My place is good for couples/solos on pleasure or business trips. Enjoy your coffee on the front porch while viewing birds along with the sounds of cascading water of the pool. You are only 2-5 min. drive from restaurants/shops/grocery store and a 15 min. drive to Lafayette & Festivals. Your private home away from home with lots of amenities.

Nestled away on .5 acre of beautifully landscaped oasis, this home is located in the unique Sterling Grove Historic District and is steps away from Mouton Plantation, Givens Townhouse, and John Nickerson House. Enjoy the huge front porch overlooking 100+ year old oak trees, full covered patio complete with outdoor kitchen, and fire pit tucked away under the stars.

Comfy and cozy get away. I am NOT LOCATED IN LAFAYETTE, so if you stay here please understand that you could be 10 to 20 minute drive depending on your destination

Cajun Cottage located on the Bayou Teche in Downtown New Iberia's Historic Main St. The property is lined with old Oak and Cypress trees with a beautiful view of the bayou. Walking distance from restaurants, bars, and shopping. 8 miles from Avery Island. Light breakfast items, coffee, milk, and juice provided. The cottage is a private space with kitchenette, living area, separate bedroom, and screened in patio. Very private and peaceful setting.

The huge live oaks with their draped Spanish moss surround the home creating a peaceful cocoon of privacy and relaxation. The home features a huge back porch overlooking the bayou to do some birdwatching. The center hall allows for a nice breeze. There’s a queen bed and claw foot tub downstairs, two full beds and bathroom upstairs.
