Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in 4th arrondissement

Sehr schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mitten im Zentrum von Paris, in der 4 Personen sehr komfortabel schöne Tage verbringen können. Einrichtung und Zustand waren absolut einwandfrei, sauber und gepflegt, die Lage und Anbindung genau zwischen Les Halles und Centre Pompidou könnten kaum besser sein. Kontakt im Vorfeld und Zugang wären hervorragend, hierfür besonderen Dank an Dominique! Die Betten waren für unseren persönlichen Geschmack vielleicht etwas hart und falls man im Sommer auch in der Nacht die Fenster offen lassen möchte, ist die Straße vor der Wohnung möglicherweise etwas laut, hauptsächlich am Wochenende. Beides sollte aber niemanden von einem denkwürdigen Aufenthalt in Dominiques Apartment abhalten!

A great walkable location in Montmartre minutes from a metro stop with a very nice view of major landmarks from the balconies!

Charlotte is incredible! She was so communicative in advance of my visit. Her recommendations were super! This location, and suite were perfect (including the washer/dryer in unit). She was so friendly, recommending super restaurants and drinks locations and even met me with pastries and a bottle of rosé! Can’t get better than that.

A perfect place to stay in Paris to be in the middle of the action but have a quiet apartment. Comfortable place with a nice living room and comfortable bed. The bathroom is very small but functional if you're not a big person. There are many lovely places to eat within a 2 min walk. Probably most amazing is how quiet it is . It's on the interior of the building so no street noise. Remi was great. He met us right on time. he also let us have a late checkout which really helped us.

A small but highly functional apartment in a great area. We loved having a balcony overlooking a vibrant area. Quiet at night. Easy walking to many attractions. Very close to Metro and RER. The elevator was a god send. Tiny but fits one suitcase and one person. Frederic met us on arrival and helped with transport options. We were sad to leave the apartment.

Everything you need from an Air BnB booking: interesting area, well equipped and the second bed (sofa) was really comfortable and not just an alibi “second bed” Evgeny was quick to reply and open to requests

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

Valérie é muito gentil, encontramos em sua casa um espaço aconchegante, muito agradável. Cama confortável, chuveiro bom, cozinha com todos os itens necessários para uma estadia de 4 dias. O local é perto do metrô que nos leva em meia hora ao centro de Paris. A varanda é um plus, onde podemos ter uma bela vista do por do sol, e beber um vinho ao cair da noite. Existe um carrefour embaixo, e restaurantes que vendem a comida ja pronta. Eu gostei muito. Obrigada.

Ο χώρος είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ φωτεινό! Ακριβώς από κάτω έχει ένα lidl και άλλο ένα supermarket στη γωνία! Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη και ασφαλής! Για να πάμε στο κέντρο χρησιμοποιούσαμε uber ή bolt, το κόστος είναι περίπου 15-20 ευρώ και 15-20 λεπτά για την κάθε διαδρομή. Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε και τα μέσα φυσικά. Έχει λεωφορεία από κάτω και μετρό 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Τέλος ο χώρος αυτός είναι πολύ προσεγμένος και μόνο από τη θέα αξίζει τα λεφτά του! Είναι υπέροχο να ξυπνάς και να βλέπεις το Παρίσι από ψηλά! Η θέα είναι τέλεια και από το κρεβάτι! Συστήνεται 100%

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Booked this place for my parents They enjoyed their stay This is their first time visiting France. The host gave a lot of house rules, but the instructions were clear, and she was communicative The environment, according to my parents, was really posh and nice!!! The only thing was that the electricity kept tripping whenever the kettle was on, but the host let us know how to turn it back on. (My parents ended up not using the kettle after a while because the light would always trip) Otherwise, I would recommend it—it's worth the price!! The accommodation has a lift, so accessibility was easy, which was a plus for my parents. There isn't a lot of closet space, but that wasn't an issue for them. Thanks for a good stay!

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

a lovely little apartment in a quiet neighborhood. An easy metro ride away from the main sites of Paris. Very private. We loved the amenities. It was really well thought out with everything we needed. Very flexible check in and check out times which was incredible! The bed was quite small.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!
