Vladimirs place was exactly as described. The location was perfect - close to the main square in town and the beach. It was extremely clean and spacious for the three of us who were visiting. Would recommend and return.

We had a great stay in Lisboa at Chiho and Nuno’s apartment. It was close enough to Alfama to experience the culture but not close enough that it was noisy or busy where we were. I felt very safe. The apartment had everything we needed and was well-equipped. Thanks for having us

We really enjoyed our 3 nights in the historic center of Sintra. It’s a beautiful small town area to be in. The apartment has everything you need. The location is very cool overlooking the main square. We enjoyed watching the town wake up in the mornings. So many restaurants and bakeries just steps from the front door. We had fun with that after coming from the Azores which are very quiet and remote. In the off season of early May, Sintra closes down by 7 pm. There are very few restaurants or shops open once the day tripping tourists leave. We were surprised by that but didn’t mind it as we were tired after our days spent walking around palaces and castles and beautiful gardens. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone as long as they don’t have mobility issues. There are 33 steps to climb once inside the building. Climbing them was worth it for the views of the historic center of Sintra.

It’s our second time here and our stay was as welcoming as the first. Ana and Jorge’s place is perfectly situated near great restaurants one right next door plus a 15 minute walk to Marquês Pombal and Parque Eduardo Sétimo which has a magnificent view of Lisbon and of the castle from the top. Ana and Jorge always checked on us and left a variety of local foods and beverages upon our arrival that we were so grateful for. Even during our stay Jorge left delicious pastries by the door so not to bother us. Highly recommend this apartment. We will definitely return!!

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Altus with seven adults and four kids. The house was clean and comfortable and had plenty do space for everyone. The kids loved the playroom and the games room, and we all enjoyed the fantastic heated pool. The setting is spectacular amongst the vineyard covered hills, and we ate all of our meals outdoors. It was an easy drive to the coast, where we found beautiful beaches and great restaurants. Lina was wonderfully helpful, and let us check in early and out late, which was great for the babies’ nap schedules. The rooms also have blackout shutters, which helped them adjust to the time change. She provided cribs and high chairs for them. We were also really happy that the pool area is fenced and gated, which made it easier for parents to relax during meals on the patio! Finally for the adults, the showers are amazing. Great pressure and really hot water. I’d recommend Lina and Villa Altus to anyone. It really was perfect.

Truly magical. A wonderful flat with everything you’d ever need with equal size terrace you could spend all day on. The view is spectacular. We didn’t want to leave. Parking was easy and there was a lovely bakery just a minute walk away. Edite was a wonderful host. Nazaré and its surroundings were beautiful and definitely a highlight of our trip.

We spent a few days in Nathy's apartment, which has a magnificent view of the ocean. The accommodation is impeccable and very well decorated . Nathy welcomed us very well on arrival and gave us all the necessary information to allow us to have a good stay. And also, we had a basket filled with sweets, wine, bread and other goodies. I recommend this very well located and exceptional accommodation with this magnificent view of the sea and 5 minutes' walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Lisbon. It’s located in a quiet, pleasant residential area with easy access to nearby metro stops. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our three-day stay. The Wi-Fi worked well, and with the air conditioning running, the space was peaceful and quiet. The small kitchen was perfect for preparing light meals, and our host, Rodrigo, was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would gladly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to book again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place very much. The hosts were extremely friendly and always available to help. The house is cozy, especially for those traveling with children, and is located in a very quiet and safe area — ideal for resting. Although it is not an independent house (it is the ground floor of a house), we always feel comfortable. The location, although a little far from the center, is very accessible by car and allows you to easily explore the attractions in the vicinity. We recommend it to those looking for a calm, family environment.

We loved our month’s stay at Arlinda’s place - a house full of art and history - especially appreciated Arlinda’s creative use of driftwood and branches that made for functional and interesting spaces - 3 outdoor spaces! Her home is right outside the castle walls, easy to walk into the center -

The apartment is located in a very quiet location in Sintra and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The private parking right in front of the entrance is very convenient. Patricia is a really sociable and helpful person and welcomed us very warmly. Really a great experience ☺️

We had a great time at David’s place with our 2 kids. The beach house is only a few footsteps away from a long and beautiful beach and it provides all the required amenities. Special mention to David who, in addition to being extremely friendly, provided great recommendations and was always available to ensure our stay was good. Thank you and see you next time!

Passing through for 2 days, we discovered a peaceful place in the middle of nature, tastefully decorated. Very quiet place, superb landscape when opening the curtains. The best thing for a family with children is to be able to participate and feed the farm animals. Nadine & JLuc (Superhost in Algarve)

We really enjoyed the big garden, the hammock, sun beds, too bad we couldn't enjoy the pool more due to the weather but just the look of it made us happy 😊 The house is comfortable, we liked having our own dishwasher & washing machine (since we stayed for 2 weeks). The location is lovely, not far from Ericeira center (5 min by car) and you walk right into the countryside from the house. Would recommend staying here 👍

Everything was great, we had a really nice and peaceful stay. There seems to be a quarry not far and it made some noise but not too much. And in the evening there was an event nearby with loud music that was a bit disturbing. I don’t know if it’s a regular thing.

Wow what a lovely host Vera is, so helpful and gave us lots of suggestions on what to do. We stayed for a friend’s wedding and the location is perfect (but you maybe need a car as not many taxis) A beautiful surrounding with vineyards and greenery ♥️

Obsessed with the serenity of my stay at the cottage. Zero issues: host so responsive to my questions. Walking to the beach was such a fun adventure! I much preferred it to driving! I felt safe and location was easy to find with coordinates!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday at this lovely quirky characterful villa. The welcome was fantastic with a table laid out with delicious foods by Adelia. The outside terraces around the pool are beautiful with stunning views and sunsets. We also made good use of the barbecue. We were there with 6 adults and 2 babies. There is literally nothing missing in the house, everything is catered for, even 2 highchairs! When we had an issue with the lack of hot water, our hosts responded promptly and things were resolved. We can highly recommend this lovely house. The local restaurant is also worth a visit where Susanna will cook up a storm.

Filipa's Alfama Airbnb was truly impeccable. We all agreed that this Airbnb made our vacation. This was our first time in Portugal, and we would come back just for this Airbnb. It was clean, picturesque, centrally located, and made for a relaxing vacation. Our favorite aspects were the location, natural light, and swimming pool. Filipa was responsive, helpful, and kind. I recommend staying here to anyone. We loved staying in the heart of Alfama – the neighborhood was walkable and full of restaurants and sightseeing. Our only feedback was that it was a little difficult to locate on Google Maps upon arrival, but once we remembered the location, it was easier. So absolutely worth it.
