every room was perfectly tidy, sanitized and cared for in every detail. It is rare to find accommodation where the cleanliness is so evident and constant. The structure is splendid, organized with taste and intelligence. Each space has been designed to offer comfort and practicality, without ever sacrificing aesthetics. The furnishings are modern but cozy, and the layout of the rooms makes the stay very pleasant, whether it is a weekend or a longer stay. All the promised services were present and fully functional: from the fast Wi-Fi connection to the equipped kitchen, from the air conditioning to the hot water always available, nothing was missing. The care and attention of the managers in wanting to offer a unique experience is clearly perceived

This was one of the best places that I have stayed in, the place felt very homely and we did not want to leave from there. The hosts were very friendly and arranged us an early check in. The views from the balcony and living room were amazing. I had a lovely time staying at this property and will be definitely coming back soon!

My experience at AYA Stay was incredible. The place was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. But what made it truly unforgettable was Navruza — kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and her personal touch made all the difference. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one felt like home. We had great stay in appartment Carpe Diem in Dubai. Appartment is on the highest floor with beautifull views to Dubai marina. Appartman is very close to JBR beach with a lot of restaurants and malls. We are 5th time in Dubai and this our stay was the best. We will come back again. Thanks a lot. Anna

I stayed with my family for a week at Salma's apartment, and it was all better than planned. The location is spectacular, overlooking the marina, with many restaurants nearby and also a few blocks from JBR, an area with a lot of atmosphere and also many restaurants. The apartment is super comfortable, even nicer than the photos, and with a terrace that is a pleasure to have breakfast there every day. Salma was an impeccable host, she gave us all the information in detail and was always attentive to our needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The space was exactly as described (even better), beautiful interior, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect and communication with the host was fantastic. Our stay at the apartment in Dubai was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The furniture was tidy and comfortable. There were a few minor signs of use, but that’s totally normal for a holiday apartment and didn’t bother us at all. The view was phenomenal – overlooking the Marina Walk, it was truly breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!

I had a great stay at Ali’s apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient and quiet. Ali was an amazing host — very responsive, friendly. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!
