Apartment holiday rentals in 2nd arrondissement

Beautiful studio, well equipped and well located. True to the photos shared. There is a ceiling fan that was very useful to us in the warmer weather. Located on the 3rd floor, no elevator... it helps us stay in shape ☺️ Denis responds quickly and remains available to us. I would recommend it in a second.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lyon at this space, recently renovated and very comfortable to relax in after a long day exploring. Very easy walk from the Perrache train station, and also going back and forth during our visit so close to the Ampere Metro station. The space itself has great proximity and an easy walk to so many neighborhoods in Lyon, and was very comfortable for two adults staying for a few days. Europe can get warm in the summer and while this apartment does not have air conditioning, fans were provided and we slept with the windows open mostly. During the weekends, some noise can be heard from passers-by below, but we were comfortable and it was expected. We really appreciated having accessible and easy to use washer/dryer and iron too. Would definitely love to visit again, Laura & Ed were gracious hosts!

Christophe very kindly welcomed us and his apartment is spacious, comfortable, bright, very quiet and well-equipped. Close to the Perrache train and bus station, also close to a small Casino and a Lidl. Only 15 minutes' walk from a must-see brewery, the Georges brewery. We are very satisfied with our stay, even if the gloomy weather did not allow us to enjoy the pleasant terrace on which the apartment's living room opens.

Our car broke down and Francine was very accommodating in terms of our late arrival and late check out. We appreciated the evident care that went into the design of the space. Very central location near one of the main train stations. Overall great experience.

We were so happy with the apartment. Amazing space which seemed recently renovated in a very central location with all the amenities that you could think of within 5 minutes walk. Me and my partner had the best time staying in this beautiful one bed apartment a stone throw away from the bustling Old Town in St George. So many delicious resturants and boulangeries to choose from right on your doorstep. It was a great base to explore the whole city as was also very close to public transport and the river. We received lots of recommendations from the hosts too. Would highly recommend!

we had a lovely holiday in a comfortable flat in a good location. We could walk to restaurants and Bellecour square. Sebastian responded to all our inquiries and was very accommodating.

The location was excellent, Raphaelle was always attentive. The only bad thing is the entrance to the building, which has a very bad smell.

We had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay at Jérôme and Jérémy’s apartment. It is a beautifully furnished, tastefully decorated place and in an excellent location for exploring Lyon on foot or using the metro - sightseeing, shopping and great restaurants all nearby. We particularly enjoyed the large living/cooking/dining space which made it easy to relax all together over breakfast and in the evenings. Jérôme and Jérémy communicated well - always responding quickly and they were proactive in sending us instructions. Overall, it was amazing!!

We loved the apartment. Perfectly located for wandering around old Lyon. A hundred restaurants (seemingly if not literally) within minutes of walking. Easy walk to sights and activities. The apartment was as described - newly renovated, spotless, and comfortable. Worth noting it is at the top of 92 stairs - so may not suit everybody. But not an issue otherwise. Highly recommended.

We liked the modern furnished apartment very much. It is close to tram and bus stops, and Lyon-Perrache train station is within walking distance. The room opens onto a small, leafy courtyard and is really very quiet. The property is highly recommended.

Guillaume is a very responsive host. The accommodation is really beautiful with all the amenities described. I highly recommend it. We will surely come back. 🙂

This is a clean, tidy house, and the view outside the window will make you feel comfortable It rained most of the time I was in Lyon, and the fireplace in the room made it even more fascinating. This city is located in the south of France. I think I like Lyon half the time because of this house that makes me feel like I'm living locally

Great accommodation near Lyon, accessible by transport (bus, tram, etc.). Quiet residence and great and easy to use jacuzzi. We recommend! Thanks to Antoine who is a responsive and very nice host.

We loved our stay at Clément’s! The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable. There were a few quirks about it, but they were communicated well and we enjoyed our time. The apartment is not as close to Vieux Lyon as we would have liked, but it is much more private and peaceful than a place near the city center would have been and the metro was nearby and very easy and efficient to use. We’d highly recommend staying at Clément’s!

Beautiful little cocoon! Refined decoration, very clean accommodation, fully equipped kitchen, excellent quality bedding, a quality and very functional jacuzzi with a beautiful bathroom. We had a wonderful time out of time!
