We celebrate Father's Day here and despite some mishap on the rate and check in communications, the place is really great! First of all, the apartment is really clean with thoughtful personal touches that will make your stay easy, convenient and felt right at home. The amenities, pool and private beach is great. Will go back there sometime soon!

I had a great stay at the Torch Tower in Dubai Marina. The apartment was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. The view was beautiful, and the location is excellent—just a short walk from the Marina, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. The building is secure, with helpful staff and solid amenities including a gym and pool. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Dubai.

Really nice serviced apartment in an apartment hotel in Abu Dhabi's best location next to the Corniche. We enjoyed it.

Diane is a wonderful host, makes you feel right at home. It was a real pleasure staying with her, truly like being with a friend. Space if you want or need it, conversation if you do. She warmly offers coffee or whatever she’s making for herself, making it a very homely experience. Highly recommend!

The good thing about the Phoenix Plaza Hotel Apartments 1. 10 minutes' walk from the central bus station. 2. Very friendly staff and they even gave us the room early 3. The room is very comfortable and has everything you need to cook and even a desk to work (as if it were an apartment), even a washing machine (does not include soap) 4. The Omar Bin Al Khatab Mosque bus station is two minutes away (something especially useful since the most tourist routes pass through here). 5. The bathtub was very useful after walking so much. The bad thing: Communication. I'm still waiting for the host's response as to whether we could arrive earlier (at that time I didn't know it was a hotel). I could improve: Offer a map for people who arrive on foot from the central station (maps do not show the small streets that serve as a shortcut); by taxi for the distance they should charge 7 Dirham (5 flag and another 2 for the distance) but there is a minimum fare of 12 Dirham that I did not want to pay.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The location was amazing—super close to the train station and just a short walk to JBR Beach. Everything was easy to get to. The host was great with communication and responded quickly to any questions. Would definitely stay again!

I absolutely loved my stay! The host and staff were super welcoming and made me feel right at home. Despite being a dorm, the place was spotless and had everything I needed. The balcony view was TO DIE FOR - stunning! The host was so polite and humble, it really added to the whole experience. I cooked my own meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and didn't stress about laundry thanks to the washing machine. The comfy sofas in the living area were perfect for late-night work sessions. And let's not forget the billiards fun! I'm already planning my next stay - it truly felt like home!Thanks for comfortable stay 😀

Yusuf is a great host and friend. The JBR area is the best that exists in Dubai. All in the accommodation are good people, the Tram is just in front and the beach is a few steps away. I would highly recommend it 🙌🏾✨

Booking from the airport at 21:00. I arrived 1 hour later by taxi directly at the place "baqala Al Niama" close to abi Dhabi mall. Look for Building n° 6. A man stays at the entrance of the building. Lift to 7th floor. The receptionist there welcomes you 24/24. Big apartment with about 13 rooms sharing kitchen and bathroom and toilets. Everything is perfect clean. He cleans immediately after each shower for example. Air-conditioning, but it is common for all rooms. Very helpful : the guy gave me a charger for 2 days because my plug didn't fit. Fridge in each room. Always very quiet, I met only 2 persons. Many public buses (I bought a weekly card for 45 aed at the bus stop machine), easy with Google map.
