Loft holiday rentals in 1st arrondissement

Assolutamente consigliato, Patrick è un ottimo host, l'appartamento è ben tenuto e dotato di tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno per un breve soggiorno. La posizione non è molto centrale ma è vicino a fermate di metro, tram e bus.

Un apartamento con mucho encanto. El barrio está muy bien y el metro está a 10 minutos. Eric y Marie estuvieron siempre pendientes de que todo fuese bien. Muy buena experiencia.

Amazing apartment in a central location. I was working in Lyon for 3 weeks and this was the perfect location for commuting, sightseeing, eating out, bars. I couldn't recommend enough. 5*

This is a beautiful apartment in the old city of Lyon at the very top of a Renaissance era building. When you think you're there, keep climbing! It lacks air conditioning, but we managed with passive cooling and electric fans. Pascaline shows a wonderful decorating flair, everything is comfortably mismatched, there are thousands of books, and the washing machine works well. There are adequate clotheslines within easy access. It has wonderful French character, the small streets in the area look like something from a movie set. The cathedral is a couple of blocks away and there are many quaint streets in the neighborhood with shops and restaurants galore. The neighborhood was not constructed for cars so parking is difficult to find, expensive, or both. The stairs to the bathroom really need a hand rail, they are quite scary for an old lady such as myself. Aside from those, we very much enjoyed our stay and appreciate Pascaline's hospitality.

You can expect to stay in a real home, with plant, art and all the stuff that make a place feel alive. There is a lot of stairs from the last bus stop to the apartement front door, but thats what it cost to live in Lyon. Her answering speed is phenomenal, so you will not stay in the dark for long before her reply. She can advise you for any kind of activity or meal you may need, she even have all the tourist info book right on the living room table. This place is a safe pick.

Charming and dignified hosts, warm and polite, educated and informed, widely traveled and linguistically capable, Hedwige and Bruno created an atmosphere at once homey and cosmopolitan. Books lined the shelves in several languages and the mechanically adept Bruno understood a tiny problem with the air conditioner and fixed it promptly. Jody and I would love to host them in Los Angeles and who knows, maybe this will happen. These are the kind of hosts who make airbnb seem like a brilliant idea.

Magnifique vue sur la Saône pour ce Superbe appartement alliant la modernité des équipement cuisine sdb et le charme de l’ancien plafond à la française, parquet … Très bien équipé et conception incroyable Attention la configuration de la chambre en mezzanine basse ne pourrait pas convenir à tout le monde. Quartier top !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Claire. L'appartement est très agréable et la communication était très fluide. Seul petite contrainte, la chambre sur la mezzanine convient plutôt à des enfants de petite taille qu'à un adulte, car il est difficile de s'y tenir debout autrement que courbé. Autrement tout le reste est d'un très bon accueil. Je recommande donc cette location à 100% pour un couple seul ou avec enfant (il y a beaucoup de jouets disponibles, ainsi qu'une baignoire portable pour bébé). Merci Claire pour votre accueil.

Très bel endroit pour découvrir Lyon

Enjoyed our stay at Romain’s loft in Lyon. Well located in a lovely neighbourhood. Romain was a great host, gave us great recommendations for the city.

Nous avons passé un super week-end à Lyon, dans un quartier vraiment agréable qui proposait de bons restaurants. Nous avons été ravis de découvrir ce joli appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons été accueillis Modjo le chat, qui nous a montre beaucoup d’attention. Un vrai bonheur 🥰

Location was perfect - in front of st Jean cathedral. Perfect place to sit around and listen to the music in the plaza. Walkable area for kids (4 and 1 year) and to the funicular.

Séjours plus que parfait bonne location superbe appartement bonne co habitation avec le petit Muxu ☺️

L’appartement de claire est magnifique et extrêmement bien situé Toutes les choses utiles se trouvent à proximité (restaurants, bars, boites, centre ville…) L’appartement est un peu difficile d’accès pour personne à mobilité réduite ( beaucoup de marches, manque de parking à proximité) mais si vous ne l’êtes pas je recommande à 100% Claire nous a laissé arriver à l’heure que nous souhaitions, nous a bien accueilli et était très réactive aux messages
