Luxurious townhouse with 2 terraces

As a couple, we are often abroad for work and like to rent our home to people who will enjoy it as much as we do. The house consists of 3 floors and has 2 large terraces with lots of sun and greenery. 2 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. The kitchen, living room and dining area contain high-quality materials and an abundance of natural sunlight. The 3rd room + bathroom has access to the terrace. The modular sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

The Green Studio Ghent

The studio is located in a quiet neighbourhood about 4 kilometers away from the city centre of Ghent. Check-in Monday - Friday: 18:00h check-out: 12:00h Check-in Saturday - Sunday: 14:00h check-out: 11:00h Day of check-in you can use the option to dropp luggage, parking space and bikes before 18:00h. Option available from 12:00h! We are both working as teachers fulltime during the week. We prepare and clean the rooms after the working hours. That's why our check-in starts in the evening.

The guesthouse consists of 1 bedroom - kitchen - living area- toilet - bathroom. Everything is brand new (building finished in 2017 and completely painted in march 2021). With a private surface of 80 m², you certainly have enough space to enjoy your stay. You are welcome to use the garden & terrace . Dichtbij alle voorzieningen zoals winkels, banken, restaurants,... Ook een openbaar zwembad is op wandelafstand.

Bijgebouw in de tuin van een open bebouwing in een rustige buurt. De woning beschikt over een eigen keuken, living, slaapkamer, badkamer en privé terras. Privé parking en een afgesloten berging voor fietsen is beschikbaar voor gasten.(stopcontact voor het opladen van de batterij FIETSEN in de fietsenstalling)
