Townhome holiday rentals in 12th arrondissement

Marina and her co-host Aman were communicative, friendly, helpful and always ready to answer questions. The place was perfect for us (a traveling couple) with a 13 year old son, as it had two bedrooms. I think 4 would be a squeeze though the upstairs living room was probably the best part of the flat - with the gorgeous skylight - and had a sofa bed. There were two toilets/sinks, which was great. Excellent neighborhood, well connected. Would happily stay again.

Antoinette was the perfect host: super responsive, proactive, and very accommodating. The home was exactly as described and full of old time charm combined with all the modern amenities. My family of 6 was comfortable and felt at home. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at Alexandrine’s place. This was our first time to Paris. The location is fantastic, steps away from many cafes, restaurants, shops. Easy access to other attraction. The area is safe, quiet, convenient. The loft has everything we needed Overall I would definitely recommend it to others.

This is my second time staying at this location. It was great for our girls trip previously and family trip this year. The separation of space on the different levels gave everyone their own space. There is a friendly garden cat, I think named “Me-Moo”, that welcomed us home most nights and made it feel homey and Parisian. Very close to the Metro Line 2 which made commuting in the city very easy. We unfortunately had a lot of flight travel issues but were luckily able to extend on the back end. Yves, was very accommodating when our departure flight was delayed and allowed us to check out a couple hours late (there were no guests arriving the day we departed). Thank you and I hope to visit again.

Merci à Côme et Juliette pour l'excellent séjour passé en famille dans leur jolie maison de Vincennes. Tout était parfait. La propreté de la maison, son équipement, y compris un emplacement de stationnement dans un garage, la proximité de nombreux commerces et restaurants ainsi que des transports en commun. Tout était impeccable et conforme à la description. Une mention particulière pour l'excellente réactivité de Côme à nos demandes et pour les délicates attentions. Encore mille mercis. J'ai mentionné un bon rapport qualité/prix et non un très bon mais il faut tenir compte de la taille de la maison (4 chambres à coucher), de la période (JO Paris 2024) et surtout de la commission (exorbitante) d'Air BnB. C'est peut-être là le seul problème.

Airbnb très agréable, avec une petite cour intérieur (partagée avec les propriétaires) très sympa. Je reviendrais avec plaisir.

It’s a big house! You will have plenty of space to be with your family or group of friends. And the house is spotless! You can have peace of mind about it. It’s a great choice to walk around Paris using metro and it’s a peaceful neighborhood too. Totally worth it!

What a delight to stay at this apartment in the 7Arr. We felt like we were living like true Parisiennes! Just far away from the crowds but close enough to be able to easily walk to attractions. Plus there are 2 great metro stations within 7min walking distance. Terrific boulangerie a couple doors down. The apartment itself is inviting and perfectly cool for hot summer days. And being able to make a meal rather than always eat in restaurants is such a pleasure. We were so happy staying in Denis and Aingret’s apartment. Merci beaucoup!!

We had a fantastic stay at Karine's. She was very helpful and communicative before and during our stay. Great house to share on a lovely private alleyway. Easy to get around the city via the local metro stops. Would recommend!

Beautifully decorated suburban home within walkable distance to public transport links. Local boulangerie’s for breakfast as well as there being a supermarket close by. Friendly cats! Sparkling clean too! ✨ Amélie was lovely and responsive throughout our stay!

Valère’s place is perfectly located in a vibrant neighbourhood of Paris, but also completely serene once you’re inside the courtyard. We enjoyed sipping drinks on the terrace, cooking dinner in the kitchen and in the evenings we cosied up on the couch. One of our favorite things about the apartment was watching films (cinema style) with the projector in the living room! The place is also beautifully decorated, which makes you feel like you’re the star of your own movie. We would recommend staying here if you’re a family with smaller children, as the two single beds are a bit small for young adults. We had a wonderful time and would definitely revisit! We hebben het heel fijn gehad in het huis van Manon en Dimitri. Het is een heerlijk huis, mooi en comfortabel ingericht. Het huis is ook heel geschikt voor een langer verblijf (wij waren er een week). De locatie is lekker rustig, goed bereikbaar met de metro en het is een leuke levendige buurt met veel restaurantjes. Het enige nadeel is dat de bovenverdieping erg warm wordt maar de slaapverdieping blijft goed koel! Wij zouden zeker nog een keer terugkomen.

