We enjoyed Pauls place! Excellent location and view. The kitchen is well stocked with great cookware. Paul is a responsive and helpful host. The beach bar at the Icon is so convenient. Great staff!

Arguably one of the coolest vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Great walkability to bustling downtown Vallarta below matched with an uncredible Birds Eye view of the bay and cityscape. The home was peaceful and refreshing after a long day in the heat. The hosts were staying in the other treehouse during our stay and treated us like personal friends. We will 100% be looking to stay here during our next trip to Mexico. This is THE PLACE. If you have a chance to stay here, don’t hesitate to book. 10/10 experience.

Chalain's house was a the perfect spot for our recent family vacation. The house was a relaxing, fun place to return to each day as we explored Buccerias and the surrounding area. My kids loved the pool and the outdoor living area was perfect to catch a cool breeze. We went in June and it was pretty hot and humid, so we weren't able to use the outdoor bedroom, but it was a nice place to hang out in the mornings and evenings and definitely extended the living space. The house is in a great location just off the beach and walkable to lots of restaurants. Chalain was a wonderful host, providing clear instructions. She was responsive and flexible. I would highly recommend!

Everything was great on our stay. Even though it´s a duplex and there were other guests at the same time, it felt all really private, and we really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and organized and it had everything we needed as we never left during the weekend. Kayla and Roy were available all the time and were very helpful and flexible. We would love to come back any time.

Stayed with Myrna for two nights in transition. This location is private and quiet but super close to restaurants and supermarkets all about 10 minutes walking distance. The studio is super big and clean. Bed is comfortable! We had amazing rests and would definitely recommend for other travellers!

Absolutely loved our 5-night stay at Casa Rosa! It was the perfect spot to unwind, with stunning views and beautiful weather. The home looks exactly like the photos—if not better—and had everything we needed. Just a short, easy ride to great local restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

We had an amazing weekend. The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The pool is delicious, always warm and perfect for relaxing. We traveled with two dogs and the house was ideal for them too: safe, with space and pet friendly. The host's attention was excellent, always attentive and friendly. Definitely a place we want to go back to. Highly recommended

It's very good, the area is very nice and well-kept, the price is perfect, the beds are comfortable, you have to take into account that it is somewhat far from large supermarkets, although there is an Oxxo and pharmacy nearby.

The house is very well located. There is a Walmart in front and a Soriana one block away. There is public transportation to go to the center and the beach (10 to 15 minutes). Excellent service from Lulu, the house is very clean and there are many things to cook, there is a laundry room, washing machines and a dryer. Highly recommended

As soon as we arrived, Monica welcomed us like we were her family! She showed us that she was very happy to see us! Monica is exceptional, attentive to everything we ask, she is not required. She makes sure we don't miss anything! She keeps us informed of any situation going on in the neighborhood. The house was spotless, very clean, welcoming, and it feels safe. The neighbors are very nice, the house is very well located, a short walk to the market, restaurants, taquerias. Walmart is an 8 minute walk, everything is very close, everything is on foot. Monica gives advice about her city, places and restaurants to go, etc. Without hesitation, we will return to this house! We left sad after a 2-month stay from February to April, but we intend to go back! Our best long-term stay in this beautiful city! I recommend the house and especially the host!

Clean, big and very well located

We had an amazing time. The place was super clean, cozy, and felt really safe. Everything looked just like the photos, maybe even better in person. The hosts were kind and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and gave us great local tips. The neighbourhood was quiet and relaxing, but still close to everything we needed. There are very good restaurants within walking distance. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a chill and comfortable spot to enjoy your trip and be able to walk to the beach. The rental car was a plus; we used it for a couple of days to visit other areas.

We had an excellent experience in this place. It is very nice and cozy, with a privileged location: everything is relatively close, so it is not necessary to travel much to find what you need. The beach is only 10 minutes from the house, which was ideal for us. During our stay, some problems arose due to the rains, but Emma and Ricardo were very attentive and resolved everything immediately. They always responded in less than five minutes, which we greatly appreciate. We traveled with our dog and had no problems, which made our experience even better. My family and I would definitely stay here again. 100% recommended!

We had a fantastic time at Fidel’s home. Loved the artwork and decor. Lounging at the private pool was great. The home is very spacious and the area very walkable. It is a beautiful area. Going to miss all the different birds perched in the tree in the back yard area.Hope to be back again for another month next year.

Ideal for a stay with family or friends, location near the marina and esplanade, the place had everything you needed to spend a few relaxing days.

Great spot for the 8 of us to enjoy a girls long weekend, lots of bathrooms, room to spread out, perfect pool temperature. The location was full of interesting restaurants from tacos (Machuk2, Arturo) to wonderful ceviche (Tuna Azul). Host was flexible, friendly and responsive.

The home was beautiful, clean and spacious. Has a great pool kids enjoyed. Antonella was very helpful and responded promptly. It is in a private community which give you a save feeling at all times. Marina is a great place, perfect for walks. This home was just what we needed Would definitely book again.
