Kid-friendly holiday rentals in 3rd arrondissement

Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Louisa und ihre Familie sind tolle Gastgeber. Die Lage war für uns einfach perfekt. Supermarkt, Restaurants sowie der Bahnhof waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Appartement bien décoré avec petite cour très agréable (où l on peut y manger). Literie de bonne qualité. pièce à vivre très agréable. communication agréable avec Matthieu.

Très bon accueil, logement propre et rangé. Hôte très gentil et avenant.

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Dale and Gilles apartment. Dale responded very quickly to our enquiries and was very proactive in recommending local restaurants and other attractions prior to our arrival. There’s two good bakeries close by and the Metro only minutes away. Roughly 30 minutes to Monmarte and 45 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was as described with literally everything you need, including a table top ironing board, the apartment itself was spotless. I can’t recommend this apartment enough, thank you Dale and Gilles for making us so welcome.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Loft trés accueillant, la petite cour est paisible et calme. La cheminée donne vraiment une touche chaleureusement et créer une ambiance. L’arrivée était top et le quartier animé avec des restaurants tops juste à côté. Il y a des cavistes, des épiceries et un mini market à deux pas. Trés pratique ! Encore merci à Pierre Marie pour l’accueil et son loft vraiment bien aménagé.

My bf and I stayed for 6 nights at Nam’s beautiful Parisian flat. Every detail was perfect and he was so kind and helpful. I’ve stayed in two other neighborhoods before (Marais & Montmarte) and liked this the best. It is well connected, charming, and not touristy. Coming home to Nam’s after a long day felt nice. Quiet, comfortable, and impeccably designed. Don’t hesitate to book.

Excellent place to stay. Walk to a butcher, cheese shop, bakery, and wine shop all within a few minutes. Lots of close by restaurants and late night pizza grabs. Grocery basically across the street. Metro just a couple minute walk away. Perfect!

We had a great stay. The location was terrific and our two-bedroom apartment was very comfortable for our family of three. All of the staff at the concierge desk were very friendly and helpful. It was also convenient to use the luggage storage on the day that we checked out. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We’ve stayed at countless Airbnbs and this was among the very best! Unlike many that are very sterile and corporate with the bare minimum, Laura’s place was cozy with beautiful furnishings and everything you would need. You could tell that Laura put great care into everything about the place. It had soft linens, a comfortable bed and an amazing shower! The A/C was excellent and it has a washer, dryer and dishwasher. It also was an amazing location walking distance from everything you would want or need - great shops and restaurants, a grocery store and much more. The neighborhood was vibrant without being touristy. This will definitely be our go to spot anytime we return to Paris.

The apartment was so gorgeous, that when I sent a photo of the kitchen to my friends, they thought it was a prank since it couldn't possibly be that pretty. It was also very functional for 2 people despite being compact. Everything worked great, the kitchen was well-stocked and the location was a walking distance from the Seine. There was also a metro station right next to the apartment. The host was also so friendly and very accomodating! Overall 10/10 would recommend

The apartment is ideally located just off Rue de Turrene and near the St. Claude (#96) Bus stop which is convenient. It is located at the top floor so there is are stairs so that could be a bit challenging if you have mobility issues. The apartment is spacious and has a nice sized kitchen and bathroom. Bed is quite nice. There is no air-conditioning but the host came to the rescue and brought us a new fan which was great!. The living space is comfortable and the wifi was very good and fast. We were able to watch our news programs on our iPad and keep up to date. (The apartment has no TV although there is a computer screen in bedroom so I guess one could output the A/V from a portable device to that). All in a all a very wonderful stay in a nice apartment in the Marais, close to St. Paul's Metro ( a short walk). And CarreFour, FranPrix, MonoPrix as well.

This was the first time I've ever rented an Airbnb. I am now ruined! But in a good way. My experience at Isabelle's place was just fantastic from beginning to end. Isabelle answered all my questions prior to arrival, and I had plenty. The actual apartment is exactly as it is depicted in the photos and the description. There were no surprises. The apartment was a great place for us to stay for nine nights. We so appreciated that there is a washing machine there. Made packing so much easier. The location was such a great discovery. We had been to two of the nearby restaurants, but had been there only in the evening, and never explored. The neighborhood is so vibrant, with loads of lovely cafes, restaurants, food shops (found a nice cheese and a nice ham place), two markets, and between two metro stops. We will mostly certainly return.

Maravilloso departamento en uno de los barrios más lindos de París.(para nosotros el más precioso). La sorpresa mayor fue encontrarnos con un lugar lleno de objetos de arte y con muebles antiguos. La cocina perfecta, (solo falta un exprimidor para jugos). La cama muy cómoda y el baño enorme. La altura de los cielos es una característica que hacía años no disfrutábamos. Nicolás muy acogedor y servicial. Volvería feliz a este lugar. Aunque es más caro, de verdad vale la pena darse el gusto de vivirlo unos días. No creo que existan muchos lugares disponibles para arrendar, como este departamento.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Great host and a great apartment in a fantastic location

I had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s place. Small but efficient. Always had my breakfast at home. It was wonderful to have the balcony and the wonderful view of Paris and many landmarks as well. Getting to and from the apartment on foot or using metro was very easy. Vincent was very communicative and welcoming. A friend of his welcomed me on my arrival and showed me around the apartment. I was very comfortable and felt safe. I certainly would return to Vincent’s place when I return to Paris.😁❤️ I felt at home and relaxed. Thank you so much. Hope to see you again soon.

A beautiful, intricate, spiral staircase leads to this quiet, calm, carefully designed apartment, with its Montmartre spirit. Bed extremely comfortable. Kitchen space has everything needed. Balcony with views to the sky. Great location near cafes, bakeries, patisseries and other artisinal shops. We had a wonderful stay.

Denis’ condo is our #1 place to stay in Paris. This our third time staying here, and will not be our last. His communication is proactive and kind, especially being considerate on your flying in and flying out days. As for the condo, it has everything you could ask for in a cozy Parisian condo. Located on a quiet street with easy access to the Metro, it has all your needs for a short stay or a long stay. Groceries, coffee, and restaurants. Building access is straight forward and is an easy walk up from the ground floor. There are too many reasons to list why we enjoy Denis’ place. Trust us, it’s well worth the stay.

We visited Nicolas’s space on our honeymoon! The apartment was perfect. The view was incredible. Nicolas provided an abundance of both local and nonlocal recommendations. I wish we had time to explore all of them. The few that we did try, he was on point, he knows good food. You can’t beat the location. We walked to Montmartre, Galeries Lafayette, The Lourve, The Eiffel Tower, etc. it’s not far to get to the metro either. You have everything you would need to cook a meal and there’s a mini supermarket right around the corner. The views at night are worth the price. We will be back!

Just spent 3 nights at Michel's place with my daughter. We enjoyed our stay. This was our first time traveling abroad and Paris was our second stop. Although the space is small, Michel has done a fabulous job making good use of the area. We had two large suitcases and found it easier to utilize his wardrobe cabinet for our belongings versus leaving our suitcases out/open. This allowed for more room in the apartment. My daughter liked having a TV with Netflix and Wifi. If you're looking to stay in Le Marais, this is a great spot!

Adrien’s apartment was spacious and felt like it was brand new. It’s in a perfect location, close to everything and the apartment had everything we needed. Adrien was an amazing host, he greeted us upon arrival to explain everything and was always readily available. We’d love to return.
