Nice house with everything you need. Two bedrooms in the house as well as a separate annex for two people. The house is equipped with a fireplace, two toilets, exercise facilities, wifi and a nice kitchen. Parking is available right in the driveway. There is a dog yard as well as separate room in the house for dog. There is a terrace with barbecue, Forno pizza oven and lounge furniture. The house is close to the E45 and the city center to Aalborg. Lots of shopping close by as well as trail systems for biking/running and large disc golf course right in the backyard.

The house is an old townhouse - completely restored in 2008. Located in the center of Dronninglund, close to shopping. There is a lovely courtyard with a covered terrace. There is plenty of beautiful nature in the area with forest, lake and only 7 km to the beach in Aså. The house is 169 sqm and on 2 floors. I have 2 cats and 10 chickens, which need to be looked after by the people staying in the house. The cats can run in and out of the house. The chickens just need to be let in and out. And then, of course, you just have to fill up with food for them if needed.

Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle. Bathroom with washer and dryer, access to large cozy garden, and enclosed courtyard. The whole plot is fenced in. All beds are made and towels are provided for everyone. Relax in this serene space before the trip goes out in Vendsyssel. Here is a short distance to the highway and beautiful nature.

Welcome to our summerhouse by the beach. The house sits in a private location without prying eyes of people passing by, tucked in between the sand dunes of the west coast. Less than 100 meters via the private path from the house and you are on the most beautiful stetch of beach between Rødhus and Blokhus. The house was fully renovated in 2021. Theres is Fiber wireless internet, however no televisions as this is a place of relaxation - go out and enjoy the beach 😀

Enjoy the garden or sunset beyond the lake from the bench, or take a walk in the Svanemøll park, which is located at the end of the garden. The cottage is centrally located in Svenstrup town. 5 minutes' walk to Svenstrup train station, from where you can get to Aalborg in 9 minutes. Shopping like SuperBrugsen, Rema or Coop365 is a two-minute walk from the summerhouse.
