Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in 2nd arrondissement

Alain’s apartment was the perfect spot for our long weekend in Paris. All the rooms were very spacious and are exactly as photographed. The location is ideal for a walkers paradise plus there are endless amounts of great cafes and restaurants to choose from. I would highly recommend the apartment and hope to stay there next time we visit Paris.

Great apartment in a great neighbourhood. Close to the Metro, and a very walkable area. Jérôme was super helpful and responsive. The apartment was beautiful, bright, spacious, and quiet. We had a great stay!

We had a great stay. The location was terrific and our two-bedroom apartment was very comfortable for our family of three. All of the staff at the concierge desk were very friendly and helpful. It was also convenient to use the luggage storage on the day that we checked out. We would stay here again.

Nelly’s Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! My daughter and I spent a full week there while touring Paris, and everything about our stay was five-star from start to finish. The location is perfect—central to many must-see sights and surrounded by great restaurants. Nelly and her Father, Charles were a fantastic host, and the space was just what we needed. I’d love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!

We had a great stay in Paris! Katia and Thomas were very responsive and accommodating; check-in and check-out were smooth and flexible. Any minor issues were handled immediately, and we had no concerns throughout our visit. The place was clean, easy to find, and the instructions provided were very clear and detailed. The location is also super convenient, with easy access to both bus and metro stations. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris!

This apartment makes me feel like home in Paris. Although the stairs are a little bit difficult for people with big luggages but that’s Paris, just simply take it:)

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Es war eine sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist genau vor der Tür. Außerdem hat man mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war wunderbar

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

Quartier très agréable et très animé en soirée : tout est accessible à pied. La place de parking privative est un vrai plus. L’appartement est en tout point conforme aux photos et à la description : 1 chambre double au RDC plus une SDB et un chambre d’enfants; à l’étage grand salon lumineux avec cuisine très bien équipée + suite parentale avec douche. Seul léger bémol : les chambres ne disposant pas de volets, les rideaux n’occultent qu’à 80% la lumière du jour où des voisins d’en face (qui doivent être insomniaques; mdr); mais rien de très grave et c’est largement compensé par la qualité de la literie et du logement dans son ensemble ! En bref nous recommandons et nous reviendrons ! Un grand merci à Daphné qui nous a permis, lors de notre arrivée, de récupérer le logement 2h avant l’horaire prévu (ce qui nous a permis une petite visite au musée Grévin tout proche)

I immediately felt at peace when I walked in. It was a clean and picture perfect apartment. I mostly enjoyed having my morning coffee (nespresso) in the sun room. Lastly , the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of restaurants and local grocery stores.

Staying at Gilian’s place was amazing. The house was small but extremely comfortable, and a great walking distance to the centre of Paris in a quiet neighbourhood. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to stay that’s great value for money.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Christine’s place ticked all of our boxes for our recent trip to Paris, we had a very enjoyable stay! Walking distance to many wonderful restaurants & eateries and close to several Metro stations to transport us anywhere. The apartment itself is clean, well appointed & laid out. It was a tight squeeze for 3 of us with our luggage but we made it work - the location, cleanliness & ammenities made up for that. Highly recommend!

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

The location of this apartment is so central! Being right on top of one of the biggest metro/RER stations in Paris meant we could go where we wanted by just walking right outside our door. Many of the best neighborhoods in Paris are within walking distance. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-appointed. There were three little closets with bins to stash our stuff. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a pair of scissors. The hosts were always friendly and responded quickly. The check in was smooth and easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful private apartment. Cozy. 8 minutes walk to metro station. Stephane was very responsive. He made sure I was okay. Definitely coming back.

Denis’ condo is our #1 place to stay in Paris. This our third time staying here, and will not be our last. His communication is proactive and kind, especially being considerate on your flying in and flying out days. As for the condo, it has everything you could ask for in a cozy Parisian condo. Located on a quiet street with easy access to the Metro, it has all your needs for a short stay or a long stay. Groceries, coffee, and restaurants. Building access is straight forward and is an easy walk up from the ground floor. There are too many reasons to list why we enjoy Denis’ place. Trust us, it’s well worth the stay.

Our stay could not have been better! The location is fabulous - right in the middle of everything with tons of restaurants, bars, bakeries all right there and grocery on the corner. The place was lovely and surprisingly quiet, so we could rest at the end of our busy days of being tourists. Host was responsive and helpful. Wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Sophie’s house. The house is big, very clean, and had everything we needed. It’s in a perfect area, full of restaurants, so there’s always something to do. Even though the neighborhood is lively, the house is quiet and peaceful inside. You can also walk to all the main places in the city, which was very convenient. The host was great — friendly and always ready to help if we had any questions. She even let us check-in early and check-out later than the scheduled time. That made the whole experience even better. We really loved everything about this place and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
