We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreational area "Franconian Lake District." If you like it quiet and yet want to reach the lake landscape quickly, you have come to the right place. Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

There is permanent ventilation in the wooden house. In the bedroom, a large waterbed (2 m x 2.20 m) ensures a good night's sleep. The property has been lovingly and individually furnished. The kitchen is small but superbly equipped. Barbecue and sunbathing in the garden. Outdoor sauna, 2 e-bikes, Thule Cab2, Wallbox can each be booked additionally.

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area, there is a large double bed and a large sofa bed, and there is a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, which leads into the annex apartment, invites you to linger and relax. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian Lake District are in the immediate vicinity, as is the train, which reaches Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Animals only upon request.

Our vacation home is located on the 2nd floor of the granny flat of our single-family house built in 2018 in the Franconian architectural style. With a lot of love & passion, we planned and implemented the expansion of the apartment in order to create a time out full of well-being and comfort for our big and small guests. In the new apartment, everyone will find their time out and relaxation. The popular Franconian Lake District, the Altmühl Valley and Franconian Switzerland are in the surrounding area. These invite you to hike, climb and relax and a city stroll to Nuremberg is also possible. An open beautiful barbecue area in the garden ensures cozy evenings. Büchenbach has lots of nature, forests, meadows, a nice village life and some playgrounds, especially for families on vacation.
