Holiday rentals with beach access in 12th arrondissement

stayed with my wife and 5 month old, was very convenient location for local buses and lots of amenities nearby. Remi provided a cot and baby enjoyed her stay as much as parents!

Exactly what you'd expect from a good Airbnb! The apartment is functional, very clean, quiet. It is located a stone's throw from the metro, in a neighborhood that is not at all touristy, but quiet and safe, with very convenient local shops. St Charles is less than 10 minutes away, and from there you can easily access all the attractions of Marseille. The instructions were clear and communication was effective. I'll be back!

Great! 10 minutes' walk from the Perier and Rond Point du Prado metro stations (where there are buses to the beaches), 15 minutes' walk from the Velodrome stadium (that's why I chose it because I was going to see a concert), very quiet with a roller shutter that makes it dark. Fast internet and smart TV. Very good air conditioning. Yannick is flexible on arrival/departure times and responds quickly. the only 3 things that could be improved are - a socket at the top of the bed ladder to turn off at the bottom - leave shower gel and shampoo - put a mattress topper on the bed (I still slept really well)

Boris’ place is in an amazing location. There are countless restaurants, bars, and the old port just minutes away. Despite that, the windows do an excellent job at blocking out any outside noise. We had a comfortable stay, felt right at home, and felt very safe. Boris’ communication was proactive and clear. We would highly recommend Boris’ place!

Privileged and very quiet location in the heights of the city, ideal for crisscrossing the different districts of Marseille and 10 min from the Corniche (sea) by bike. Thanks to Yann and Denis for the beautiful addresses. We will be back with pleasure and recommend 100%

Wow what a dream! Penelope’s place is truly something special, we didn’t want to leave. It is beautifully designed, it has a wonderful location overlooking the water, check-in was easy, beds were comfy. I could really go on and on about how lovely this place is! Don’t hesitate to book, it will make your trip to Marseille feel like a dream.

Martine’s home was wonderful! Easy walking distance to a number of restaurants and cafes and her garden was so much more beautiful even than can be seen in the pictures. The small local beach was less than a ten minute walk. We were sad to leave.

Listing is exactly as described. Its main asset lies in the breathtaking view and the peaceful setting that invite you to relax. This is an ideal accommodation for a couple's stay of a few days.

Christelle was a warm and caring host. The studio is well-equipped and the view from the terrace is a real pleasure. The accommodation may be a little far from the train station and tourist spots but nothing insurmountable with organization.

We had a great week. Audrey is very welcoming, bubbly, and reachable at all times if needed. Regarding the apartment, I try to find something negative but I see nothing. It is extremely clean, it smells good when you enter, storage galore (which is rare), an ideal area for a couple or even 3 people and of course a view of the beautiful port accessible in 2 minutes on foot. In short, to be redone as soon as possible.

Aside from some initial mixup with the instructions (wrong house number given to us) when communicating, everything else was as expected. There's an easy public transport connection with the train station. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The lift works well. We really enjoyed the stay and would consider this apartment again when in Marseilles.

Very lively area at the weekend making parking difficult but ok during the week. Spacious apartment with all the facilities.

Such a great convenient place to stay, lots of places to see and visit within a 30 min walk, a gorgeous costal walk very close by. Was the perfect location and there is a lot of room (basically two bedrooms with the sofa bed). It’s a quiet and beautiful convent, would really recommend and Alexandra is great !

Patricia was an amazing host- responsive, proactive, and pleasant. Her home is an amazingly restful place. We enjoyed people-watching the few locals and neighbors who use this bay to swim and play. The moon light over the Mediterranean was gorgeous! I would recommend this location to all my loved ones.
