Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Abu Dhabi

Great place to stay, very well presented and comfortable. Shebab was always on hand to offer assistance if i needed it which was great. The location is good as its 20 mins from most landmarks, however the surrounding areas are still developing so maybe some drilling.

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Thanks for a great stay! Hopefully visit here again. Jess

We had a fabulous stay, it was exactly what our family needed and the hosts were incredibly thoughtful. They sent my husband cookies for his birthday and when checking in one time had said 3pm instead of their usual 4pm. When I told them my arrival time was 3.30 based on the 3pm communication they said no problem we’ll send an extra cleaner to have the house ready for you in time! Now that’s service. I was so happy with everything about our stay

Zilola’s place is excellent — very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use, which made cooking convenient during our stay. Zilola is a very responsive host and was always quick to assist us when needed. She also kindly helped us supplement some necessary kitchenware and other essentials. Highly recommended.

It is a great place to connect with nature, slow down and enjoy the peace. The location, the lodging and the experience were exactly what i needed. Ali is an exceptional host, extremely kind and helpful. Will definitely book again during kinder weather.

Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

My name is Abdo British national, I like travelling alot but I was impressed by this flats and how is the flat is tidy and clean and how our host is taking care of everything even the small details and what I like also the way host is communicating with us very efficiently I was firstly booked one bedroom flat but Dr Eisa kindly offer us a two bedroom flat with very competitive price in comparison with prices in Alain city.......I recommend everyone looking for relaxintion and peace of mind to book from. this wonderful place

I had a 3 day business trip to Abu Dhabi and I wanted a place in Yas Island which is close to everything and I didn't want a hotel, since an apartment has its benefits: privacy, full kitchen, and other amenities that are not available in a hotel. This apartment is the best combination. You have everything I mentioned + it is located inside a well maintained building with a front desk and reserved parking. As I said, the perfect combination to feel right at home from the first moment. I would definitely book it again on my next visit in 2 months!

The place was spotless and the facilities are great. Our host Walid was extremely helpful from start to finish and was always responsive. We will definitely be staying here again soon.

It’s one of my best apartments in Dubai, everything about it was perfect and it looks like the photos and it has literally everything you need, the location was great with lot of activities and restaurants nearby. Lieber Rami, deine Unterkunft empfehle ich weiter. Mir hat die Kommunikation und die sehr schnelle Reaktion von Dir sehr gutgefallen. Zudem die Lage der Unterkunft mit unmittelbarer Anbindung an Marina Mall sowie, das Fitness Studio sowie die Nutzung des Pools sind sehr gute Möglichkeiten, die das Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft ausmachen. Die Größte der Unterkunft und des Bades mit der Badewanne fand ich sehr schön und gut. Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen.

Nos hospedamos durante una semana con mi familia en el apartamento de Salma, y fue todo mejor de lo planeado. La ubicación es espectacular, sobre la marina, con muchos restaurantes cerca y también a pocas cuadras de JBR, una zona con mucho ambiente y también muchos restaurantes. El apartamento es super cómodo, aún más lindo que en las fotos, y con una terraza que es un placer que desayunar ahí todos los días. Salma fue una host impecable, nos ha dado toda la información al detalle y siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades. MUY RECOMENDABLE

I got what I really expected, communication was great and meeting my requirements was precise. It was such a smooth stay.

Our stay at the apartment in Dubai was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The furniture was tidy and comfortable. There were a few minor signs of use, but that’s totally normal for a holiday apartment and didn’t bother us at all. The view was phenomenal – overlooking the Marina Walk, it was truly breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

This was my second stay at Eric's Airbnb in Abu Dhabi. My son was a student at NYUAD, and the location is conveniently close to the NYU campus. My sister had visited a year ago and also stayed here, and we both came for my son's graduation and were very happy to book this same place again. The apartment is clean, spacious and has everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable, and the couch is a comfortable sleeping area also. The view from the balcony is beautiful. It's very quiet and safe. We had access to restaurants and shops nearby, and we weren't far from the city. This time we had a car rental, but getting a taxi is also very accessible. We had a question about the Wifi password, and both Tate and Eric responded quickly and helped us resolve that. All of our communication with both Tate and Eric was incredibly helpful and responsive. If I return to the area, I'd love to stay here again. It was nice to know that this welcoming space would be waiting after a long flight!

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!

A great option in Dubai. Super clean and nicely decorated, in a new building, with great amenities. Hosts were easy to work with and quite friendly. Apartment is fantastic. Will look to stay here again, for sure!
