Holiday rentals with a home cinema in 2nd arrondissement

We had a super nice stay in Marseille. Olivia and Raphaël are great hosts and were always quick to reach. Everything worked out well and communication was easy and very nice. The apartment was perfect for us. Great location (close to the metro) and good connection by car to the Calanques. The fact that there is a private parking space was also very convenient for us. The equipment of the apartment also had everything we needed and even more. Thank you for this wonderful holiday :)

Eric has been incredibly accommodating, highly responsive, and an overall fantastic host. The place is beautifully located just outside the hustle and bustle of the city, offering a breathtaking view. The flat is spotless and very well maintained. Highly recommend!

It is a very large and comfortable apartment, with elevator access from the garage. The garage is an aspect that we value very much. The apartment's terrace is beautiful, with plants, lounge chairs, a nice place to eat and a unique sunrise view. The apartment is very well equipped, with several bathrooms, a washing machine for clothes and easy access to several points of interest. Catherine Elisabeth was very kind and attentive to us. I recommend it.

Everything about Clément’s luxury duplex apartment was pitch-perfect. The light-filled wellness and yoga room was the ideal way to start each morning, and the sleek, fully equipped kitchen—with its semi-pro espresso machine and spacious island counter—made both cooking and remote work a pleasure. The apartment is beautifully designed, quiet, and full of thoughtful, elegant touches: a video projector for unwinding with big-screen cinema with refreshing AC after a day at Château La Coste; the unbeatable location, steps from rue d’Italie and its excellent grocery stores like my fave, Bio c’ Bon and right around the corner from Aix’s best cafés, restaurants, and galleries. The parking was a HUGE plus! Clément puts the “luxury” in duplex, offering a peaceful retreat right in the heart of Arles. A 5-star stay all the way.

Nadia is a warm and very accommodating host. We were hosted very well. The equipment in the apartment is great. The only downside of the location (which is not the responsibility of Nadia and Christian since all the windows are double glazed) is the passage of scooters and cars until late at night in the street. If you are not too sensitive to the city, I absolutely recommend this apartment.

This is the south France dream come true. We had such a great time with our family. We could just enjoy the property everyday, tons of books, toys for the children. The location is about 20-30mins to all the coastal cities such as Marseille, Cassis, la Ciotat. I went through so many houses before we made the booking, and couldn’t be happier with what I have chosen. It’s definitely worth the value. I would recommend to everyone . Perrine couldn’t be more accommodating and friendly, and so responsive to our requests. It’s a great pleasure to be able to stay at their beautiful home.

We had a wonderful time at the house. The latter is very well located in a very quiet area of Marseille and totally in line with all the photos. In addition, the garden as well as the bedrooms are very spacious. There's nothing to complain about! We 100% recommend this house for a stay in Marseille. Thanks again!

Had a brilliant time staying at Luc's place as a group of 11 friends. The house was perfect for us with a huge living space for socialising, great pool which was straightforward to keep clean and topped up, and great location as a base to explore the surrounding beaches, calaques and Marseille area.

We had a lovely week of vacation at this large property, with a beautiful exterior and very well maintained by Franck. I confirm: none opposite and a real swimming pool (not a paddling pool or a tiny pool!) just for you. You might even be lucky enough to spot a few visiting squirrels. The house is very well equipped: you will not miss anything. Nearby, you will find all types of shops — small, medium and even very large supermarkets, you will be spoilt for choice. Just 10 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and 20 minutes from Marseille, the region also offers many beaches and walks to discover. Muriel and Franck are discreet hosts, but at the same time very available, caring and friendly. Thank you for sharing your little corner of pine forest with us in the heart of Provence!

Anita’s house is lovely, offering a great spot which is tranquil, beautiful and private. The house is a short 15 min walk to La Ciotat and the local beaches and nature is really beautiful. You are able to walk out the house and straight into nature with spectacular views all round. The garden is quite special and offers lot of small zones to relax in, including one very shaded area. A gas bbq is also included :) The house can easily accommodate 6 couples and still offer privacy and alone time, whilst also offering great social areas to have dinner and fun. It is clear that Anita takes pride in her house and it shows, with lovely furniture, decoration and art. The house has everything you need for a delightful stay. Anita, is a very responsive, considerate and flexible host. We would not have stayed anywhere else and would like to come back. Thank you soo much Anita ❤️

A few kilometers from Aix-en-Provence, This Mas is not just a holiday spot, it is an authentic place, a haven of peace , with hosts who are just as much and welcomes you with great kindness, kindness and kindness from the heart❤️. We rented a very clean and air-conditioned furnished studio, the pool is great. In addition, we had the chance to meet people from all backgrounds.. thank you so much to Jean-Francois and "my Jeannot" for these wonderful moments

Our stay with friends was perfect! Jonathan was very responsive in organizing our arrival and departure, with great flexibility on our schedules. He listens to our questions, and we feel that he is caring and wants you to have the best stay at his place. The house is located in a nice neighborhood with great restaurants nearby. It's accessible to go anywhere on foot! The house is in a nice setting, peaceful, far from the street, and it is decorated in a sober and pleasant way, with taste. The terrace is great! With a pool for swimming (no ladder to climb up, be careful!) and great outdoor furniture for chilling. Only negative points: a lot of woodlice (seasonal issue but Jonathan reacted with a product as soon as he was warned) and a smell of dampness (we ventilated).

Very clean, very cute, very practical, very pleasant apartment. A very nice host, very welcoming, very available and full of little touches. We recommend it.

We had a great week. The studio matches the photos and matches the description. Functional, pleasant, very well equipped and tastefully decorated accommodation.
