Smoking friendly holiday rentals in 2nd arrondissement

Alexandra’s apartment was charming, clean, well lit, and beautifully decorated. Check in was easy and my host was responsive and helpful throughout my trip. My visit was wonderful. I highly recommend!

What a wonderful way to start a long stay in Paris. If I knew how great this home is, I would have asked to stay for more time. I was there for 6 nights. I say home because it was so comfortable and Delphine was extremely considerate and caring about my stay…plus a pleasure to communicate with. Having both a tub and shower was a treat…to have a soak after a long day of trekking the streets and museums. The furniture is very easy to melt into for morning coffee and evening reading. The king bed is comfortable and quality linens feel great. All the little luxuries not easily found in the city were here! I look forward to returning to Paris and hope this will be available when I do.

We had a great stay in Paris. The location of the apartment was great with easy access on foot or by metro to everything you would want to do in Paris. Plenty of great restaurants, shops and bakeries very close by. Beautiful building full of character; balcony was an added bonus and you can see Sacre Coeur and the top of the Eiffel Tower lit up at night. Neighbourhood is very nice. Francoise was a great host and gave us some local tips and recommendations. Merci beaucoup - we would have loved to stay longer :)

I stayed at this flat for 4 days. The flat itself is located very well in Montmatre which is an absoulte beautiful area in Paris. The surrounding, especially the side the sleeping room is turned to, is very quiet considering the central location. I could sleep with an open window without any problem. The flat is very clean, very nicely furnished and has two very cute balconies, which are turned to the road and very romantic to sit on :-) The bathroom is slightly special as you shower pretty much in the middle of your bathroom, but after getting used to that idea it functions perfectly without any issue. The provided towels were large and very clean, so were the bedsheets. The bed is rather on the soft side and located in a very comfy corner underneath a window you can turn dark completely. Beautiful place to sleep! The instructions how to get into and out of the flat at the end were very clear and easy to follow. Overall i can 100% recommend this AirBNB. Everything about it is perfect!

this is a wonderful apartment! olivier was kind, helpful and very responsive. i would absolutely stay here again. it's in the cutest neighborhood with great restaurants. it's very accessible to get anywhere by train/ bus, and a quiet, beautiful (not touristy) part of the city.

Had a great time at Olivier’s place. It’s a lovely traditional Parisian appartment, spacious with a balcony and classic rooftop view. The neighbourhood is full of wonderful food shops and cafes and the 9th arrondissement has lots to visit in easy walking distance. Bus and metro transport links to further afield in Paris are also good. Olivier and his friend JP who welcomed us were extremely friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend this appartment for visiting Paris

We spent a lovely few days in this apartment. It felt more spacious than it looked in the photos, and we loved the way it was furnished. The alley where it sits is a little oasis of leafy peace in the middle of the bustle of Pigalle. Great location for wandering up to Montmartre, and very near a good Metro connection (Pigalle) for access to the rest of the city. Arthur and Emma were great hosts - they left nice clear instructions, and responded promptly to our questions. Overall a fantastic experience!

Accommodation rented for 4 days/3 nights for 4 people for a professional event at Porte de Versailles. Listing matches photos. The 3 individual bedrooms are a plus among colleagues. Housing located in a basement, so it was cool inside even with 34 degrees outside during the day. Pleasant terrace, and quiet street. Yohan and his team were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions. We will certainly rent this accommodation again for a future show if it is available!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious home. Felt very safe and everything was within a 5 minute walk.

A big thank you to Yacine, loved the place, checking in was easy Yacine met us on arrival, all prior communication with Yacine was fast, great to have private parking. And Yacine was on hand if we needed anything, 5/10 minute walk to various restaurants, would definitely visit again.

Our stay for the weekend was great. This is a lovely place! Very big, very clean and fully accomodated. The host is very friemdly and very helpful. Parking in the neighbourhood is free, however crowded and streets are small. We fully recommend this house!

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They were understanding of our late check-in and made it possible. The location of the house was 5 minutes from the RER C train. With this train, we were able to reach the center of Paris in a maximum of 30-40 minutes. There were shops for all kinds of needs around it. Thanks to the private parking lot, we were able to leave our car safely and visit Paris. There was everything at home (except TV), you will feel as if you have come to a distant home to take your luggage and rest your head. It was nice to sit on the balcony in the evenings and listen to the silence of the neighborhood. We were able to check out on our own, comfortably. Overall, our stay was very good, thank you Arthur and Maire for everything. They were very interested. ✨🫶🏻

Vincent's apartment is a dream. Entering the condominium with its park and its rose bushes and plants and birds that sing is a wonderful experience. The apartment is perfect, it has all the amenities. The kitchen is great and you can cook quietly. The bathroom is very comfortable and the water is plentiful and hot. The bedroom is very nice and the bed is super comfortable. The neighbors are also very friendly. Vincent was extremely warm and friendly. Always offering to help us with whatever we needed. It is undoubtedly a wonderful place to make your stay in Paris perfect. It is close to many shops of all kinds and close to Metro and bus lines. Thank you Vincent for your warmth. Staying at your house was wonderful.

For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.