Agnes is a thoughtful, gracious host. She provided me with all the information I needed and showed me around. The studio is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom is excellent. Location is incredible. Agnes recommendations was of great help. Thank you Agnes for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful experience in all aspects of staying in the quiet house. The place is beautiful, comfortable, and very efficient. It is quiet and secure. The location couldn’t be better. We were able to walk to or access the metro for all our outings. The house is in the heart of the city and we enjoyed the some of the best museums, parks, and food in the world. It allowed home comforts in a luxury atmosphere. We are grateful to Luc for the opportunity to experience a slice of Paris neighborhood living and will look to stay in his home again for future visits.

Great spot! Place has everything you could need, and great taste in design/vinyl records/books/chef's kitchen/other personal possessions. It was warm and comfy, chopped firewood neatly lining a living room wall, we felt right at home. Plenty of privacy with two separate bedrooms on separate floors, each with its own bathroom. Also an extra loft (to relax or watch movies on a projector). And a beautiful well-tended garden and patio! We loved the location - lots of stuff within close walking distance, but not touristy nor hectic. 1 minute away from a great organic co-op, 1 minute away from Metro (the brown 11 line) many restaurants and cafes. Short walk to Parc des Buttes-Chaumont (gorgeous park with views and super fun lively cafe/bar with outdoor patio). We took the host's recommendation to try fresh oysters with wine at the farmers market open Fridays right nearby and was fantastic. A generous, responsive host with a great apartment in a great location.

We found Thierry’s place out of necessity since we were traveling with a group of 6 and needed the space, but we were so thankful we ended up in Versailles instead of Paris. We had many favorites about the accommodation: the space, decorations, kitchen, couches and outside deck. It was so quiet and peaceful and we would have been very happy to stay there instead of traveling into the city. I would highly recommend.

Nuestra estadía fue maravillosa. La casa está a las afueras de París, en un entorno muy tranquilo y bonito, pero con buena conexión en transporte público para llegar al centro. El alojamiento tenía todo lo necesario y la anfitriona, Biba, fue muy amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Nos encantó que nos dejara bicicletas, ¡fue ideal para pasear con mis hermanos! Recomiendo totalmente este lugar. Cómodo, bien equipado y perfecto para una experiencia diferente en París.

Een heerlijk huis vlakbij een metrostation. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, heeft 2 slaapkamers, één aan de straatkant en één aan de stille tuinkant. Buiten een gezellig zitje, pal naast de keuken. Je kunt beneden in de tuin uitstekend verblijven met een boek in een luie stoel. De smart tv biedt de mogelijkheid om bij voorbeeld Netflix te kijken. Op korte afstand 2 prima restaurants met een goede kwaliteit/ prijs verhouding. Als we weer naar Parijs gaan, boeken we zeker weer bij Wil.

Super séjour chez Elise. le logement correspond en tous points à l'annonce et les photos. Propriétaire reactif et toujours de bons conseils. maison chaleureuse bien aménagée, avec petit jardin. Un grand merci, nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Samir was kind enough to let us check in early when there were no guests before us. He was very responsive even at night when we had some inquiries. Samir’s place is also near the bus stop and a walkable to the other station. He was also considerate and did not charge us when we had a sudden extra guest for 1 night of our stay. Overall we had a great stay at Samir’s place!

Mein Mann und ich wollten nicht direkt im Trubel von Paris wohnen, da kam uns die Unterkunft von Isabelle sehr gelegen. Eine schöne ruhige Gegend, etwas außerhalb von Paris. Schön ruhig, gepflegt mit Blick auf das süße Gärtchen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr stilvoll, neu und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Bad war sehr sauber und modern. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Isabelle war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder wählen. Vielen, lieben Dank an die Gastgeber!

Good and comfortable stay. Clean space as well. 1.5kms away from the station but if you could walk it’s a great place to stay.
