Holiday rentals with beach access in Zona Hotelera Norte

Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

I was very happy with the apartment and this was my second stay there. I mainly communicated with Edwardo, my host. Edwardo is very warm and welcoming and responded quickly to a few housekeeping concerns I had. I will stay there again.

We had a great stay overall! There was a brief issue with the water going out during our visit, but the host was very communicative and transparent about the situation. It was out of his control, and we really appreciated how he kept us updated. The apartment was just as expected, with beautiful decorations and everything spotless. The location was perfect and completely walkable to shops, restaurants, and attractions. We also felt very safe with 24-hour security in the lobby, which was a big plus. The pool area was gorgeous and well-maintained. I’d definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay with Anjuli. Everything was as described and very comfortable. The entire unit was clean and organized. The AC units worked great in the unit has anything that you could ever need for a great and relaxing day. Will definitely be staying here for our future trips to Puerto Vallarta.

Condo was exactly as described! Had everything we needed for the week. Beautiful sunsets and the grounds were very well maintained.

Christopher's tree house was a beautiful place. The service was excellent. Fatima was so attentive. Very centered location, mid point to everything! Will be returning!

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Fue una estancia amena, privada, en una casa hermosa, en la cual te puedes pasar todo el día en ella sin necesidad de ir a la playa. Chalain, es un excelente anfitrión, siempre al pendiente de nuestras necesidades. 100% recomendable, no se arrepentirán :)

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

Es el mejor alojamiento de Airbnb que he tenido, cerca el club de playa que es una joya. el mar sin olas es como una alberca gigante, las albercas impecables, cómodo el lugar, La Señora Elena es muy amable, los horarios de salida y entrada excelentes ya que se aprovechan al máximo los días, sin duda voy a regresar, la pasamos fantástico mi familia y yo.

Christopher’s place was exactly like the pictures. My family stayed there for a week and loved it. The host was very responsive, the beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Dave’s condo was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Very clean and had all the comforts of home. Had everything you need to make a meal or sit back and relax. We had a wonderful stay and will highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautifully appointed apt at Penisula definitely upgraded from the standard units. I've stayed in orger units at Penisula Torre 1 and Todd's unit felt like a warm inviting home . The corner views are wonderful even though lots of construction below. when you are fitted all you see his beauty from the Ocean to the mountains and city lights. Communication was excellent, friendly and considerate from management who let us in to staff in Torre 1. Only glitch, the keypad didn't work for my private code, management used the back up code to let us in. small glitch only at arrival for a wonderful stay for my family of 4. lots of beach toys for the kiddos. nice linens too. thank you, Todd

Un lugar muy comodo y accesible para alojarse, se encuentra cerca de todo lo básico y aunque la playa cerca esta medio fea, ir a otras que estan mas bonitas es facil y barato. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar y todos los servicios funcionan perfectamente. La alberca y el jacuzzi estan muy limpios y lindos para pasar un buen rato. Lo recomiendo completamente

Fabulous stay here! We loved that there was a restaurant and pool upstairs that we surprisingly spent lots of time at. Very safe, and peaceful place. Easy cheap quick uber rides to town. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful peaceful stay., I loved the apartment it is in a great location, it was clean and bright. It was exactly what needed in this moment. I needed a quiet, peaceful and safe space to be. As a female traveler it’s in important to feel comfortable and safe. I always felt safe. Talia and everyone were simply wonderful, always responded to all my questions and helpful. I would definitely stay again and will definitely look for this apartment when I come back next year.

Mi estadía estuvo bien en general. El lugar estaba limpio, aunque podría haber estado un poco más limpio en algunas áreas. La ubicación es excelente, a solo una cuadra de la playa y muy tranquilo. Todo está cerca y es fácil moverse, todo queda a unos minutos. Las comodidades fueron geniales, hay dos piscinas y eso fue un gran plus. Sin duda me volvería a quedar aquí.
