A rare find on Zürichsee! Your own private lake front cottage with outdoor sauna (additional charge) nestled amongst the reeds and nature. Bird spot, take your floats and swim in the shallow fresh water, watch sunrises, sunsets and sailboats, and relax in this mini paradise. Great for pets and families too. There is a house being built roughly 100m from the property, minor noise emissions during the week from 7-12 and 13-17 are possible. However the site is already well advanced.

Great apartment with lake view

This sunny 135 m2 apartment is close to the lake, village and train station. Direct trains to Zurich (25min) and airport. Large and bright living room. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with double beds (180x210, 140x200,160x200). Extras include an infrared sauna and an office workspace. Two bathrooms, both with shower and one with the bath. The kitchen is fully equipped. The sunny garden and large terrace are perfect for al fresco dining. A garage parking space is provided.

Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

A wellness suite just for you on over 80 square meters with whirlpool, Finnish sauna, steam bath, open shower, kitchenette with fridge, lounge, two cozy loungers and a cozy bed 160x200 cm. Everything in the same space. The entrance area can also be used as a terrace at the same time and has a small table and two chairs, here you can smoke comfortably.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Untergeschoss des Hauses. Neue Unterkunft in Mehrfamilienhaus, Baujahr 2018 mit privatem Eingang zum Untergeschoss. Ruhige, ländlicher Lage mit Bauernhöfen in der Nachbarschaft. The accommodation is situated in the basement of the house. New house built in 2018 with private access to the basement. The building is situated in a very calm area with farmers in the neighborhood. 5-10 min. walk to the grocery store.

Spacious studio between airport and city

Our studio is located at the lower part of the house and is accessible via a separate entrance in the garage. The large built-in wardrobe provides enough storage space. The kitchen is equipped with the latest technology (hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine). The bathroom with shower, sauna and cold bathroom completes the decor. The toilet is separate. The studio includes a spacious garden with a small dining table and a cozy lounge.
