Apartment holiday rentals in Abbadia Lariana

We had a lovely weekend at this apartment! The view from the balcony was amazing, perfect to enjoy an espresso or a glass of wine that the hosts generously left for us. The hosts were super responsive and helpful and walked us through all of the things to do in the surrounding areas, giving us tips on how to navigate the boats to the bigger towns like Bellagio and Varenna. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful apartment near the beach . Very walkable to restaurants and the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the back patio and the views of the lake and mountains are beautiful. Our group consisted of two adults and three young kids.

We had a wonderful week at a nice location with beautiful views. A little further from the lake and therefore wonderfully quiet. The apartment has a nice garden with seats and a large BBQ. The apartment is located in the building where the owner also lives with her family and another apartment is rented upstairs. So you do have neighbors. Marta did her very best to make it a pleasant stay. There were even delicious homemade cookies at the door. Really a 10-star host!

Amazing stay! If you have a car and are fit to walk up the stars with your luggage, this place makes up for it. It’s clean, spacious, and practical. The host is responsive and very helpful. The place is equipped with anything you could need from great coffee to make up remover. Location is 10 minutes from Lecco and 18 minutes from Vernassa. Great value!

It was a great pleasure to stay at Clara's apartment. It was a warm and welcoming atmosphere and Clara helped with tips & hints. The nice family with their young dog and the little goat was just fantastic. The boys and I were totally happy and thankful to.have the opportunity to stay there. Thanks for everything, Clara!

I've been to many apartments, but this has been one of the best so far. Easy communication, great location, enough space and last not but least great garden for privacy :)

Elisa is a super host, she welcomed us by giving us clear directions even on parking. In times of need, he has always responded to our requests. The accommodation is as described, equipped with every comfort. The surroundings are also truly beautiful and several treks start from here. I absolutely recommend staying in this accommodation.

Absolutely beautiful view directly from the balcony, quiet and peaceful town, free W bike and kayak with the stay, E bike made it very easy to access neighboring towns like Bellagio (about 20 min w bike ride) which was super convenient in comparison to public transport. We loved the quiet town with stunning views of the lake/mountains. Restaurant next door to the air bnb was delicious. Host was response and super friendly. We couldn’t recommend this stay enough! The king bed was a plus and is a rare find in Italy.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our one month stay. The location is perfect, just across the street from the lake. Elena is a very responsive and helpful host. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Check-in worked out just fine. Everything was as described. The lakeside location with its own jetty, fenced garden, warm outdoor shower and parking was perfect for us. The view of the mountains is fantastic.🙏 The swing and the loungers in the garden are great and all the beautiful places are easily accessible. There are trees and shade, when the sun hits. Our dog enjoyed moving freely and being able to swim at any time.🤠 The communication with Fabio and Matteo works great.☺️ Thank you so much for letting us occupy your beautiful cottage on the lake. We loved our stay in Mandello. It was much quieter than the big Lake Como towns, but a great base to explore the area. The property was clean and comfortable, and midway between the lake and town. Elisabetta (co-host) was lovely, and met us on arrival. She was in contact throughout our stay and advised of market dates, good restaurants etc.

Hello. We spent 2 nights at Matteo's in Abbadia Lariana, on the shores of Lake Como. Excellent communication with the hotel and a peaceful and relaxing place. Very clean accommodation and good bedding. Highly recommended.

We had an incredible stay at Sergio’s place in Onno! From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond—meeting us at the bus stop and walking us to the apartment, answering all of our questions along the way. He was so helpful with tips on trains, buses and ferries, which made getting around Lake Como so easy and stress-free. Sergio also gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and things to do in the area—every suggestion was spot on and helped us make the most of our time on the lake. The apartment itself was perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The air conditioning was a huge bonus during the hot summer days, and the outdoor patio was a dream spot to relax with a glass of wine after a day of exploring. Thank you, Sergio, for your hospitality and kindness—we’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Como!

Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great, great place! And as important (more?), I great, great host! Marco is one of the truly great hosts! Location was great, place was spotless and equipped beyond expectations! I had lost my razor along the way, and to my amazement, there was an individually wrapped "shaving kit", along with other little kits of things people forget! I honestly don't recall more comfortable sleeps than my nights here! All around truly one of the best! Highly, highly recommended!

Beautiful stay with an amazing view!

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊

I would give this place ten stars if I could! The view is amazing. The place was just like the pictures and it was nice to have a little kitchenette. Gianluca was so kind and a great host! Definitely would recommend!
