Loft holiday rentals in 16th arrondissement

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. It’s a beautiful, house, cozy and had all that we needed. Great location, close to metro, nice shops, restaurants nearby, yet quiet and peaceful. Check-in ,check out was easy with clear instructions. We felt welcomed in Paris. Marc and Richard are great hosts.

Helmut’s place was just like the pictures! Great location next to restaurants and little stores! It also wasn’t just too far from the main attractions! It does get a bit hot in France, so i’d recommend the lower parts of the home, but still very very great !

Overall Gilian was a great host and this Airbnb was a great spot in Paris, it was very safe and the neighborhood is great. The room fits 4-5 people well.

Amazing location, cozy loft, private enough and yet close to most monuments. 10/10

The location of the house is good, within 5 minutes on foot, there is a lot of food around, transportation is easy to get around, and it is also very convenient to take the subway to go to the city near the Louvre. The most important thing is that the landlord was very friendly and very warm.When we checked in, we talked to the host because of some small problems, the host was very patiently resolved, and then very warmly recommended us a lot of delicious and fun food nearby, and the host learned that we were Chinese, very happy in the future, and was very enthusiastic about us.Overall a good stay. (The only disadvantage is that the sound insulation of the house is a little worse, but the whole neighborhood is still quite quiet)

Great location. Lots of restaurants around. We walked a lot (Marais, Notre Dame, Latin quarter). Subway and bus stop close by. Carole gave great recommendations.

Great location and great unit. the house was very clean, and has a good style. Check in/out were easy, with very clear instructions provided. It's at a convenient location accessing the metro, and deep in a great French neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars. we enjoyed our stay here very much!

We had a wonderful trip and stay at Arnaud loft. Loft is quite large and spacious, two separate bathrooms and toilets, 3 large bedrooms, large living room downstairs, huge well appointed kitchen. Location of the loft is quite convenient, lots of restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores all around. about a 15 min walk to the Eiffel tower, 3 train stations close by with access to multiple lines. Arnaud himself was always kind, very friendly, had loads of recommendations, check in and check out process was smooth and super easy. Will definitely recommend this loft and host.

Fantastic - Linh was a great host, very responsive and gave great local recommendations. Nice interior, comfortable stay, great location! Close to the street so can hear noise at night sometimes but this didn’t bother us, is a relatively quiet street so noise was minimal. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with thoughtful touches. Super comfy beds, our teens loved the mezzanine level bedroom. Easy access to metro( we found nearest was Rue de Boulet) Super bakery- Pepite nearby, also Carrefour and Franprix (also useful for Nanny drop bags). Try easy access to the many attractions of Paris. Would thoroughly recommend.

For us it was the perfect place to spend a week in Paris. The appartment is well situated and perfectly equipped. Thanks to the conversation with Virginie we felt very welcomed.

What a great find this place was! I don’t have enough good things to say.. the location was great, the place smells amazing, all of the thoughtful touches with the decorations and amenities, all of it was just perfect! It was also nice to be able to wash clothes on the trip. We would 100% stay again when we come back to Paris. We also enjoyed the restaurant recommendations, we only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more.

We are so relieved to come home each night to a clean, spacious and comfortable place to rest. We enjoyed the place. Thanks a lot, Eric.
