L’appartement se situe au 1 er étage d’un immeuble dans une rue très calme. Il a été refait à neuf en 2023 par une célèbre architecte et donc très bien agencé avec des équipements de très haut standing. Vous y serez comme dans une suite d’hôtel avec le charme en plus, d’un vrai logement parisien.

Loft en plein coeur de Paris

Ce loft de 67m2 a été entièrement rénové par un architecte français. Les hauts plafonds avec poutres en bois, le sol en béton ciré le rendent unique. Il est situé à Montorgueil - Marais (hyper centre de Paris) dans une zone piétonne très sûre. L'emplacement est idéal ; tout est très proche et facile d'accès à pieds et la station de métro la mieux desservie de Paris (Chatelet-les-Halles) est à 5 minutes. Il est situé au 1er étage (sans ascenseur) côté cour, très calme et au frais l’été.

This was our last stop in a 3 week Europe trip so we were tired and worn out when we arrived, but the apartment was so homey and comfortable that we immediately felt right at home! The apartment was tastefully designed, the bed was very comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The location was also very central— a short bike ride or metro ride from anywhere we wanted to go, but we didn’t need to go far because the neighborhood itself had amazing restaurants, bars, and bakeries very close by. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Sixtine’s! We arrived early and she was happy to let us check in ahead of time. She also provided a travel cot for our infant and had it set up for us! You cannot beat the location, amenities, and beautiful view of Paris’ signature rooftops. From the beginning of the trip to the end, Sixtine provided perfect communication. We were very well cared for. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

A really great spot to conveniently walk to all the big sites! It was fun to be a short distance from the Seine and so many iconic spots. Our place felt comfortable and safe and we could see the top of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful and supported us while we were in town. We highly recommend!

Aurélia’s place was exactly as described and worked very well for us. The apartment is in a quiet area with local boulangerie, bar, restaurants and other cool shops. It is a 5 minute walk to many more restaurants, shops, bars etc and plenty of local sights to see. Also pretty central for the main attractions.
