Holiday rentals with breakfast in Aberdeenshire

Very unique stay, great friendly hosts. Full Scottish breakfast (in the castle breakfast room!) and castle tour included which was a nice surprise. Can walk to the nearby village in 5 minutes. Nice view of the North Sea. 1 minute walk to the beach through a garden like setting. Perfect for our first night in Scotland as we didn’t feel like doing much after the long flight and time change. If we ever come back to Scotland, we hope to stay again.

Unbeatable hospitality! Mike has been the kindest and friendliest host one can find in Aberdeen. His place is lovely and comfortable, and he makes sure you feel at home. I enjoyed sharing conversations over coffee, breakfast and even a delicious meal. The other guests were also kind and attentive. The place was quiet and cozy to rest after long days of walk.

We had a fantastic stay at Linda's property in Inverbervie. The house was clean, spacious, and perfectly located. We particularly enjoyed the large park right behind the house, which was ideal for walks and some outdoor relaxation. Linda was a lovely and helpful host, always available if needed. The detailed manual she provided was incredibly helpful, offering clear instructions and a great guide to the local area, making our stay even more enjoyable. The property had plenty of books and toys for the kids, which was a lovely touch and kept them entertained. Overall, a wonderful experience that we all thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommend! 😊

We love staying in Airbnbs with a bit of interest / history so the Presbytery was right up our alley. Andrea was very accommodating and the space had everything we needed as a family of three. Right in the heart of Foress, and close to other towns of interest like Elgin, Brodie, etc.

I stayed here with my partner and our pets for a long weekend for my birthday, we wanted pure relaxation and to totally switch off from the hussle and bustle from the stresses of city life - this place certainly delivered! Truly peaceful surroundings, loved listening to the birds and feeding the chickens! The chickens are such characters! This property had everything plus more you could ever need. The décor of the cottage is spectacular, it's like it's been professionally designed by an interior designer with each room being different. The hosts are so so welcoming, made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond with anything you needed. We recommend going for a walk around the woodlands. Feels like you're in another world! We would love to visit again!

We went to Inverurie for the birth of our first grandchild and found the apartment to be an ideal base. Nice sized two bedrooms and good sized bathrooms. Very peaceful yet close to Inverurie town centre Highly recommended Colin was always responsive to our queries and Karen his cleaner was first class - very warm and friendly

This was a perfect place for us, lovely flat, nice touches with bits supplied for breakfast and snacks, we had a great stay here! The flat was very clean, tidy and ideal location in the town center for all amenities. Chris was such a welcoming and hospitable host. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and was flexible with check-in. Our two weeks stay was very pleasant, we would definitely return when visiting Inverurie again. Thank you so much - was the perfect spot for our band to stay being in close proximity to Barra Castle for the wedding. The place was exactly as described, clean and organised, and Darren was super helpful with check in talking me through the space. It was also a really lovely touch to have some food in the fridge - was much appreciated!

This accomodation is perfectly located for both the beachfront (10 min walk) and also the city centre (15 min walk). The accomodation is bright and comfortable with a lovely sunny garden and private parking. The host was very friendly & extremely helpful - she responded instantly if we needed anything, going above and beyond. We can't thank her enough and will certainly book here again.

Lovely place for us to stay before continuing to the highlands. It has everything you need amenities / kitchen wise. Be prepared to bring your own toiletries as it was a personal home listed out, but we had everything with us so it wasn’t an issue. Thanks Andrew, all the best!

Excellent accommodation for my employees to stay in whilst working in Aberdeen for 3 weeks. Lucas and his team were professional and helpful and on hand should we have needed anything. We found the stay to be very relaxing. Karen and John welcomed us very kindly, were always approachable and generously provided us with tips. The morning breakfast buffet was always a highlight! We especially liked the loving design of the rooms and the wonderfully quiet atmosphere in the house and around the whole property. Thank you for that, we will be happy to come back! :D

Incredibly beautiful church, entrance, hallway and room. The garden was cozy and well thought out. We felt at home. Kris the host was kind and compassionate. Luxurious with the breakfast included. We're super happy.

This is by far the best Airbnb location me and my significant other have been in during our travels. The host was super proactive, caring, made a nice breakfast, left treats in our room, and even provided a video of how to use the door locks. The room made us feel so comfortable too! I would highly recommend if you're heading to Cruden Bay.

This was an expected gem that felt quite nourishing. It was very quiet and secluded encouraging some of the best sleep I've had in months. It was a balanced mixed of rural castle and a home energy. For me, I felt as if I was in a bed and breakfast in a movie. Chris and Karolyn have twenty years experience running this place so they really refined their craft. The breakfast was as good as all the reviews mention, a lot of detail and care is put into it. This is one of the most impressive price-meets-value-and-service places I've seen on Airbnb. The only thing you won't get here is a city experience, it checks all other boxes - particularly peace, regeneration and love. Enjoy.

High quality accommodation, fantastic breakfast in a beautiful room overlooking the garden and located in a really nice village. Make sure you book dinner at a local restaurant as they do appear to book out. This is a highly recommended B and B.

Lovely little spot — and a solid breakfast to start your day of adventure! We were in a room with four beds — fairly tight space, but convenient. Harry was a very warm host and the location was perfect for our trip from Edinburgh to Inverness.
