Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Aberdeenshire

Really enjoyed staying at the church and experiencing the countryside. The gardens around the building are phenomenal and super lovely to walk through. Would recommend the place just for the gardens. The room itself is very comfy, clean, and homey. Also, it was great for our needs. Our toddler slept in the second bed in the room. The check-in process was a little cumbersome but Kris was lovely, gave lots of good recommendations, and was friendly whenever we saw him.

Very enjoyable stay. Peaceful location, very clean room. Breakfast was excellent and Jacqueline could not have been more helpful.

Very comfortable b and b with a good guest kitchen, close to centre of Stonehaven, staff were very friendly and helpful, bikes stored in shed.

I highly recommend this lovely Airbnb! It was such a joy spending a couple of days at this lovely lodge. Everyone we met in Aviemore was incredibly nice and it was absolutely gorgeous. The room was clean and cozy, and breakfast was delicious. The homemade bread and jam was wonderful. Rebecca greeted us with a warm tea and great conversation. We would absolutely stay here again!

Undoubtably one of, if not the best place I have ever stayed at. My engineers had the 2 bed apartment next door. On their arrival Sunday they travelled 10 hours from Essex and didn’t get to the pub till 12:30 am. Maxine made sure to stay up for them to welcome them in. I arrived on Monday (at a normal time) and was shown to my room and around the pub so I knew where everything was. We had dinner in the pub on both of the nights we stayed, which was cooked by Maxine’s husband Garry. All home cooked and homemade dinners from his experience as a chef and baker. Maxine and Garry both went above and beyond during our stay, always making sure we were ok, got to know us personally and really made us feel welcomed and at home. Although the pub is closed to the public on Mondays , they were still offering their food and kitchen services for us. Overall, 10/10 for me. If we are ever to return back to Aberdeen , we will be making sure we stay here again Thank you again Maxine and Garry

We’re talking about excellence here. The location is incredible: super clean, spatious, full of great details, private bathromm and so on. But the main surprises are Gordon & Mercedes: a kind couple who do everything to make you feel comfortable, from the check-in to the tips for your visiting. And the breakfast: OMG. N.1. 100/10

Just few of the many things great about Hannah and the BnB: She was prompt and took initiative to suggest good local restaurants and helped us with table reservations. When we reached this beautiful place, she offered us some freshly brewed coffee and scones (perfect after a long journey) First impression: Beautifully converted church surrounded by lush green hills, away from the hustle-bustle. The place was clean, well lit. You can almost see the BnB has been designed with a lot of love and dedication - coming from a creative field this was something I really appreciated. Hannah's warm hospitality made us feel like we are staying at a friend's place. She is also an amazing cook - served us a delicious and generous Scottish breakfast using locally sourced ingredients. All in all, amazing stay, one of the best hospitality experiences I've had and whenever I go back to Scotland, I will be staying here :)

We needed at short notice a room that three of us could use overnight during a trip to the north of Scotland. The room met all our requirements and was just what we needed. Craig and Hazel met us upon arrival, were very friendly and willing to answer any questions albeit we left early so never had a chance to say goodbye in the morning.

Staying at Eskview Farm was a real treat. Kath cooked a great breakfast every morning, and we thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with her. The accommodation was comfy and pleasant, making it easy to feel at home. If you’re looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay with a wonderful host, Eskview Farm is a fantastic choice.

This is great value place to stay in really beautiful location. Staff were all very friendly and food was lovely and hearty. A perfect base for exploring the surrounding area and enjoying the peace and quiet.

I wish there were more stars! Catherine was an incredibly gracious, kind and caring host. The level of attention we got was otherworldly. We felt like we were at home Catherine was brilliant from the get go, going above and beyond to make sure we had any help we needed The room was lovely and even had lots of snacks, tea & coffee amenities, towels and even slippers! We were received with a beautifully warm welcome and even spent some of the evening getting to know each other! We found the stay to be very relaxing. Karen and John welcomed us very kindly, were always approachable and generously provided us with tips. The morning breakfast buffet was always a highlight! We especially liked the loving design of the rooms and the wonderfully quiet atmosphere in the house and around the whole property. Thank you for that, we will be happy to come back! :D

Excellent B&B! We stayed in the Balmoral room, which was very spacious, had a charming patio overlooking gorgeous pastures and mountains. The bathroom was also large and lovely! Very comfortable bedding and access to good wifi, TV, and tea cart when winding down at night. The breakfast was phenomenal! Absolutely loved the eggs benedict, the home cooking and baking was superb. Wish we stayed longer than 2 nights! Hosts were friendly and had good recommendations for local diners and activities.

We all felt so at home in Linda’s lovely house. Absolutely nothing to fault! Beds were comfy, place was spotlessly clean. Linda is a lovely lady and so friendly, would definitely stay again 🙂

We had the most lovely stay at Karen’s house. Nestled in the woods it was a peaceful place to rest after a long day of exploration. Her recommendation of a local pub in the harbour was the best. The room and house are beautifully decorated and the comfiest bed we’ve slept in on our Europe trip! Prepared to be delighted with homemade bread, muffins and more for breakfast! A truly special gem.
