The flat has all the comforts. Living room with large sofa, Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen. Large terrace with whirlpool, lounge, table tennis. WC with shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedroom with large bed. Gisikon-Root train station is 500 metres away, with trains to Lucerne and Zug (10 minutes drive). There is also a bus stop in front of the flat with buses to Lucerne and Rotkreuz. A grocery shop is located directly from the flat. Free parking and playground

Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

The age makes up for the charm, but also brings a scratch here, a dust, some leafy paint and recurring cobwebs. The house was massively renovated in spring 2021 and equipped with a solar system. The house is ideal for family reunions or with friends.
